4 /5 Kathryn Huber: The salon was packed when I arrived, which typically means a positive experience and repeat customers, however, as a walk-in customer with no appointment, I was still seated immediately. All the employees were very pleasant and friendly.
The lady who did my nails did an excellent job, she even completely redid one finger because I complained it looked crooked. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, even though I was being super picky and particular about the shape and length of my nails. I definitely would recommend this salon and will continue to go here in the future.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was kinda hot in the salon and also a fly kept buzzing around me and I was so annoyed I almost swatted it myself.
