Jay Matthew Vanessa was really great. She helped us although we were very lacking in knowledge. She assisted in finding us all the possible products that would help. And she was very pleasant. Great store!

B Ray Got a haircut here on 10/13. I booked with Lori and honestly the whole appointment was a little odd to me. First she made awkward comments about the Hispanic Heritage Month music playing and it being weird, then she cut a huge chunk out of the front left side part of my hair and panicked saying “that was really short but it just didn’t blend. I needed to blend it” and just kept rambling on about it which obviously let me know it was too short. Both sides of my hair are different lengths now. My bangs were cut too short but that’s fine they grow fast. Just wish the rest of my hair hadn’t been cut so Willy Nilly. About halfway through the haircut Lori calls over the Benefit Brow girl and tries to upsell me on brow services that I don’t want. Super awkward. Will not be returning over all sadly. Was really hoping for a more affordable haircut in the Bay Area but I learned my lesson on this one. The girls at the checkout area, however, were all a pleasure.

janie villegas Disappointed with Customer Service at Ulta
I had a very disappointing experience with Jennifer at Ulta. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me or say good morning, and when I tried to be polite and asked if she was okay, she responded with an attitude and looked visibly annoyed. Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Ulta, customer service is a key part of the shopping experience! Please ensure that your employees treat customers with kindness and professionalism. A warm and friendly greeting goes a long way in making shoppers feel valued.

Mellie May The store is great for what it has, but the employees that work here are not good. The indifference, the attitudes, the way they make you feel like you’ve done something wrong for just being there is straight up unacceptable. They are often no help but when they are you have to deal with eye rolls and rudeness, they cop an attitude if you ask a question and seem beyond irritated when checking you out. If this was a one off experience I wouldn’t be saying anything, but this is an every single time experience. Like please corporate fix your eyes on this location and get it together. How is this acceptable?

LN T In the last 2 times I’ve come in, managers at this site at customer service, have been surprisingly short and rude to customers including this week. If you ask a question you get a blunt “NO” and a stare and a walk off. No helping or trying to be welcoming. They are too busy chit chatting or gossiping. This store used to be so great! I think I rather go to a store to purchase products where employees are always friendly, willing to help you, and make your experience pleasant so you’ll keep coming back again and again. Thanks but no thanks.
