Daria Nesterova In the first photo, my nails after 4 weeks of wear, I had absolutely no complaints about this salon! Again, as a former nail technician myself, I wanted to know today what could be done to extend the wear, as two of my nails lifted and started to peel after a week. I got tired of doing my nails myself, but the green nails in the photo are my work, after 4 weeks of wear, with one of the cheapest polishes from Amazon. This is real and not difficult to achieve.
Today, when I came to consult on what we could do, the technician suggested a more expensive polish, although I know for sure that an expensive polish is not always the key to long-lasting wear. So I wanted to suggest better preparing my nails for the polish, for example, not soaking them in water and applying a bit more nail dehydrator.
The technician said something to the owner in her language, and at that moment, I received an inadequate reaction from the owner, saying that if I didnt like something, I could leave. She mentioned theyve been doing nails for 8 years, etc. I said that I had absolutely no complaints and was just trying to discuss what we could do, as I like how neatly they work; their work is much neater than others. But I did not expect such rudeness. She spoke loudly and kept hinting for me to leave, essentially kicking me out without even trying to listen, and then she said not to talk to her but to speak with the technician.
For the first time in my life, I left a salon in tears. I was shocked and couldnt calm down for a long time. It seems the owner has gotten a big head. My advice to all salon owners: fall in love not with yourself and your work, but with the clients who pay you money. Despite the good service, the customer service was terrible.

Gentina Getting my nails done here with Dao was just a breath of fresh air. Literally! No strong chemical in the air or no harsh filling/drilling. Dao truly paid attention to the health of my nails and was very kind. I’ll be back for sure.

Vanessa P I visited this place with my sister-in-law to get pedicures, and it was my first time getting one, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The technician worked very quickly, and I felt ignored throughout the process. It seemed like they didnt care about the service they were providing. It felt like all she cared about was getting paid. I strongly advise against coming here. Its a waste of both time and money. I hope they read this and realize theyre not treating their customers with respect.

mxn btc I recently visited for the first time to get Gel nails for a vacation, spending $100.00 on the service. Unfortunately, my nails broke and bent just four days after getting them done. Gel nails are supposed to last a few weeks, and I have never experienced my nails bending before. The selection of colors was limited. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the salon owner became very aggressive. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality, as I feel that my $100.00 was wasted.

My wife has been a loyal customer and even recommended this place to her friend because she was satisfied with the previous visits. However, today, when she politely asked for advice on how to extend the longevity of her manicure, the owner started yelling at her and told her to leave if she wasnt happy.
This kind of unprofessional and rude behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, especially when they are asking a simple question without any complaints. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you value good customer service and respect, avoid this place at all costs.
