5 /5 Milepost 42 Films: Fantastic physical therapy department! Carlos and Maria did a great job with my mom. The staff was wonderful to her. Her nurse Maria kept her laughing and was always there for her. We appreciate all of you and all you did for her.

4 /5 Rita Hernandez: I was a patient for 3 months here my frist day here I was nerves being rolled in but Joseph greeted me and let me know all was going to be ok he was so understanding My CNA Gloria came in and treated me with kindness and care this staff are amazing so many took care of me thank you for all for everything you have done for me Rosa Victoria Angelo Carmen angelina Sara Demy Carlos Maria Diane Katrina haila daisy the wound nurse Jessica Anna Alyssa Jennifer emily Brittany kelly odie Tiffany jen and so many more to name thank for everything thank you to the director Sonia for sitting with me to comfort me thanks to bebe Alicia and physical therapy manager for all my equipment and services I need when I get home even maintenance and housekeeping were so kind and helpful

5 /5 HUNT MAN: Pure excellence! My father recently (1/25) received longterm care at Ontario Health. The facility management & supervisor professionals, Sonia and Alisha, administered the "BEST" of services to my father! He was extremely happy with the day to day operations, professionalism of the nurses (Ms. "J"), and the overall attention he received from staff. I cant overemphasized enough the peace of mind my family had knowing my father was truly care for! Currently, my father returned home and is in great spirits and resting comfortability. We love you, sincerely, The Hunter family.

4 /5 Christina Kolander: The entire staff was great with my dad during his 3 week stay. PT worked with him 5 days a week, always encouraging and showing him extra care. The social worker and case manager went above and beyond to help us get the care Dad needed.The care nurses were compassionate and patient with Dads dementia, always showing him respect. The LVNs took time with Dad and were patient with all of our questions. Even the reception staff was welcoming and kind. The people are the best thing about Ontario Healthcare. The facility was clean, but could use some updates including the parking for visitors and that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall a great place!

5 /5 Richard Razo: My experience so far at this facility has been great, I rather be home but this place is not disappointing. the food preparation is amazing, the staff is excellent very patient, kind and happy which shows. Thank you Ontario Healthcare
