william Ronald Unfortunately on Tuesday December 17, I chose Anaheim Hospital on La Palma in Anaheim. My treatment was fine until I was discharged. That was when their customer service stopped and chaos ensued. After I was left for 3-4 hours in their loud and very disrupted Emergency Room , they woke me up with my same chest pains from Cardiac issues I had this year. And they told me at 5:30AM I must leave and they told me they wouldnt be able to get me a bus pass to make it home to continue my recover from Cardiac surgery in the year. You see my car had recently been stolen and bus travel was the only remedy! In fact the nurse even said to me in a mocking tone to me after she informed me that they had had no bus passes , "What will you do to get home?" In the Waiting Room , a Security Guard and a extremely disabled lady were involved in a very loud argument. I was has happy to finally get out of that place! William Staats MBA

Allison Zieman I had a wonderful experience with Sean Wu for my pulmonary function test. This review is more for him as someone who works at the center than the center itself. Sidenote: The person who checked me in was not great. For anyone who has not had a pulmonary function test, I found it very difficult to do. For me, the process started with an arterial blood draw. Sean very quickly and easily did it and I appreciated his willingness to draw from my preferred arm. For the pulmonary function test, Sean carefully explained every different test (there are several) and if I had to do the test over again because I struggled to do it, he was very patient and explained new ways to think about how to do the test. For example, one way included showing me what the results looked like and then letting me know what he needed to see for a good test. He also smartly gave me a nebulizer treatment after a few tests when it was pretty clear it was a tough breathing day for me. It was wonderful to have someone so patient and kind help me take a test that Id rather never have to do again if I could!

T.W Livingstone I’m giving two stars for the employees who we really liked; (Which is the equivalent for five dollars for them) If I could get zero stars for the facility as a whole, I would’ve rated it. It would be a good thing to have a rating of this is for the facilities. This is for the employees. The staff that we really loved and I can’t remember everybody’s name was Kim, Naz, There was a really nice girl. I can’t remember her name, but I wrote it on a report, there was a gentleman with a long, gray hair and glasses that was really sweet, and then there was Deveryn I think that was his name.. He’s an African-American gentleman that works on the second floor. The former people mentioned work in ICU. They were the greatest. Nurse Nora on the second floor was a horrible nurse. I watched her try to place my mom‘s breathing tube back in her nose and she could not get it in; my sister had to tell her you don’t have it in her nose. Oh….Watched my mom sitting in a bed that had been deflated and was sunken down. She didn’t know how to fix it. She was a horrible nurse. The nursing staff on the second floor with the exception of one girl and I don’t know her name. She has black hair with a blonde streak. She was for sure the greatest. The doctors overall they were horrible no communication,no talking with the family ( The exception was a Dr. Noble… She was fantastic. She communicated to us. I think we spoke with her once or twice. ) as a family, we didn’t really know what was going on because we never talked with a doctor. we get there and find out my mom’s going to be moved and it’s like no one told us ; no communication with the family. I never saw a doctor once the whole time I was there that’s a shame. Who’s running this facility. I guess it’s true what they say when you can’t afford the best medical, then you don’t get the best medical you would think that as a hospital as a hole, they would want to give their all and their best to the patients, but they don’t. I observed nurses walking around talking huddled together not doing anything. There were two nurses in ICU both males that were as lazy as can be. I saw one of them tapping on their cell phone when they should’ve been checking on their patients. it was just a horrible, horrible experience for my mother. I would not suggest this hospital to anybody unless it’s absolutely necessary. But for your loved ones if you can avoid this hospital do so. It doesn’t appear that the hospital and most of the staff at least 90% of the staff should really rethink their nursing careers in their careers of being doctors. I think lwhen you go into nursing or you become a doctor or you run a hospital you should be concerned about the welfare and care of the patient; This was something that was unfortunately lacking at this hospital .

DEAN PARK Had an opportunity to spend 2days after an ankle surgery 2wks ago, and there isnt a thing to complain about anything from start to finish. About 12 different nurses had to deal with me and they were all kind and professional making me look for excuses to stay a but longer.

Gdog Rocks The physician assistants have a wonderful demeanor when taking care of patients and are very pleasant to talk to. Dr. Amin is very pleasant and positive as well. But we waited for over an hour in the room and we were only there to get the results of my brothers procedure. Once they discovered that they forgot we were waiting for the doctor to come in and speak to my brother, they finally walked in. By the way, the first assistant who took my brothers weight and blood pressure is a beautiful girl. Wonderful way with patients and very efficient. Would love to know her name. Shes absolutely gorgeous.

Kim Ellerbe I have requested a copy of my medical file, I walked into the office, the girl made the copies and the upper staff yelled at her and told her she was not giving them to me. They told me to sit down and I refused being I WATCHED her make the copies. They called me into the office about 30 minutes later when I told them I was NOT sitting down and needed to go to work. They said they would give them to me but were SO BUSY and would fax them. I had signed the paper from my PCP requesting the release of it. This was 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to fax it that same day. Im watching the calendar because I WILL be filing a complaint with HIPAA. More so after reading the reviews and they had the audacity to tell me to use them again for my next colonoscopy!

Rohit Vakharia Absolutely terrible at communication. I’ve been at hospital for almost 4 days and seen him once. He doesn’t check in, give updates, etc. I had a procedure done and he never came to talk to me after — just left. Was supposed to have procedure done on Wed but he decided not to answer his phone all day so they fasted me for no reason. Had procedure on Thursday. Have not heard from him or his office until today (Saturday). He didn’t bother to show up himself to discharge me. Stay away from this doctor.

I told them that they were listed on my insurances website as taking my insurance and was told that they do but they wont take mine. They wasted an hour of my time would not recommend them to anyone.

Saif Hamdi I went to this medical center to do a 5 panel drug test I made sure to tell them that I need this test for the PUC because it’s for a commercial driver they gave me one that was not for a commercial driver and when I called them back they were rude and told me it’s not our fault and we will not send any results to the lab either.

Keila. I Rivera Had my first surgery done yesterday And what an amazing experience I had. I was very nervous. The nurses are very sweet they kept me company all the time before surgery and after they never left my side. If I needed anything they were always there. The surgery team was amazing they kept telling me jokes and helped me stay relaxed and calm. I’m so great full my first surgery was an amazing experience

Kathy Cooper Today my husband had a operation scheduled for 12:30pm with an Oncology Surgeon practicing out of Anaheim Global Medical Center, Dr. Melinda Lamb. We waited two weeks for the hospital to contact us about a Radiology appointment my husband needed before the surgery. We were not told by the doctor if the appointment would be on the date of the surgery or before. A few days before the surgery date, I called Dr. Lambs office to let her know we have not heard anything from the hospital. Her nurse/receptionist says just to wait, they will call. GREAT! At almost 5pm the evening before the sugery, we get a call from the hospital asking my husband to be there at 6:30am. I ask her why since the surgery isnt until 12:30pm? We cant arrive that early, we have an 8 year old to drop off at school & the school grounds arent open until 7am. I dont have anyone else to drop him off. And we live more than a half hour away. The hospital representative calls the Radiology Dept to see if we can arrive at 7:30am. The Radiology Dept doesnt even open before 8am so they said, that was OK. Due to an accident on the 5 fwy and the Google GPS taking us to the back of an Urgent Care instead of the hospital, we we arrived at 7:45am. The intake nurse said it wasnt a problem the same situation happened to a few patients that morning. She started taking us back to Pre-Op only to be stopped and reprimanded by my husbands surgeon, Dr. Lamb, for not arriving at 6:30am. I tried to explain, she told me not to speek and just cancelled the surgery. She said, "she can not be upset like this before surgery." She was very unprofessional. JThe Radiology Dept still had plenty of time to complete their part before the surgery. Four hours and 40 minutes and they only needed 4 hours. If the hospital had called at least 24 hours in advance this situation would not have happened. The intake nurse was so upset about it being cancelled she came out to our car to apologize. Also, the hospital needs to update their procedures so their patients can provide their health information ahead of time electronically, like so many other medical facilities. The staff we got to see were very nice and accommodating. The only other comment I have about the hospital is it looks really old inside. The surgeon is a whole other issue. Very unprofessional and lacks confidence in herself as a surgeon if 15 minutes affects her ability to do a surgery. I highly recommend you avoid Dr Melinda Lamb whose office is in Costa Mesa and only practices out of this hospital.

Rachel Mckenna Horrible staff.,spent a total about 2 minutes with me. Nurses are even worse, they make little effort to take of you (even after i assured I would be.) They will ignore patients for hours, just chat with their coworkers.

Susan Andrews I am visiting my family in Anaheim. I live in Texas. I lost my balance in my sons kitchen and the corner of the kitchen counter went into my left ribs. After four days my pain got worse. My son took me to the emergency room here and I was taken to get X-rays. The doctor Jason Vecchia was very understanding and the staff was friendly and professional. Thank God I didnt puncher anything but they treated me for cracked ribs. They were fast and efficient. Thank you.

Stephie Cornell I can’t speak highly enough for this ER! Little known gem in Anaheim. I’ve lived here 42 years and didn’t know this “community hospital“ existed. I’ve been to the “big box” ERs due to my family having a genetic disease. They DO NOT compare to this gem! You are a person here, not a number. They couldn’t have been more kind nor more helpful! Shout out to Paul, Alexis who was AMAZING! and the first RN that took care of us, tho sadly I don’t remember his name. Truly amazing people in the ER. Sadly, don’t know about the hospital as at the time of this writing, we have been here for 2 days waiting for a bed to open up in a hospital w an Opthamalogist specialist that we need in addition to our other problems. But if they’re anything like their ER dept, I’m sold! One other thing, I NEVER write reviews but these guys went over and beyond the call of duty! I will always come here first from now on!

Denis Vaduva If I could give them zero stars, I would this is the worst hospital in the world. The security in the front popped my tires because I couldn’t move it for 30 seconds because I was holding my daughter. Wow unbelievable I wouldn’t come here even if I knew if I was going to die. The lady at the front office is very unprofessional. Wouldn’t let me leave. Told me I was detained as if she was a police officer, and then stuck up her middle finger. Do not go here.

Danielle Chavez Shocking to see so many negative reviews when my experience wasnt negative at all. I was in the ER for about 2hrs, got checked, given proper meds, a shot, got xrays, and was diagnosed with a sprained ankle and broken finger in 2.5 hours with a few ppl ahead of me and after. People were nice and helpful as much as possible and did the best they could. Were quick and seemed to know what they were doing. It was not dirty. It was not messy. People were not loud or strange no matter the type of people they were. It was late so I know some people were tired. Receptionist didnt say Thank You or Youre Welcome and didnt seem to wanna be there but again, I am assuming it was because it was late. Staff and all were tired I am sure but everyone else seemed to be able to use their manners. But what else can anyone do at an ER?

D R This is the worse emergency room you can find. Even if you feel like you are going to die please stay far away from Anaheim regional. Way better options available than this place. They will treat you like a drug addict. The nurses can’t even put in needles without getting blood all over your clothes and dripping on the ground. They treated my wife for something that wasn’t even close to the problem. They have no idea how to diagnose like I said they will think it’s drugs, they must deal with it a lot. Though in the end the have code of ethics which I didn’t see followed at all. I believe they took out their anger for me on my wife who was the actual patient. The nurse that put the needle had to have purposely messed up her arm and made her bleed for something that is so simple. After two times going there this being the second they still didn’t know what it was and prescribed her stuff that in the words of the UCI doctor that we went to said that those pill won’t even work for what’s wrong they will not help you throw them away. The UCI doctor literally took away all her pain and the constant throwing up with a simple shot. Prescribed her what she needed she needed and has been totally fine since. After we left Anaheim regional and 1 day after taking what that doctor prescribed we ended calling an ambulance she got so bad they actually made her worse with what they prescribed. She was so much better literally back to herself within 5 min at UCI emergency than she was in like the 12 hours she spent at Anaheim regional emergency. I got kicked out because I told the doctor he had no fckn idea what he was talking about and all he knows how to do is prescribe. Well I was wrong according to the UCI doctor he can’t even prescribe the right pills. Also the UCI nurse was shown picture of what the other “nurse” did to her arm when putting the needle and the UCI nurse said, was she knew? how’d that happen. The look on her face was disgust she was clueless to how that could happen unless that “nurse” was new and even new that was still unacceptable. The best thing is we have pictures as well as all the paperwork from both hospitals a line of evidence that these people are not what they are licensed to do. One doctor 5 min problem taken care of . Another “dactor” 12 hrs and made worse. It really matters where you go and I would stay far away from Anaheim regional. It’s also very dirty and nasty the “nurse that made my wife bleed didn’t even clean the blood that dropped into a pool on the ground she left it walked out the room. Another nurse cam to my wife out the room for ultra sound or something brought her back opens the door first noticed it was on the ground didn’t let my wife in the room until she cleaned it then let her in.

Meka Gibson Omg the staff here in this ER is the definition of team work. I wish I could thank everyone who had a helping hand in helping me today. I can say that I’m happy that I choose to come to this ER even though it’s not close to the house . Not many times you can go to the ER and feel like they are listening and actually care.I was spoken to like an actual human being. I was greeted with smiles and caring attitudes. I even got a few laughs and jokes. Everyone made this experience such a pleasant experience. From the lady at the front desk and even the guy who pushed my wheelchair to get some test done. Even my discharge process was pleasant.Even while EMS bringing people in I could still hear names being called for people to get treatment.So they are the definition of team work makes the dream work.

Chris EDIT 1/4/24: This company does not answer their phones, at all. I had an appointment last week but they called me, 20 minutes before our time, and cancelled. I have called multiple times and they do not answer. I even called the number for doctors and hospitals, that went to a google voicemail. Evelyn is great but the only way to make an appointment is to go in person, and theyre closed from 12-2pm. Argh! You dont want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer shell be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.

Not recommended at all, very poor service, specially reception, No one answer you call when you need them, most of the time are out of service.I called at 3:20pm and saying it’s a lunch time which is very funny, or saying we have technical issues there is Lady on reception I think her name is Martha, she is not helpful at all, she always delays on our medical process’s, even on of our important referral was expired DR Habashi and her was in charge but they were not able to send the medical records to specialist however, they have been notified many times but no one takes care . I have too much to say about them no time to write The only one you count on is DR Azaam Samir

Nicole Varner I dont recommend this Dr.s office. The staff is terrible. Office manager Jose Vazquez is very unprofessional, unpleasant and just plain rude. The front desk Ashley and Lynnette are new hires. So dont expect to get any of your questions or concerns answered. Referrals take forever even when they are urgent!! Appointments take forever. They forget to call you back, or they say they will send it, they dont!! I can go on and on. I found a different Dr.s office that actually cares. I will know longer allow my father to be a patient here either. The lack if care and concern, heart breaking!!! In my own opinion, for your own health, please go else where.

Nora Almani Stars are given to those who work hard to achieving them. If i had the chance, i would have given them Zero star. I can write an infinite list of critics and many patients of theirs would definitely agree with me. 1. You can never call them and start stating your concern to the receptionist. She picks up, "thank you for calling orange county primary care, can you please hold". And now the loooong waiting on hold counts..... 2. When she gets back to you in less than 2 minutes, then you are lucky indeed. Ask for an appointment with the doctor & you will also be very luck to get one in less than 2 months. The clinic is not super busy like other centers but since the physician starts seeing patients at 3:00 pm and the clinic closes at 5:00 pm! So not sure how many patients could be seen in 2 hours. But there is an alternative to see somebody earlier - that is the PA. PAs are good if you need authorizations, antibiotics pills, fill a form, do labs, etc. But when you are chronically ill, you gotta be seen by the "big boss" 3. If you manage to visit this place and receive a prescription. Never ask the staff to fax it to your pharmacy because there will be high chance they may misplace it & you will end up without your medication. You sure should follow up with them more than 2-3 times until they give your matter some attention..i assure you it wont be finished on the same day. Its gotta take 2 to 3 days until you resolve it. 4. When i walk in to the physician or pa, i assume my file has my records and latest lab wok or imaging. I think this is the least preparation the staff must do before a patients appointment. This is not the case in this center. Many times i walk in and out without solid diagnosis because the dudes didnt pull up the record and they are to busy to spare me extra time until they pull it and read it to me. 5. When they promise to revert your call back, never trust them. Because they will not. Even if it was top emergency..Oh! and never say this word "emergency" because they will ask you to call 911!! I replaced it with the word "urgent" but still doesnt mean anything to them. Bottom line for those reading, if you no patience to stupid mistakes and unprofessional communication, save your effort & find another primary care provider. If you ever find good one, please refer me to them. I would be very glad.

Since when does anyone from the office answer from a phone call as they’re driving in the car and the lady said the office is closed but then why are you answering the phone and for one why do you have it in the car terrible stuff unprofessional never ever pick up the phone and always put you on hold always loses your referrals never gives your medicine correctly so unprofessional they need to be looked into honestly

Jay 17 I’ll start of by saying this: don’t come here. Doctors are super nice and sweet with my elderly mother. They will hear you out but you’ll feel rushed and pressured to just make your way back out of their office. Ladies in front are busy chitchatting which is probably why they never answer the phone when I call the office. Every time I am at the office I see them doing nothing except paperwork and gossiping. You can leave voicemails but they won’t return your calls. Don’t come here!

someya g Well, lets see, do they help you out and give you the care you need? Yes. But as long as you wait long enough. Wait in waiting room isnt so bad, but they call you in and get your vitals. Then let you sit in a room for like 2 hours without anymore interaction. You hear your nurse practitioner or Dr gossiping in the hallway , and if you remind them you are waiting, theyll cheerfully say youre the next patient , but make you wait longer. If you have work and need to be seen here, call off. Itll take your entire day.

Adrian Martinez I had a consult with their PA who has good bedside manner and seems to know her stuff. The doctor seems good as well. The problem is the staff, they do not follow up with results, referrals and do not communicate with patients at all unless you call in directly, this causes a delay in patient care. When you do call they always have at least 3 calls ahead of you. They have awful telephone etiquette. They presume to speak on the practitioners behalf regarding decisions and questions. I am stuck with this office until I can resolve my current issue and start with my new insurance in about 2 months. My advice would be to look elsewhere and run as far away from this office as you can. I was a medical assistant for 6 years and I just started as a registered nurse this year and this office does not know how to treat their patients with respect and compassion.

Lina Musa Rude stuff and, lie alot about the appointments after waiting 2 months for my appointment and my moms appointment they call me to postponed my appointment another two months this is happened before three times, lat time And I refuse to cancel my appointment I found out the Dr didnt travel like that claimed and the Dr in the office, also they dont answer the phones I keeped calling they for three days and no one answer. They r very rude and hang up the phone while you take to them I am surprised why the Dr keep them in his office

Melinda Davis Dr Azzam and Evelyn Torres, PA have been my daughter’s physicians for over 15 yrs. She has many medical conditions. The care she receives and the trust I have in them is unparalleled. Yes, they are busy and you sometimes have to make follow-up calls, but it’s about getting the right treatment the first time. Thank you Dr Azzam

She listens to every single detail and genuinely cares about her patients health. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have a doctor who truly has my best interests at heart and goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best care. I cannot recommend her enough - if youre in need of a doctor who will give their all to help you, Dr. Evelyn Gomez is the one!

O2 Relief I visited Chest and Critical Care Consultants #207, Rosie at the front desk was very happy and welcoming. Smile from ear to ear. Rosie sent me upstairs to #710 where I met Silvia. Silvia was very helpful and knowledgeable with a friendly smile.

Stef - referred to this office due to my recent asthma & difficulty to breath. I have trouble breathing, wheezing all day and cant breathe at all after a cough attack. they said, well contact you in 2 months. so basically, just die is how I took their response. amazed.

terrie trinh I would recommend going to another pulmonary specialist. Don’t waste your time here, with terrible customer service, and rude staff. The call line is even worst. Dont bother speaking to the supervisor, shes rude too.

You get put on indefinite hold every time you call, so contacting the office is impossible. They call at the last minute for rescheduling and it’s you know two months out.

Lisa Valdez Im absolutely disgusted by the staff. No communication at all, super rude, and incompetent. Dont even get me started on their attitude. I have yet to hear back from the doctor about my postive test results and what that could mean for me. When I spoke to the staff about my concerns and why the doctor hasnt reached out to me in over two weeks, the girl on the phone started yelling about how I have to make a separate appointment when its their job to follow up. Dr. Sunny herself is really sweet, and professional. I love how shes attentive and listens to my concerns. However, if you need anything at all from the office staff, youre better off doing it yourself. This isnt my first poor interaction with them but it is my last. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. UPDATE: they finally called me back in regards to my test results 4 MONTHS LATER. The woman over the phone laughed about it as if it were some type of joke. I told her it was ridiculously unacceptable and she just brushed it off. They also replied to my prior post with a sad fake apology.

Ana-Maria Greene My interactions with this office have ALWAYS been positive. Ive been a patient for MANY years. All the staff members have been receptive and accommodating. Dr. Sunny, Dr. Morinishi, and the nurse practitioner have consistently helped me with my medical needs and have referred me to several specialists. I would definitely recommend this office.

M C I gave up on this place. They dont respect the appointment times. Every single time I have had an appointment its like a 1.5-2 hour wait to see the doctor. The last time was the worst. My appointment was for 1:45. I didnt see my doctor until 3:15pm. Its always the same apology, they are busy. There wasnt that many people in the waiting room. As much as I like Dr. Sunny and her nurse practitioner, I cant do this anymore. I read other reviews about the front desk admins being rude, that has never been my experience, however being put on hold for a long time and hung up was a common occurrence.

Brian This place deserves a negative stars for its incompetence and lack of customer service. An appointment is useless because theyre never even close to the appointment time. Waiting for a phone and never getting one back to me because they mis-dialed my number saying it was incorrect. The incompetence is next level. Dont waste your time going here. Save yourself.

Chloe Bui Their staff is often perceived as rude. While they may not necessarily be expected to exude the same level of hospitality as the service industry, basic respect is essential. The individual who assisted us over the phone in scheduling an appointment provided no opportunity for discussion. Every response seemed to be a firm no, with claims of everything being fully booked. The only exception was Lisa, who appeared friendly, though unfortunately, we didnt get the chance to engage with her

Corrine Koenig Incredibly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, the place where the worst doctors and most incompetent staff go to. A true nightmare. They are dishonest crooks, who also engage in very dishonest billing practices. They don’t help anybody, a true scam. Their doctors licenses should be pulled away. The worst doctors office I have been to in my 75 years .

Jay 17 This place should be reported to police or some authority that can take this place down along with their doctors, and all other staff. This shouldn’t exist in America or anywhere else. Absolutely rude, careless people. Been trying to get an appointment for 3 months now. They have some other agency that answers when you call them but they wont set up an appointment with you. You need to take days later where they will call you to book an appointment that will happen like 2 months later. They cancel and postpone your appointments without notice. People who work in the medical field need kindness and this people is horrendous

Sylvia Trieu My dad was transported in a gurney for his appointment, and they had to wait more than an hour before they brought us in. When Dr. Cindy Tran came in to see my dad, she asked a few questions as to why he’s there, I advised her that he was released from the hospital a few months ago with a catheter and this was a follow up. She asked if he was able to pee on his own, I said yes but he uses a diaper and doesn’t know when he pees at times as we had several accidents. She stated that if he’s able to pee on his own, he’s not retaining urine so there’s no issues. The issue would be if we mind changing diapers. I also advised her of a would from the last catheter, she said she didn’t handle wound care. I just wanted her to examine him but it was like pulling teeth to get her to examine him. She finally examined him after I pushed for it. She requested a urine sample, and had them run a test to see if he was retaining. The urine sample showed he has a urine infection and even after he peed, the test showed he was retaining more than 300ML of urine. In my experience, I would NOT recommend coming here. The staff was friendly but the doctor was rude and I felt that if I didn’t push her to examine my dad, she wouldn’t have even done anything.

Sins After calling them for weeks and finally getting an appointment finally came here and I had no other choice because my primary doctor referred me here! Had to wait more than an hour from my original appointment time and when I went in the restroom to do an urine test I realized there isnt any toilet seat covers, and when I asked one of the staff, they said they dont have any. And no soap to wash my hands after I was done. Overall very poor experience and do not recommend anyone coming here, this is my second time here because the first time I came, the first time ( 2019 ) instead of getting a surgery done, the doctor decided to put tubes inside my body to get the kidney stones out, without even letting me know and I realized theres tubes in my body 2 weeks after. And on my second appointment they kicked me out because I refused to do their job for them which was to get my Cat scan results from the Hospital. If you get referred to Dr.Mohammad Faysal ( I wouldnt even call him a doctor ) Please do yourself a favor and try setting up an appointment with someone else.

Aimee Rodriguez I dont have anything good to say about the emergency room staff I had the worst experience in the ER the front desk is rude a lady in specific I didnt get her name we would ask her a question and she would continue to talk to her co-worker until it irritated her to answer the question. Im pregnant and the restroom was in use when I asked if I can use a different one the way she let other people use on the floor but she insisted for me to wait. She didnt care about treating anyone with good service and the nurses dont allow you to go back with your loved one not even your spouse.
