Jay PandaBoi I usually don’t have a problems with Ulta but I’m not sure if the girls were just bored but they called security on my friend and I when we were shopping. I work the beauty department at the store I work at so I could kinda tell they thought we were stealing when a lady in neon yellow was following us around for 10 minutes. Made us uncomfortable so we didn’t end up not purchasing anything and left, they didn’t even service us, if they were so keen on thinking we were stealing I would have gladly shown them my bag. I’ll just going to a different store

Vintage Lover Girls working there seem like they don’t want to be there at all. I can never find someone for help it’s like they’re all hiding or avoiding helping. The “managers” look like they need a makeover. The tall one always looks like she just woke up and never knows what’s going on. The blonde one with glasses, makes you feel stupid, she belittled me, and gave me attitude. I feel like I wear more makeup than the “managers” and know more than them. Everytime I ask for help they disappear. Don’t waste your time shopping here. Very rude and disappointing staff.

Vicki Ferguson You could spend hours here! Large selection of makeup, skincare, hair care and perfume. They also have a salon in the back for hair and nails. Prices are not too bad. One sales rep helped me with my purchase, was very nice and not pushy which I appreciate! I will return lol!

Stacey Mattish This is the 2nd time Ive been in the store since it opened, and Ive been disappointed both times. This last time has caused me to write this review.
I tried to purchase 2 makeup brushes and some Diva gel nail stickers. The brushes had a "30% off all brushes" sign out on the shelf, but they rang up at the full price. The nail stickers were on a shelf with a bunch of red sales stickers for Diva gel stickers $4.79. I double-checked to make sure I was grabbing the right product and then went to check out. Everything I had rang up for the full price instead of sale prices. I pointed out the signs. The cashier had to wait for the manager to override the price on the brushes. She finally caught a manager who was on her break. She adjusted the brushes but said that the gel sticker sale was only for specific stickers. I then pointed out that all the stickers were behind the sales tags, and that even the workers couldnt find the names of the exact sticker color. They had to go ask a manager. If they had that much trouble, no customer was going to be able to find the information. The sign was very misleading. The manager that wasnt on break was having the same problem as the rest of us trying to locate the names on the packages to know what was on sale. The other manager wouldnt give the sale price, though. Unfortuately, due to the chaos and lack of honoring bad advertising on their part, Im not inclined to use this Ulta again. Ill go elsewhere.
