hammy sargent I had made 3 appointments starting at 12pm for myself, my boyfriend, and my sister. The stylist called me at 11:15 and asked me to come in AT 11:15 because the last appointment is too close to when she has to leave. Okay so we rush to get over there. She takes me back first and cuts my hair no longer than 10 minutes. It’s very choppy and uneven, and she had cut more than asked. She then took my sister back and again spent no longer than 10 minutes. This is the most choppy trim Ive ever seen! She took my boyfriend back and it’s like she didn’t even cut his hair. He has asked for his hair to be out of his eyes, but nothing had changed. She had also told him that my sister (9) ‘is too serious’ because she didn’t talk to her much. The total came out to $70. When we asked for a refund they refused, and said we could come back on Sunday (it’s Thursday) to get our hair redone. We said no we do not want you guys to cut our hair. My father went in to ask for the refund later and they immediately gave it to him no questions asked. So not only did they completely mess up our haircuts by rushing, they tried to get over on us. Maybe because we are younger. That just goes to show what kind of respect they have at this salon. Embarrassing. The girl who cut our hair is named Citlalli Cruz. She rushes and doesn’t even know how to do hair properly!

Gabriela Pastor Worst experience ever and I am not talking about the job done. Management needs to improve. I’ve been struggling finding a long time hairstylist. My friend recommended Nibardo and gave me the phone number. I called and scheduled an appointment. I was excited that I was able to go on a Saturday and didn’t need to miss work. I showed for my appointment and guess what? I was not even in the system!! Manager Karina “accommodated” me for Sunday with Barbara. I was not happy but I really needed my hair done for an event, it was way too long, damaged, and color was faded, plus grey hair was showing. Sunday I get there and Barbara showed me the options. I picked the color I wanted, she went to “mix the color”, two minute later she comes back and says “I’m sorry, we don’t have that color or anything I can create the color with”. At that point I wanted to get out of there but I need my hair to look decent and I had nowhere else to go anyway. I picked another color from what they had available. Then, to top it all off… I know this is not a VIP salon but hey! If others offer wine, champagne, or even mixed drinks, at least have water for your customers!!! I was thirsty and THEY DID NOT HAVE WATER! Poor Barbara went and got me water, she probably went to the mall and paid with her own money because her manager can’t even have water for the customers, or the colors available, or a reliable person answering phones and scheduling appointments. Needless to say that was my first AND LAST time at JCPenney salon.
