Eugene Richardson I came in from Sacramento for an annual golf tournament that I take part of in Tulare. I stayed in Hanford with a close friend that I grew up with there in Tulare. I googled a host of Barber shops there in Hanford & read their reviews.... This spot had by far the best overall! So I got off the Amtrak train & went straight there & met Gilbert.... That man was beyond amazing!! He was extremely pleasant, he faded me up with major skills, great conversation. I truly wish he was up here in Sac because he would not only be my go to Barber...but also a tribe of others. The total vibe in this place was unreal to me. Great old school music (nothing disrespectful), all the other Barbers were chill like Gilbert. I will definitely be paying All Star a visit every single time I come back down there to the Valley. If your not getting faded up with these guys..... I just dont know what your doing with your lives!

Jose Sanchez So I’ve been to this barbershop 3 times, the first time the barber cut me in the back of my ear( he said he was new) I just assumed he was still nervous cutting people hair. The second time was a good not great experience. The 3rd time the barber Jessie Rojas(venmo name) he kept walking outside in the middle of cutting my hair(very unprofessional to top it off I asked him to line up my beard and he did but he left so on even one side is way lower than the other side, the bottom line bellow the chin is all uneven it’s amazing that a barber charging $40 will even be do work like this! I will not be stepping foot in this business again and for new customers i advice you to look somewhere else cause honestly I rather drive 45 min to Fresno to get a haircut

Kallie Thornburg Stylist named Cassie was nice as always. She did a great job on my hair. :) This is the third time Ive had her cut my hair, she doesnt disappoint & is always smiling, cheerful. There were other stylists there as well that were chatting and just making it a fun environment.

Joann Graham I got a good haircut! The guy was new. Seemed like he was afraid to cut my hair. Seemed nervous is how he moved with the scissors and his hands around my head. Supervisor “veteran hairstylist’ just gave excuses about his reluctance to cut my hair. I wanted a haircut, NOT a trim! I’ve been cutting my hair there for years; not my first time. Manager don’t debate my haircut. Educate/train your stylist as he works. I am the customer, don’t give excuses, and guilt me because I got a “trim” and not a haircut. Train your stylist not to argue with the customer!!!!! The stairs are for the recovery, not the execution of the haircut. My girls was there earlier, but I missed her; wished she did my hair!

shelley batti I paid $35.00 plus tip for a haircut and that is what I got a $35.00 haircut she did a great job at cutting my hair exactly the way I wanted it cut will definitely go back to Super Cuts and have my hair cut there again. The place was nice and clean everyone working there was friendly made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked in the door. A plus for them.

Roxie The lady was nice. But I’ve never had a haircut take less than 15 minutes. I’ve got thick curly hair. They usually cut it in sections. But she took a different approach. I had to cut some long strains on my own when I got home.

Thien Dang I bounced around barbers for a year until I finally found this place. Danny’s fades are absolutely incredible. He’s a real professional who doesn’t rush. I call him an artist! She developed a raptor with my daughter that made her feel comfortable, an like the spoiled rotten princess she is. When I was on Active Reserve military status that was my place to go prior to inspection and always received a passing grade. I’m retired now and continue to get my hair cut there still receiving a passing grade from my wife lol.

Rachel Davis I went to get a haircut and this lady named Jane asked if I wanted layers and I said sure and then she jacked up my hair and now it’s all uneven and I have huge parts of hair missing because of the “layers” she put in. Very unsatisfied and disappointed

Jessica Hughes I went in to literally chop my hair in half, and I got an amazing woman, I wish I got her name, that did an absolutely wonderful job on the cut. The color is mine, wish I would have got an after before coloring. She was amazing and knew her trait and was able to work on correcting mistakes previously made. I plan on going back on September to add a few more layers hoping she is still there. Thank you girl Ive gotten many compliments.

Richard Wilson For years I had searched for and paid $10 to $65 for what I would call "a fairly decent haircut." Almost always, the hair would grow out and always look lopsided or undone after just a few days. Then I found Ashleigh Thomas... PERFECT!! Ashleigh spends the time to "work with" clients and their desired appearance with well qualified opinions and suggestions that have never been wrong. Will I go anywhere or to anyone else? Hopefully, never! Thank you, Ashleigh and Great Clips!

A RC I always have a great experience when I go to this location. If I leave unsatfisfied, it it because I dont ask for help (Im a bit shy lol) and take the wrong product lol. I have trouble finding a good foundation and was assisted today near the Estee Lauder section and I am Thankful for that associate today! & for the Girly in the perfume section that asked if I needed help, Thank you too!!

Antonia Moreno Went in with my girls and sister. Weve shopped here before and never had any problems until today. As soon as we split up to look at make up, they staff split up and had my girls followed. Luckily, I taught my girls that when shopping and profiled, hold what youre gonna buy up high where staff can see it so theres no misunderstandings but the whole thing was obvious. It set off my girls anxiety. Not to mention they called security to follow me and my sister around as we browsed at the front of the store. Ridiculous. I know where Im not welcome and its at that store. I understand shoplifting is a serious problem in stores but profiling cost them potential customers. Im going to spend my money elsewhere where Im treated and feel welcomed. I recommend everyone else does too.

Brandy Merchberger Today was the first time going to Ulta to have my hair colored and cut. I have never been happier! Monica did an absolutely wonderful job. She really listened to what I wanted done. Her knowledge of hair color and cutting curly hair was amazing to me. I honestly have to say this experience was the best I have ever had at any salon. Nikki Llamas Booked a kids cut because of the convenience of checking in and coming in for the cut. There were 3 employees and they all seemed to be in a bad mood. We had to wait about 20 minutes after our check in time. One of the employees left and the other two were talking bad about her out loud.. they were also complaining the whole time about how they didn’t want to be there. They kept sighing… it just was very unprofessional and sets the mood for the customers. I was ready to get out of there. In a customer service job any employee should put their best attitude forward and today wasn’t it. Hope the employees have better days and provide a better experience for customers. We won’t be returning.

Charles Brice The person who did my hair cut was 45 minute late getting to me and was very rushed. My appointmentwas at 535p. One one person there , should have been 2 people there. This a place being set up for trouble happening. But I pray to Our Lord Jesus nothing does happen. She was very friendly and polite. I can not remember name. Did do and on line appointment.

Riley Beyond thrilled with the service provided for me. I am so accustomed to leaving the salon chair with a fake smile to appease the stylist and crying in the car at the state of my hair. That was not the case when I received my cut and blowout. She did amazing and gave me exactly what I showed her utilizing my inspiration pictures. Not even 10 minutes after leaving I had already received several compliments from strangers about how pretty my hair was. Thank you so much for your time and care put into making my family portraits ones I could be over the moon about.

Kayla Parham I looovee coming to this location in Hanford. All the girls there are always helpful and welcoming. All the times I’ve visited, I’ve never left unhappy and if there are any bad reviews, I assume they’re all LIARS. I never understood why there weren’t any good reviews on this location. Supercuts on 12th has the BEST employees.

BrainRot OH. MY. GOD. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I wanted a pixie cut, a SIMPLE cut and I was delivered with a very UGLY and EXTREMELY SHORT BOWL CUT. NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL! I do NOT recommend coming here, that is if you can even book an appointment. Multiple people walked in (me and my dad were the only people there) to the establishment and the ONE I repeat ONE lady working there says “oh sorry my list is full.” The Lady literally cut my hair to my cheekbones and wanted me to leave. If I did leave like that I would be barricading myself in my room until 2023. I told her I did NOT like the haircut and she got sassy! She pushed my head around like I was a bobble head and she was all around feisty about it! In the end, if you want your hair to be ruined and not get what you want, come here :)

Verified User Today was my first visit to this business, never knew it existed before today when I googled looking for a haircut. Overall experience a FIVE STAR! THE woman working, I believe she may have been the manager was absolutely amazing and pleasant. She was very polite and personable and had great customer service and cutting skills. She cleaned and sanitized everything and was very professional about the entire thing. Highly appreciate her being at work during this time and she was ALL ALONE and had such a positive attitude. Great job to her Ill definitely be visiting again. Note to her boss= she is a an asset and I truly appreciate her being there for all of us that needs cuts. Reward her with something nice :)

_Andreas_ Life_ The lady their left my babys hair all patchy it looks like a child did it. The day before his birthday party he was left like this. I took him back after I seen it outside and another young lady in the front dest attempted to fix it but I was told she could not touch someone else’s job I had to come back when the manager came in. I left my number for her to call me and I never received a call. I defined do not recommend for you to take your boys here. I wish I knew the ladys name but she sat on the left aide when you entered in the corner.

B Jenkins I love this salon. Ive been here 4 times, and Amanda has colored and cut my hair each time. I can say that she accurately matched the color of my own hair perfectly, as I am trying to go back to my natural color. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. She is very sweet and took her time getting my hair just right. This is the best salon I have ever been to, and it saddens me to see it temporarily closed. Believe me, Ill keep checking to see when it opens back up. Ive definitely been a returning customer!

Sarah Klein I called ahead to see if I could take my son for his first hair cut and a pleasant lady on the phone told me it was fine and to come in. Once we arrived, she got pulled with another client and was unavailable. The second lady was extremely rude and after an awkward exchange in which she obviously did not want to cut my sons hair she said "well Ill do the best I can." We walked out and wont be going back. Definitely not a kid friendly place.

Jessica Patino Should rename to delusions. Asked for simple straight cut and slight face frame. Had hair to my waist and was finally willing to cut it mid-chest area after I let it grow for years and colored it. However she did not cut it straight, and the “face frame” was chopped up horrible chunks. So bad. Ended up forced to cut even more hair off myself just so I could have had semi-even hair. This was November 2022 but still not right. My hair grows super slow but don’t ever go here.

Rich Stella Johnny, his wife and his crew are masters of the craft. I went to them for my very first manicure pedicure and permanent acrylic inch and a half nails and they did me right. Their prices are right and their skills are over the top!

S V I waited to leave this review because I had been going to this salon for four years and this was the last time. I have never had this happen to my hair before and I am so upset. I wanted highlights like I have been getting there for years now and I was left with half blonde on one side and the other half is still my original color because the stylist did not give my hair enough time to process. Since she used bleach I cannot get it fixed by anyone. She added a ghost streak to my hair when I SPECIFICALLY asked please no large streaks and bam she added one secretly thinking I would like it. She rushed me to the chair quickly dried and curled it to hide the mess she made. 155 dollars for unprocessed yellow, half and half hair that nobody can fix. I have to get it colored dark now. Truly the worst experience I have ever had. I was in tears.

Riche Navarette Couldnt believe the customer service. I walked in and because salons dont always have many workers available on hand I waited patiently. I sat down in the lobby area for 5min and watched one woman walk past me without acknowledging me. Then another! No eye contact. No hello. Or I will be right with you. Then another customer came in and was acknowledged within several minutes and was sitting right next to me. Well, still no hello or eye glance in my direction whatsoever. After that customer service I up and left and headed across the street to 7th where Panache Hair Designs is and had a much more pleasant experience.

Elaine Brown Jennie Hernandez knows how to cut and color curly hair. That is not an easy thing to do. Shes very gifted at her craft. Shes also a very talented make up artist if anyone is looking. Hannah Yocum is a pleasure to spend time with and my nails always look fantastic.
