Jannette Felix I went in for the first time. I called ahead to make an appt and I arrived a bit before but they were so friendly and took me in way before my apt time. Linda did such an amazing job on my nails so friendly and nice. Honestly this picture doesn’t even do the nails its justice because they look amazing in person. Linda did just an amazing design.

Mariana Gutierrez I’ve only ever gotten my nails done with Linda. She’s the sweetest. Gives amazing attention to detail and she ALWAYS does an AMAZING job. I recommend making an appointment always because they do get very busy!

Ragni Singh Im only giving one star because my pedicure was amazing! The technician was really good. However, my manicure was a horrible experience. The manicure tech name was Bee. If you get her, run. This woman doesnt know how to do manicures on natural nails. I told her I wanted a gel manicure. Then she asked me if I would like artificial nails added. I said no. Just the gel because Im going on a trip. She proceeded to cut my nails as I asked, but roughly filed them unevenly and it was square with very pointed edges and uneven. I told her to file it oval. She never asked how I wanted my nails done. Big mistake! Then she kept saying "have patience, wait." She kept going on my left hand nails and never went back to fix my right hand nails. I kept saying you need to file my nails and she said you need to wait. Then she started to paint them. She never fixed the style on my right hand, so my left hand had a poorly filed nails and the left was this weird square shape that looked like my normal overgrown nails. After she applied the two coats of polish and the finishing touches, she brings out this large abrasive file and aggressively files my left and my right hand. The nails were unevenly shaped and filled completely down. Im not mad about the length, but I told her you just took off all the polish on the edges by doing that. Now they will chip faster. The lady next to her proceeded to tell me that they need to remove the "hair fibers" from the nail. Ive never seen it done like this before and Ive had a lot of manicures in my day. Most qualified technicians use a gentle file and gently rub it in one direction & the other to smooth it out. Now I have a lot of nail dust on my nails along with nail oil. I told her that is not what I wanted and I will never come back for a manicure. That is not how you do a manicure. She then took acetone and took a layer off and added another layer of color. She was going to do a second coat and I stopped her because it will be so thick. Honestly, this is the worst place Ive ever been for a manicure. Ive never seen a place not file the nails properly before painting and never ask what shape do you want. I dont think the pictures do justice, but if you look closely each nail is poorly shaped and uneven. I paid $35 for a gel manicure that was awful. I definitely would not get it done here again. I could have saved myself an hour and done a better job myself. Im visiting from Seattle, otherwise I would have gone to my normal nail techs. I dont see their licenses posted anywhere, so I dont know if they are all qualified to be nail techs. I know its required in Washington state. Regardless, just save yourself the headache and the time and go somewhere else or just get the pedicure. This was the style of nail file that she used. 100/180 Rectangle Zebra Cushion Nail File. I looked it up and sure enough it is for acrylic nails.

marissa Sears Got my nails done an all the ladys were amazing I had to take my daughter in and they did not mid at all even helped me keep her distracted, just overall so sweet and the lady did so amazing even though I had to keep pushing my daughter up back on my lap!!!!!! I would definitely recommend going fs!!!! So sweet understanding and so friendly!!!! And she did such an amazing job on my Nails even tho I had to keep one hand on my daughter

Brisa G A nice man helped me pick out everything I needed to dye my hair! Recommended some great products! I dyed my hair and nothing went wrong, no burning and the tube of tint is going to last me a lot longer than some of the box hair dyes I’ve been using.

Jeanna Smith So I just left Sallys about 20 mins ago but I felt compelled to write a review. The sales clerk that helped me, her name was Amy. I have to say she was up on the all time highs in customer service. Everytime I go in to this particular Sallys I get top of the line service. I usually go in when Jason is working. He is the reason I go back but now I will add Amy to that reason. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me, and they bring it. Thanks!

Kyra Berg Beautiful space, clean, smelled great (no harsh chemicals). Emma (the owner) was super nice and able to fit me in the same day. She has great working knowledge of hair. Her style is a bit more traditional I think, and her scalp massage during the hair wash was intense, but my hair felt amazing for days after seeing her, my head feels rejuvenated, and my cut is PERFECT. (I have very fine hair which frizzes and curls; she understood that and my hair looked great after seeing her). I got a hair cut and deep conditioning treatment for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back for hair cuts.

Maria Sandoval This salon was suggested to me by a friend and I decided to give it a go. I hadnt had my hair cut in quite some time and it was about time I went. I ended up also getting my grown out hair bleached to continue my colored hair adventures. I had the lovely Rosie work on my hair and she was super sweet and attended very well to my hair needs. The inside is very clean and elegant and everyone there was great to talk with. I highly recommend to check them out! I left a very happy customer and plan to return.

Dale Ostenberg Came in as a walk in with my son today and Leo cut his hair. He did a great job, fade was clean, took the perfect amount off the top. Will definitely be back to get a cut from him again. Shop vibe was cool too, loud music, joking around, good vibes, it was a good spot to go to.

Mai Patas Do not honor business hours. Theyre not open when they say are. We waited 45 min on a Monday for them to open. A young lad that works there was also waiting for someone to open up for him. 1 star because theyre good sometimes. Hit and miss with the cuts and hours. Theyll cut others without honoring the line.

Alejandro Delgadillo Young man , far right by wall was amazing. I did complaint aloud when the lady far left continued to take walk ins, apparently w appts, and leaving the rest waiting. I waited over an hour. The problem is that they make appts, and when those people show up, they take them first. I dont mind, except they DONT TELL YOU that theres going to be a long wait. After I left, there were still 5 more cuts and they kept getting bumped-- especially by appts. They will lose costumers if they continue to do that practice.price went up to $35. Too expensive.

Becca McCann Went in for a trim and have it thinned out. I have very thick hair and have my whole life, so I’ve had plenty of haircuts where thinning shears have been used. Have NEVER been missing a chunk of hair afterwards though. You can see in the photo the length it’s supposed to be (with surrounding hair) vs where that piece was hacked off.

Yasmine Jackson Wonderful stylist! (I forgot her name lol) but she and I talked about my thin hair and a haircut that was similar to what I wanted but would suit my thin hair more and I absolutely love it! I feel so amazing and this place was great to stop by really quick and get a nice haircut ^^

Mir The manager left my hair half way done. She didn’t cut the layers I wanted . I had asked if she could make my bangs side swept . She showed me annd asked how it is. I explained how I wanted them. She left it very thin. I ansked her to fix and she was irritated . Her vibe was off during my visit. Must have been very stressed. I want my hair layered like I asked. I still have split ends. She made bangs for me (thin) not how I wanted and then she cut the ends of my hair . Not thinking I would notice . It was super rushed today I spent $45 including tip.

Lettie I had an okay experience with this hair salon in the past, so I thought I could trust again. I went there earlier this year to get a pixie cut, nothing too complicated. The woman butchered my entire hair, I had to ask her to stop, and an another woman intervened, but it wasnt very helpful. She finished it with buzzing the back of my hair. Almost a year later, my hair was never the same, my self stem is inexistent! Despite all my efforts, my hair is never looking good because of how they buzzed it. Its growing uneven in every part of the hair. One side shorter, the back is longer than the sides of the hair. Its a completely disaster! Do not trust this place!!

Sania Aliza Horrible haircuts and coloring services. They made my hair super uneven and choppy. I asked for layers starting from my chin and she started it above my nose. I do not recommend coming to this place because they will mess up your hair. Everyone here is inexperienced

Meagan McNeill Nina is AMAZING! I am very hesitant to let new people cut my hair, but I will forever come back to Pro Cut! I pay $80+ at other salons and leave still unsatisfied due to split ends missed or my layers choppy. NOT WITH NINA! She took her time and hit EVERY dead end and got my layers PERFECT and it was only $45 with my hair long to the end of my back.

Michael Eiserle Its unfortunate I cant put down "highlights/dyed hair" for my experience. Nina, my hairstylist, was kind enough to help shampoo, condition, massage, cut, and dye my hair. Throughout the whole process, she was so caring and observant about how I was feeling and what I wanted. I do believe that this hair salon is severely underrated, considering that it can be hard to find online and it isnt near the busiest streets of Woodland. Nonetheless, if you want a neat haircut that isnt overpriced, give this salon a try!

mackenzie c Good selection but the employees seem to never want to help out. They don’t hesitate to ask you to move out of their way but I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never received the help that i need to locate products (especially considering all of their perfumes are locked up now). It sucks to stand around and wait for help that never comes.

Sarah L Kind of upset about how this appointment went. I guess I should’ve figured since it’s in an ulta store. Did a walk in haircut. I asked for TWO inches off, I got at least 4 inches off my hair. Did not feel listened to. Just did what she thought I should do to my hair not what I wanted to do. Really upset that double what I asked for was cut off. A cut and tone for $200?????!?? BYE.

Daddy D The Skinny: Friendly full service hair salon. But, after receiving the worst chemical burns ever, in about 4 yrs of having my hair bleached and also possibly being low-balled after asking for a refund. I could not go back nor recommend. The rest of the Story: I really wanted to like this place. I needed my hair Re-bleached. So after calling many other places and getting an answering machine, I called this one and received a friendly welcoming voice saying I could come in right away. The first impressions were good and they started on my hair right away. After the first bleaching. My hair had some spots that needed touched up. This is where it went VERY wrong. The lady doing my hair, increased the developer strength, which isnt itself out of the norm. However, not checking it for over ten minutes is. I was asked how I was doing, "I replied its hot!". At this point it was busy and she was performing a haircut. She said she would be with me in a moment and continued with the cut. Finally the other lady who I believe is the owner took over. By this time I was visibly distressed and head was on fire!! When she put the toner on it burned even more which I thought was strange. After I left, about ten minutes later I felt something on my neck. It was a puddle of seepage from one of the chemically burned areas. The picture shown are some of the areas about an 1hr later I went back the next day and explained what happened to the lady that I believe is the owner, and asked for my money back $65. She said she could only do $40 of it. I was not looking to break her bank, I just wanted there to be some penalty for what was done. I accepted and signed a waiver against any further persecution. Everyone Ive told says I should have received at the minimum a full refund. What do you think?

Michaela Lang Please don’t go here if you want any type of layers. She doesn’t know how to layer hair. She didn’t do want I asked her to do. The top of my hair is way too short. All together the layer look very choppy and not good. When I told her I wanted a refund she refuse to give me one.

Eridani Mendez I went in for a consultation to do a strand test because I had previous brown box dye coloring and some treatments. We let the bleach sit for 20 minutes and it got pretty light and in my pictures you could tell that it is blonde. So I scheduled an appointment to go back for a few face framing highlights. The lady who was doing my hair that day was different from the lady did my strand test. She was so lovely very nice and answered any questions I had but I did not leave with the color result I wanted. They had told me it wouldn’t be too light because of my hairs history but it was orange and not the color of the lighter strand test. Also she did a toner but at the time I was not aware that a toner doesn’t deposit color it tones already yellowish lighter hair. My hair was a brassy orange so it did nothing but I had to pay extra. The ladies are wonderful I think it was just a lack of communication on both ends.

tamana sharma Don’t go ever for hair coloring, they are bad. They mess with my hair. Satisfaction is everything, i spend alot still bad . They are expensive. The lady color my hair see that hair color looks not good, still she didn’t fix it.

Mickayla Southard Stylist insisted I should get layers. Three times (including when I walked in and said what kind of cut I want and declared ‘no layers’) she insisted I’ll need them with my cut. Twice I declined and the third time I yielded. After I got home and was able to see my hair dry naturally, I realized she cut them WAY too short. There’s a solid two inches between the bottom half of my hair and the top half. I think she was so insistent because she messed something up and wanted to hide it. I will never be going back here. Rule of thumb: don’t let a stylist bully you into getting something you KNEW wouldn’t work.

Mary M Davis I have long white, silver, grey, and every dark shade possible in back hair. Its baby fine like spiderwebs when dry, but soft straight and shiny the rest of the time. I am allergic to so many fragrances, its extremely hard for me to "go" places and get my hair cut, and due to the virus, and my compromised lungs, Ive needed this FOREVER! Carla was great. I probably should have gone another inch shorter, but my hair shrinks up a little when dry, and I dont look good in short hair. LOL This was cut 10 days ago, its a bit "bedhead" without glasses, but I still love it.

isabel morin Nora is my hair lady! Cut, color and highlights at a reasonable price with great customer service. I can usually get in within a week. I feel beautiful every time I leave this place!

Lupita Garcia Had my makeup done here. They said they had Mac cosmetics which was a lie. They had old makeup from the drugstore and horrible brushes. The brushes were super old and broken in half. My eye makeup was not well blended. My foundation made my face look like a cake. All my pores were showing. No lipstick applied or highlight. The products used were so bad and the stylist had no talent at all.

Angie Tru Professional and courteous. I have been going for a simple hair cut here for a couple of years now and love it! Still the same price compared to other places that have brought their prices up over the years.

ITO Left my hair green after I asked for lowlights all over.. they dont care about the hair or client.
