LaDonna Shea My mother recently came to live with my husband and I. Needing to find her a new PMD that took her Medicare advantage plan we found Dr. Majithia through ZocDoc. We could not be more pleased with him and his Staff. The office is extremely welcoming and friendly. Dr. Majithia is kind, patient, and thorough with his examination. My mother has had a stroke and suffers from memory lapses, Dr. Majithia was very patient with her as he spoke to her and asked his questions. Dr. Majithias bedside manner is definitely refreshing. Never was he condescending or dismissive of my mother or myself. He was very attentive. It is intimidating when searching for a new Dr, especially when you are are at the mercy of the internet. Im thankful we found the perfect match for my mother. Not to mention, my husband was so impressed with the experience, he will now be using Dr. Majithia for his PMD. I hope my post will help in your decision should you be looking for a new PMD. Dr. Majithia is definitely a breath of fresh air.

Chen Chrissy Rinka “Rinka” I came here for my physical exam due to a work requirement. My doctors office refused to provide the necessary document because my employer didnt supply a template. So, I searched online and found Carbon Health. I made an appointment online, scheduled the physical exam, and paid out of my own pocket. The front staff were very nice. My appointment was at 11:15; I arrived about 20 minutes early and only had to wait for 10 minutes. The PA, Catherine Chan, did an excellent job. The entire service, including my paperwork, took only 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Carbon Health for their efficiency and excellent service.

samantha dena My daughter had been complaining of a problem over the weekend and by Monday morning I realized she needed acute medical care. Her pediatrician was booked solid until Wednesday but she needed to be seen urgently. I googled urgent cares in my area, this was the first to pop up. I gave them a call asking if they accept pediatric pts to which they told me they did and booked my daughter in for their next available appointment slot. Staff- Doctor, Nurses, MA’s were kind and friendly and assisted my daughter and made her comfortable. We had the best outcome and experience. Definitely will be coming here for my daughters urgent matters when I can’t get in with her pediatrician or myself when I can’t get in with my physician. Thank you everyone at carbon health chino!

Carmen Boren I have been to a lot of different doctors unfortunately for different reasons. I can say that I have met, at Carbon Canyon one of the very few places that r good at what they are doing. The staff is very nice and accommodating with your schedule. Every one is very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough with my problem and looked at all points of view about me they wore lots of different things that they apparently to me didn’t seem connect and she took the time to explain what the problem is and what is that I need to do . She explained what is going on and how they r connected and they r evolving in to much more. Fabbie Razo I am so disappointed. Ive been a patient at Rancho Wellness for a long time. Back when we were able to see Dr. Singh. Unfortunately, it has become such an enterprise with three PAs in addition to Dr. Singh. However, my disappointment is because, I have a recurring sinus issue and I wanted to be seen in case Im at the point of requiring antibiotics, except they wont schedule an appointment as they dont accept anyone "sick" or with symptoms. They offered me a tele-medicine appointment where I can relay my symptoms but they wont look up my nose, ears or throat. Where are we that medical providers wont take care of one because one is sick?? Beyond baffled and disappointed!

Jasmine McKenzie NP Heidi Larson is the greatest! I’ve been to many medical professionals and when I tell you she takes her time, I can’t explain in words. She’s ready, able and willing to answer any and all questions which is rare to find. Most importantly, she doesn’t make me feel like cattle being herded along. She shows compassion and treats me like a valued patient. Not to mention she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very courteous and professional. Wait times are pretty much non-existent. You check in and are called within 5-10 minutes.

pony boy This was my first visit to Rancho Wellness to see Dr. SINGH. I found Dr. Singh to be very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I did not feel rushed at all when going over my previous medical history. He really seemed to care about the things that we discussed. Furthermore, I found his staff to be very professional and friendly too. I had been seeing my past Doctor for around 25 years prior to his retirement. My wife and I were stressed about finding a new family physician but after my first visit here, I now feel that my wife and I have found a new medical professional for now and in the future. Jen Kitty Physicians are nice but front staff are extremely rude. Since we interact with the front staff the most they tend to make things difficult. Blind scheduling, no apologies for blind scheduling, sarcasm when you ask questions, etc. I’ve had better customer service at most fast food restaurants than their front end. Again the physicians are nice, hence I give them a 3, but it does take awhile to make an appointment

clarke rubel CVMG, especially our physician, Yumi Wong, and the entire office staff in the Upland location have been wonderful for the past several years. They are all professional, attentive, helpful, personable, and always willing to help. Our wait times are minimal, and communication with the office is easy through the Healow app. Weve had similar experiences at other CVMG locations, but Upland is our primary, and we could not be more satisfied.

Frances Martin CVMHp is the worst for making an appointment. I called to get an appointment and I have to wait 3 months. They tell me just go to urgent care. Well I dont like urgent care because they dont have all my records and it cost me $20 every time I go.

Richard Doll Ive been seeing Dr. Smart since I went on Medicare 8 years ago. I find him very knowledgeable, he will take his time to explain things and I never feel hurried if I have further questions. I feel great about having him as my Primary Care Physician. Hes got a good support staff and I really like the patient portal on their website to request refills or other communications to the practice or Dr Smart.

Gus Pappas I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jesse Dominguez for many years, and I’m consistently impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. He takes the time to listen to concerns, explains diagnoses and treatments clearly, and never rushes appointments. What stands out most is how he helped manage a chronic condition, addressed an urgent issue promptly, and eased my anxiety during a difficult health scare. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and wait times are reasonable. Brian Miller First issue The Staff is pleasant here but thats not the issue. The staff cant call people back when you have left 5 messages. They claim MGMT is always busy and I would receive a call back. The issue is they never submitted paperwork to insurance company to get approvals for MRIs. Scheduled me for a the earliest appointment which was 31 days. Made me wait then I received a phone call 24hrs before my appointment stating " This would have to be paid out of pocket" . Of course I cancelled the appointment. Finally, I got a hold of Teresa who said she would handle it. She did call me back stating the paperwork was submitted and it was on RUSH status. Fast-forward to now. I Called to speak with Teresa and she wont take my call and passed me off on to Claudia who I have now called twice and was told I would get a phone call back. Again, Received a phone call to schedule my They blame this mix up on a new employee... Second issue I had an DR appointment scheduled a month in advance for a completely different issue and they cancelled it. I called to verify the time for the appointment and then was notified that it was canceled 3 hours before the appointment. I hope youre a patient person if you go here.

Brandi Burns Every person working here was so so sweet and caring. We were seen very quickly for urgent care and all 3 staff I interacted with were amazing. Receptionist so kind and helpful, nurse doing vitals on my autistic 6 year old couldn’t be more patient and sweet, lastly the PA was extremely thorough and once again patient and kind. 10/10 experience thanks to this group!

Nikki Silvera Having my first baby was a traumatic experience due to lack of proper medical care, so when I finally decided to have my second baby 7 years later, I knew I wanted to find a place that made me feel cared for and supported. THIS is that place! Dr Monica made me feel so safe! She took her time explaining everything to me, answering questions and even made my oldest daughter feel so included. If there were ever concerns, she would immediately order more tests and bloodwork just to ensure everything was fine! I had the perfect pregnancy, perfect birth and most amazing postpartum experience and it was all thanks to Dr Monica and her team! Bloodwork is done onsite - so fast and easy! The front desk staff are incredible, everyone is so nice and the lobby is beautiful and so comfortable . This is the experience every expecting mom should have - amazing!

Darlene Jones Ive seen Dr. Joanna Du twice once 12/23/2024 and 01/20/25 and each visit was absolutely rushes 10 minutes tops. Ive had complications my entire pregnancy but yet she was spacing out my appointments 30 days apart and told me not work and did not do anything to check to see why I kept bleeding and cramping to the point I been on leave from work sense my first appointment with her which she did not give me any prove of papers for to give to my job. Then when she fills out my disability forms a week after I gave birth and my bady died in the hospital where she seen me she set my disability forms from only 01/20/25- 02/17/25 even though I been off sense December 23 2024 and am not allowed to return to work until my follow up appointment with her on 03/10/2025 because I had a miscarriage on 01/27/2025. No time was spent on me to make sure my concerns were addressed and everything in there power was done to resolve any problems.

lucille Duke My appointment with Dr. Mesiwala was very nice and he was considerate. He told me that I would hear the day of my appointment with someone that will schedule surgery. I have been calling everyday, leaving numerous messages and have not hear one word. His office staff would get a zero rating from me. I will not call his office again but when I meet with the doctor I will tell him how disappointed I am.

Cheryl Harvey Everyone at the Rancho Cucamonga are very nice and professional. It refreshing to have a pleasant office staff. I cannot express enough of the respect I have for Dr. Mesiwala. He did an amazing job on my neck disc replacement surgery. You can’t even see the scar. He will be performing a lower back disc replacement surgery in a month and I have faith in him to do the best job he can and I am sure my expectations will be met.

Simone Zimmer Went on line this morning about 6:30, made a 10:45 apt for a mammogram at Fontana. I had a change of plans, called at 8am and got a 2:00 at Rancho Cucamonga. I arrived about 1:40 and was out before 2:00. Fast and friendly service- service clerk and mammo tech were great.

Jane Doe 1 Ive had kaiser for years and its just like any other insurance, garbage. If youre white or a male, youll get the best healthcare. I used to have Dr. Patricia wong. She was too busy period to even care. Ive NEVER had a doctor that didnt ignore and dismiss me. I went to a gynecologist, years ago, that was supposedly one of the best. She told me that it was illegal for her to help me. I asked if I could be referred to an endocrinologist about decades long issues Ive had just to get answers as to why I was infertile, but I was ignored yet again. I changed from one crap doctor to another. The nurses are just as bad. They dismiss and totally ignore. Im now at the point in my life where Ive totally given up and Im waiting to die because thats pretty much all I have to look forward to.

All of the drs were amazing when I was pregnant except Cecilia Phong in Eastvale, it was my first visit were I would officially find out how far along I am and she got it wrong in the system that even the assistant was like is this accurate and she said “ yeah just put it on The paperwork” Later on every dr I went to let me know my paperwork was like a week off. Cecilia phong rushed my whole appointment and had no respect for me. She’s those kind of drs that you have to demand respect because she will not just give it. Other than her every other Dr amazing ! She even got my insurance wrong all of my procedures were covered except one, we’re I’m just finishing dealing with them and I had my baby November 2023!

Andrea Esperanza Martinez I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I started coming to Care For Women’s Health, Eastvale because of the great reviews, and for the convenience of this location being on the way to where my partner and I both work. Most of my experiences here have been relatively pleasant with staff being very friendly and professional... Unfortunately, I just got off the phone with someone calling regarding an appointment, and my experience was very unpleasant… The woman on the phone slightly aggressively told me that I didn’t show up to my appointment today. I explained to her that someone called a few days ago to reschedule my ultrasound appointment. I spoke with two different women because this was very difficult for us to make time with our work schedules on such late notice, but we were able to reschedule for next week. Neither of the two women I spoke to said that I was still supposed to come in for an OB appointment. Only that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The woman I spoke to today was being so rude saying that the doctor was here today, and I was still supposed to show up. I didn’t know what to tell her other than “I’m sorry but none of that was made clear to me.” It sounded as if she was getting defensive and said she was calling to make sure I was still gonna show up to my two appointments next week, that I must’ve misunderstood. How am I supposed to know to still come in to my appointment if they said they were calling to reschedule? There was another time we came in for our OB appointment, early. The doctor was running so late that it made us late to work. We had to leave without scheduling our next appointment at the desk, and NOBODY called to follow up or apologize. Eventually, I had to follow up because I was concerned that they hadn’t. They said something about how I needed to make the appointment sooner to be seen more frequently. Is that my fault? I honestly don’t know. Both my partner and I teach music lessons to kids by appointment, back to back and sometimes with no breaks. We understand how it can be, ESPECIALLY when things run late and/or when people don’t show up... This is my first pregnancy, and I’m still learning how everything works, I even feel stupid at times because I don’t know EVERYTHING. I don’t just assume things, and I ask questions when I’m confused. However, I was not confused about the way I was communicated to regarding my appointment needing to be rescheduled. With that being said, I always try to show up on time, if not EARLY to my appointments. I’m going to keep the rest of my appointments at this location because I’m so far along now, but I must say that I’m very disappointed with the way I was just spoken to today.

Lissa Fraga I wish I could give 10 stars! The front staff greeted me with a smile and check-in was fast. Soon after, Erika my nurse, took my back to prep me and get my IV line going. She was kind and sweet and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Dr Chen, my anesthesiologist came out and chatted with me about the plan for surgery. He was funny and kind. Dr Vu performed by surgery and before I knew it I was back in recovery. I woke up in quite a bit of pain but my recovery nurse Terri made sure we got the pain under control. Dr Chen came back to check on me and gave some direction on meds to provide to get my pain under control. Terri was so attentive to my needs and concerns. I am so grateful to have had such a caring team during my visit. I highly recommend the surgery center to everyone!

Darlene I had a foot surgery to remove a toe bone tumor on Friday. The nurses were soo nice and friendly. I forgot their names but the one with red streaks in her hair put the IV in fast and painless. The one who took care of me afterward, I think her name was Kim, was also super nice. Great nurse team!

Sun Shyne I had a great experience with my surgery. All staff was professional and attentive and very nice for the entire time I was there. I felt very well cared for. I could see that other patients were very well cared for as well. The staff was very busy but they all looked in good spirits and happy to be there. All of the people I interacted with made me feel welcomed and at ease about my surgery. The nurses that cared for me after my surgery did everything they could to keep me comfortable until I was discharged.

Cindi Riggins They are great! Very good care. Sorry have to change review. November had great care but today cannot say the same. Only the anesthesiologist smiled and was friendly. I arrived at 8a returned home at 2p for a 15 minute procedure. At one point my doctor decided to leave for awhile. Was told when he leaves he usually doesnt stay gone long. I was kept there longer then I should have been. Not my fault but was glared at and ignored by all. I heard the anesthesiologist tell another patient doctor had left, that is the only reason I found out. I asked questions at that time.

A Cruz My experience with my first surgery was great and smooth. Thank you Dr. Spivack and the rest of the nurses that assisted me and taking care of me. I was scared but everything turned out to be great. The facility was very clean as well.

Marilynn Gonzalez Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The manager Joana is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find staff that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I highly recommend becoming a patient at Dr.Charles Ho!

Janet Garcia This place is insane. Seems like the managers there because everyone of the front girls here claim to be managers, dont have a clue of what they are doing. I have noticed every bad comment on here is quickly shut down by them saying oh im sorry i dont remember speaking with you today as if everyone is going to put theyre real name. Any way, these girls are incompetent and they get upset when ever you ask any questions. I honestly feel like these good comments are made up. Youll see tomorrow there will be 4 good comments from people saying just how amazing they are. I am a patient here and have been for over 5 months and one of the girls i wanna say shes the actual manager, is very rude. You have a lot of elderly people here who she must think will not complain and they never really do because most people dont. I will continue to come here till i change my ins but if you are able to avoid this place, I would. So the manger is Joann! You are the one i was talking about. You seem to think that your position makes you entitled to treat people in a rude manner. If you are the actual manager then it is 100 percent your fault the rest of the staff is so rude also. Thats what they see so monkey see monkey do. I am looking for another Dr im just waiting for my ins. You know how crazy ins can be also. But its sad to see how badly you all treat patients.

Edgar Cisneros tried making an appointment to establish care with this doctor and it was a mistake. i was on hold for what seemed like forever, my phone encounter with the girl there was horrible, i believe her name was joanna which so happens to be the office manager. she was extremely unprofessional and rude. she just seemed like she didnt want to help schedule an appointment. if thats the example she sets to her staff then im sure i wont be the only patient changing primary doctors. first impressions are everything and this is by fare the worst first impression i have ever encountered with a doctors office. I feel a little attacked by having my own experience with this office. maybe they are "sweethearts", maybe i called on a bad day but how is that MY fault? i stand by my review because i personally did not have the "amazing" treatment others claim to have had. and you probably dont say youre the manager but when I asked to speak to a supervisor you said it was you. and theres no need going back and forth I obviously will not be going here.

Nelda Dooley Dr. Ho is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I have been going to his office for many years and receive above excellent care, also Vanessa in the office is so experienced,friendly,knowledable , and quick to help patients.

Debi Avila I have been a patient if Dr. Ho for many years, he has helped me overcome some difficult medical problems and always attentive. He is a great Dr. In my book, and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Melissa Hopper Went to this office in July based on great reviews on google. Good luck getting anyone to return your calls. I have been on a waiting list for a procedure since September. Unfortunately I missed the call to schedule the procedure and cannot reach anyone other than voice mail. Good luck if you need anything other than a regular appointment.

Angelica Sanchez My first pregnancy I did not like the office i went to so I changed to this Dr for my second and current pregnancy and so far I’ve had a way better experience. They’re quick and genuine. I don’t get any bad vibes and I always feel comfortable. I even took my sister in law to my appointment and afterwards she told me “i really like him(the Dr)” and my response was yeah me two my first appointment I already knew I was going to have a better experience here. And a bonus is that I get ultrasound pictures each time. I would definitely recommend this Dr. office.

Darla Half way through my pregnancy I decided to switch insurance (from Kaiser) to attend this facility. You see, I went here years ago and really liked it. Before switching insurance with my employer, I called and confirmed they would take the new insurance carrier my employer was offering. I made the switch, then called to make my first prenatal appointment. They said they could not see me because I still had Kaiser under my husbands insurance. I continued with Kaiser, then had to deliver at San Antonio Hospital. I saw Care for Women for my first post-national appointment. Not sure why I wasnt able to get prenatal care here when I was getting postnatal care. They also charge $15 to complete disability forms and wont call you when there done and the disability lady wont answer her phone or return your calls. You just have to show up. I waited almost 2 weeks and left two voice messages.

Cat R I was referred to them from the ER doctor I saw back in June 2024 who diagnosed me with an ovarian cyst. The clinic was great about scheduling an appointment right away and was told I need surgery during the visit. The dr made it seem like it was going to be something urgent within a month or so. It’s now 2025 and I have heard nothing from them. Previously when I’ve followed up I’ve been told they have a waiting list and I’ve tried following up recently and no one has called back to provide me a status.

Brianna Gia It has just been about a year since my experience with Care For Women’s Medical Group had ended and I now feel it is important to share said experience. To give some context, I was pregnant for the very first time last year and went to this facility for care on top of seeing specialists for a complication during my pregnancy. I want to first say, don’t let the office staff fool you. In the beginning they are kind and helpful, but as time went on, in my experience, they became rude overtime. I felt the switch in customer relations when my insurance switched halfway through my care. With the new insurance I had, the facility would be receiving less of a payout from myself and insurance and therefore they made multiple claims they did not accept my insurance. When I spoke with the office staff, I was given the run around more times than I can count. I went into my labor and delivery not knowing for sure if it would be covered due to Care For Women’s taking forever to get back to me. The only solid form of knowing I had was my insurance telling me it would be covered meanwhile my OB is saying it wouldn’t be covered at all. My next complaint is the constant switching of OB’s. Why would you not keep a patient, especially a pregnant one, with the same doctor? I had to deal with constant undermining of mine symptoms because I was seeing a new doctor every single appointment. On top of that, I was diagnosed with HG and was prescribed medication to treat it by Care For Women’s, but they would only approve the name brand. They wouldn’t approve a generic version and therefore my pharmacy could only offer me a $400 medication. My requests for the generic medication were denied each time by the facility. Each appointment I was told the vomiting and nausea would go away, it never did, I was sick the entirety of my pregnancy. Following, at my 20 week anatomy scan and the appointment that followed it, I was told there were no issues during the ultrasound and everything looked perfect. Two months later, during an ultrasound, my OB asks, “And they told you about the [redacted], right?” They had not told me anything two months prior about any complication. Come to find out, my son had and still has a chronic and severe health condition. They acted as through them withholding that information from me was nothing. I went two whole months thinking my baby was perfectly healthy which he was not. He is turning a year soon and is doing amazing now that we are working with incredible doctors over at Loma Linda. To end, the part where I feel Care For Women’s truly failed is during my labor and delivery. I went into my 40 week appointment feeling good and walked out being told my son’s heart wasn’t strong enough and they went me to San Antonio to be monitored. I knew what that meant right off the bat, they most likely just wanted to induce me prior to the holiday season. Of course though, I was scared something was wrong with my son and I went to be monitored. Very quickly, the staff at San Antonio said my son was fine, but I was not as my blood pressure was through the roof. I had preeclampsia towards the end of my pregnancy and was nervous in that moment, of course my blood pressure was crazy. They admitted me and that is where my labor and delivery began. This review isn’t to scare anyone or to say this is the standard of their care, but I don’t believe any pregnant woman should have to deal with what is stated above. Advocate for yourself. Doctors are doctors are a reason, but they are not gods and they don’t know everything especially when it comes to just making people feel welcome. It’s most important than they may think.

EEE The PT, OT, and ST here are the finest practitioners you will encounter for EDS. The front desk however makes it not worth it. Incorrect info, maze like requirements, and no ability to book without interacting with them. I see them make disabled people cry on a weekly basis. Really bad training and communication.

A K Their call wait times are ridiculous where it takes 20 minutes or more just to get a person on the line to cancel or schedule an appointment. You wait in the call cue but then they send you back to hold in the cue so the wait is even longer. Theres no way to cancel or reschedule online. They need to do better to service current patients.

Paula Holous My husband Brad, just had ankle surgery on Aug. 23rd. It was our first time in Casa Colina surgery center. We were very impressed with the surgical, attending, and recovery room nurses and staff. Molly, Ronnie, and Millie were very attentive in the recovery room and answered all of my husbands questions and allayed his concerns. They took such good care of him. They checked on him often in the recovery room and helped us out to the car. We have been to many surgery centers for out patient surgeries in the past but have never received this level of care. We are grateful!

Diana M Had a horrible experience working at the Transitional Living Center as a Residential Technician in Pomona. Nurses, medication techs, ot, pt, doctors are wonderful. But some of the girls that work there are rude and will bully the new girls and the supervisors don’t really care, they don’t do anything about it because the supervisor’s show favoritism towards certain employees, they’re unprofessional, co-workers and supervisors like to gossip while clients are around and I’ve personally witnessed staff gossiping about the patients and their cases. Some co-workers are SUPER lazy. The only supervisors that are nice and should be recognized for their hard work are Lan, Godwin, and Claudia. You can tell they actually care about the clients and employees! Also, the training is terrible terrible terrible! Some people that train won’t walk you through steps so you have to constantly be asking questions and when you ask what certain things mean they don’t know. Think twice about sending your loved ones here!

Jennifer De La Torre My surgery was schedule here because Kaiser Permanente has contracted them. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The staff were all amazing but I have to shoutout Kelly who was my nurse during intake and was phenomenal! But everyone who cared for me was warm, kind and patient. The anesthesiologist, whom I am not sure if he was a Kaiser doctor (my surgeon was) but he was also amazing and had such great bedside manners. Very happy with my experience.

Milepost 42 Films Fantastic physical therapy department! Carlos and Maria did a great job with my mom. The staff was wonderful to her. Her nurse Maria kept her laughing and was always there for her. We appreciate all of you and all you did for her.

HUNT MAN Pure excellence! My father recently (1/25) received longterm care at Ontario Health. The facility management & supervisor professionals, Sonia and Alisha, administered the "BEST" of services to my father! He was extremely happy with the day to day operations, professionalism of the nurses (Ms. "J"), and the overall attention he received from staff. I cant overemphasized enough the peace of mind my family had knowing my father was truly care for! Currently, my father returned home and is in great spirits and resting comfortability. We love you, sincerely, The Hunter family.

Christina Kolander The entire staff was great with my dad during his 3 week stay. PT worked with him 5 days a week, always encouraging and showing him extra care. The social worker and case manager went above and beyond to help us get the care Dad needed.The care nurses were compassionate and patient with Dads dementia, always showing him respect. The LVNs took time with Dad and were patient with all of our questions. Even the reception staff was welcoming and kind. The people are the best thing about Ontario Healthcare. The facility was clean, but could use some updates including the parking for visitors and that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall a great place!
