P G This review is for Dr. Luehman only. We actually saw her at a different location but before I could remember to write a review, it seems that she has left that location to focus on being at North Peninsula. We met with Dr. Luehman at 1am on a Friday night, with a cat that was in acute Kidney Failure. We had seen two other veterinary places earlier that night, one being our regular vet and the other being another emergency service. Despite running bloodwork twice, doing multiple X-rays, ultrasounds, etc, from both places, neither could provide us an answer and suggested we keep her overnight until they had a specialist come through. With no answers in hand, Dr. Luehman looked through all the documents and gave our cat a quick examination, and pinpointed the problem within the hour. She explained everything in detail, gave us treatment options, and worked with our budget since we depleted a ton of funds trying to just figure it out with the other vets. Now that cat is happy, playful, and most importantly, alive with regular kidney function and no signs of any issues at all. We were very lucky to have met Dr. Luehman that night. I will forever be grateful for her kindness, for the care she gave her sweet girl, and for her compassion for our situation and our frantic emotions that night. She is a true gem in the field.

Kevin H Cant speak to their service, but a member of their staff treated me terribly today. I was struggling to find parking to get to an appointment where my cat needed to be put down in the pet emergency clinic next door. I parked in what I thought was an unlabeled spot out front and, as I stepped out, was immediately told I needed to leave because those parking spots were only for their customers. I tried to explain the situation and they just told me it didnt matter and I needed to leave. I guess their parking spots are just for them, and Im sure I was a bit frazzled given my cat did in fact need to be put to sleep about half an hour later. It wasnt "wrong" to make me go find parking elsewhere. But the lack of compassion really stuck with me. Maybe I came off rude, I dont know, but I asked for help and was met with nothing but contempt. I cant say this staff member seemed to have any heart for someone dealing with the loss of a loved animal, and I would caution anyone else considering them if this is how they treat people dealing with an emergency.

Noah Smith This vet did amazing things for my pet rabbit. He was disabled by a back injury, and I thought he was going to die, but Dr. Luehman helped him recover function in his lower body and even the ability to hop around a bit! The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the vet techs know how to handle a rabbit correctly. I would definitely recommend these folks if your rabbit has an emergency.

Kenneth Hollenkamp I started out having lunch one day where a girl in uniform was drinking mimosas. She was really nice at first and she said she was an x-ray tech here, and she had a country accent and was from Kentucky. Nonetheless, I ended up running into her later that night , where she had just left work still in uniform and was even more intoxicated. I find it highly unprofessional for workers and the medical field of all fields, to go into work intoxicated. Something should be done about this.

Shiyi Zhao Update: 2024-04-03. We’ve continue coming to the clinic for the past 6 months. I can tell they’ve been trying to improve. For example, they will call me before each appointment for reminder. Horrible scheduling. Kept changing our appointments without notifying us! They did apologize. However, the time spent back and forth on the road and waiting are completely wasted. They don’t seem to care for the patients.

Vijaya Meka Horrible appointment. Is it only me or anyone had this situation. I was 2:58 minutes wait time and tried to take appointment for physical for basketball tryout for my child and they said they said it’s not possible today then again they said her physical is valid and just get the form and it will be done in 30 minutes. Took off from work and went now they’re saying we won’t do that. And now new thing is they don’t have appointments today or tomorrow. I don’t understand all this time waste , they don’t communicate properly, one person transfer to another person and asked to come. I don’t understand. I should have gotten some where else. My child already in basketball in middle school . Now it’s very important to go for tryouts. Without physical cannot go to tryouts . After upgrading to Stanford it is worse nightmare to get appointments from front desk .No idea Stanford has this low standard or Foster city pediatric center has changed like this. I am going to this hospital from past 14 years . Never had this worse situation. There is No negative rating or I would have given that.

Marcela Medina I am unsure why there are so many terrible reviews, we have been taking my son here since he was born, he just turned two. We have had nothing but a great experience. Dr is understanding when we choose to opt out from vaccines such as the flu, we feel great about asking questions, and everything is explained to us thoroughly. Scheduling our appointments has been smooth, emergency visits have also been easy to schedule and available right away.

I am left on hold for 10 minutes at a time. The customer service is so poor. When I let someone know, they say sorry we are just busy. Really? So being less busy might actually allow you to do your job or even allow you to be considerate of others?

Vegas1234 Las This place was much better than now a days. Too bad what’s going on now. Before was so helpful, but now, they do appoint for a call consultation for more than a month. People when look for a doctor is right away, not 2 months later and they call you to change the date forward. Unbelievable. Now seems like a private clinic, lost the fundamental purpose that is help people who in needed. It’s 2 starts cause it was better in the past if not for sure none stars.

TheBayArea831 I had a great experience as a patient and as a guest. Staff is amazing, super nice and caring. They work very hard at making the patient feel safe and comfortable. There is a large parking garage, with elevators. Charging stations for vehicles. There is a cafeteria with good food available. Peets coffee available too. Large dining area, with a outdoor patio with nice views of the airplanes coming and going. Waiting area does have outlets to plug in chargers etc. The hospital rooms are a good size, their is a sofa/bed a guest can sleep on. I suggest bringing extra pillows and blankets. The hospital bed and couch is very hard and caused us back pain. We brought a heating pad that heloed with the back discomfort. The rooms have their own temp control. Lowest temp is at 55 degrees if you enjoy it on the cooler side. Good size tv available with cable tv. There is Wifi available. Guests who stay overnight have the option of ordering room service for a $10fee. Or you can buy individually at the cafeteria. Open 7a-7pm.

Matt Veronda Scheduled for a PCP and was told to make an appointment. After a 10 minute conversation about establishing care, I was charged $600 for a “level 4 service”. There is an arbitrary and hidden fee level that they will use to try to gouge you for any money they can. I contacted customer service and was told that I might be upset because I was looking for something more “tangible” from my visit. Do not go to this hospital.

Scott Nadel "Dear ER Team, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude and apologies for my recent visit to the ER. Despite my panic attack and sudden departure, your entire team showed compassion, understanding, and exceptional care. From the doctors to the nurses, CT department, and security team, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. Please know that your dedication to patient care is truly appreciated. Unfortunately, due to my medical issue, I still require further care. Im committed to seeking the necessary treatment and would like to schedule a follow-up appointment. Thank you again for your understanding and exceptional care. Im grateful for your teams hard work and commitment to patient well-being. Sincerely, Scott

Giovana Bars Worst hospital I have ever been. I came here with my mom because she was in so much pain. Her leg was feeling heavy, warm and numb. Her feet were swollen and super red. I told they I was very worried it could be a blood clot or something serious. They did a blood test and said she could go home. No one gave her any pills for pain, or did a scan to be a 100% is nothing to worry. She feels literally the same, and still can’t walk. I told them she doesn’t have insurance (by law you cannot refuse care to anyone) and the nurse said that having medicine there is too expensive, maybe she should take medicine at home. WHAT KIND OF CARE IS THAT???? Honestly, we just lost time going there. Staff is not friendly, from the triage guy, to all nurses that all look like they didn’t want to be there, to the doctor that barely touched her leg…. TERRIBLE!!!!

Bertha mejiasensente If I could I’d give this hospital ZERO stars but unfortunately, I have to put one only because it won’t let me leave a review. The night of 04/28/24 my fiancé went in to the ER due to a severe asthma attack and pain in his chest. The wait for him to be attended was an absolute joke being the fact that he couldn’t breath and felt like his breath was shortening more and more you would think that they would’ve attended him faster but it didn’t go that way if anything they called his name so they can put him in the room, but the waiting game began as soon as we got to the room after a long period of time waiting nurses came in and did some blood test as well as a Chest x-ray and an EKG After all those tests were ran dr finally came in with good results and with a prescription, but the nightmare started from there as soon as he got up From the hospital bed, he noticed a wet spot on his pants And he also noticed the mattress sheet was wet as well. We both took a whiff What we didn’t know what it was, and It was old urine that was seeping through the mattress and the bedsheet. We called one of the nurses to come in so we can tell her what was going on and all she could say was let me get the nurse that’s in charge of all of us so here comes the nurse that’s in charge of we mention to her that it’s very disgusting that you get out of the hospital bed being the fact that you were laying on old urine and her response was how do you know it’s urine Because housekeeping cleans her mattresses all the time is what she claimed. She know that we took a whiff of that and you can smell it. It smelled like days old urine on top of the hospital bed. There was huge blood stains was very disgusting as well and dangerous because you don’t know the person before you has you don’t know if they have a disease that’s contagious. You don’t know if the person is sick , we don’t know nothing at all. We just know that the room that they gave us was absolutely filthy and disgusting so all she said was I can offer you a pair of pants We said no thank you as we were leaving. My fiancé wanted to use the bathroom and come to his surprise. There was urine all over the toilet seat and inside of the toilet and there was a urine specimen cup on top of the sink that was absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary anybody could’ve gone and just sat on toilet or touched the urine specimen, not knowing what it is. I believe that housekeeping needs to do a way better job because clearly housekeeping is not keeping tidy of this hospital at all. God forbid my fiancé results with some type of disease due to the fact that he was laying on someone’s urine. Let’s hope and pray my fiancé was not exposed to anything Due to him laying on a dirty urinated hospital mattress because this will be a TOTAL LAWSUIT!

Lyn Ayal Remote visits are great - especially when I’m not feeling well. My doctor is available and helpful. They have a lab right in the office, which I love. 5 stars!
5 /5
Annalisa Creti My review is on Dr. Yeo. This doctor did not run all the tests I requested, assured me that the tests that were sent to lab were preliminary and part of well check and would be marked as preventative now I am being billed by labcor for 2 tests that were ordered (supposed to be marked as preventative per Dr. Yeo). She didn’t know the answer and made up an answer saying since it is well check that the tests she ordered are preventative. This is inaccurate information. Both tests were marked as diagnostic meaning I now have to pay for them and then has the nerve to tell me to go in (pay for another visit) to review results and obviously now pay for the tests that I requested in the first place. Save yourself a headache and go to a doctor that listens to your concerns and is 100% certain of what they are telling you. Now I am stuck with a bill mind you I also pay for one medical membership to get quality care and this is not the case. Save yourself money and time. Stay away.

Shelly Waste of time. Waited for 3.5weeks for a emergency with acute thoracic pain, as a existing patient. Of course pain was somewhat better by my phone call appointment 3.5 weeks later so was just told to call back if/when it flared up again. Really?! Because that worked so well this time. I will be finding another place to service my back issues because they aren’t going away. But my business with this place is done!!

Stephanie Peterman I was fortunate enough to have Dr. David Smollins, M.D., as my pain specialist several years ago. He is a very well-educated physician who is a great deal more compassionate than most of the other pain specialists (and, indeed, most other doctors) I have had experience with.

glenn momeyer I never rated Dr. Elaine Date as I did not start posting reviews until recently. I Saw her for about 3 years perhaps, ending about 3.5 yrs ago as I moved to the Vegas area. Sadly the healthcare here is terrible, and may need her help again for something different, a gastroenterological condition, one of many suffered. Not a procedure which is scheduled but help before and perhaps after. Just hope I can get an appt. on time. Need about a month. I just hope I can see this great doctor within a month or so and if not someone there like her. I am hoping she is still around. She listens well is very friendly and very professional. Unlike most doctors nowadays. But it is impossible to get certain meds in NV no matter what so will be flying there just to see her. Have no idea why anyone would rate her or this clinic anything shy of 5 stars. I am the king of giving doctors bad reviews mainly for not only how treated me on numerous occasions but killed both my parents recently and I can prove it but she is good. And I know medicine! I just hope she is available and will know this week. Yeah shes good. And she has has empathy as people should for those in genuine pain.

Angela Khani I visited Dr. Neeta Bathia at RMD San Mateo and SF, for my neck and arm pain after the first visit she put me on medication for pain reduction. A couple of days after using the medication, I called the RMD for the urgent side effects which was the reason for the medication but Dr. Bathia called me back 2 days after the urgent call...!!!! (And of course, charge me $332 for a useless call) Also, she recommended Nerve study but didnt walk me through what Im facing. I would say that of 3 visits "my" experiences with Dr. Bathia were awful, unreliable, unprofessional, and very expensive of what you get. Do not recommend this center.

Elham Nejati I’m suffering from thoracic outlet syndrome and saw Dr Ghosh at this center and of course it was such a waste of money and my time. When I saw her first and paid 400$ for consult, she was all over the place and even didn’t explain how she can help me. She saw my neurologist report and said she wants me to see a Stanford vascular surgeon doctor first to rule out I don’t need surgery and then after seeing him, she said she can do Botox injection to relieve my pain. I saw the doctor in Stanford and I didn’t need surgery. I went back to her and she did lidocaine injection into my scelene muscle to rule out it helps with my pain. She did not explain the cost and I had to pay 1200$ from my pocket and she said she will call me in a week to see how I’m doing. She called and I told her my pain is still there and she said “okay, you are not qualified for Botox injection” and then they send me a bill for 200$ for her 5 min call! Now, I’m seeing a fabulous TOS specialist doctor, he told me she should of inject in three locations to relieve my pain. Obviously she doesn’t know what she is doing and this place is such an unorganized place and such a rip off!

June Werner I called this hospital, and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY callous. He was very rude and either refused to answer my questions or did so with a very mean tone. All of them were well intentioned but were greeted with derision and disrespect. For a healthcare employee, he showed an alarming lack of compassion for my circumstances. Horrible experience. It’s crazy that these people are allowed to work in healthcare. I would give this man 0 stars if it was an option.

jackie I had my mastectomy done this past year at mills and because I am a type I diabetic on an insulin pump, my surgeon suggested I stay overnight to be monitored. My endocrinologist had even spoken to mills endocrinologist in advance to plan how they were going to manage my blood sugars post surgery. However I never saw the endocrinologist and she never communicated with the nurses who were caring for me. I had very high blood sugars post surgery that were not managed and the iv had dextrose which they were supposed to stop if my sugars were high. Nurses had never seen an insulin pump either! I thought I was in a third world country given the low quality of care I received post surgery.

The worst part is they dont allow me as her husband to be in the clinic room with her. I remember one time she came out and told me that OB made her bleeding for her normal check up. No nurse or any staff notified me about this situation of my wife, nor any apologies... Im so sicken of this kind of attitude and entitlement of health care system here.

Nancy Madarang Its a good place for great staff. They listen, are caring and knowledgeable. However if I just rate the accommodations for the disabled, well thats 1/2 a star for poor accommodations according to Federal Guidelines for Americans with Disabilities Act or ADA accommodations. When you arrive to the handicapped parking lot, whether its the front lot or back lot, theres no parking spaces. The parking spots are taken up by cars with no handicapped stickers or plackards, forcing people who are really handicapped to be placed in a really painful situation. This effected both my fiance and myself who are both disabled We were told we should and can call the police, by a staff member. I feel security should do this. I just wanted to get to my appointment. However, security in both lots refused. Also theres no wheelchair availability for those who need one at the front desks. This is also an ongoing problem. This causes the disabled pain and or missed appointments. Neither of which are optimal for the health of disabled. I, for one ended up with quite a bit pain and I would be grateful if the administors would pay attention to whats going on in their hosital. Please.

Caroline Waste-Lagerlof First, understand public medical centers are very different from private or even university facilities. RRSCC at this facility is one of the very best geriatric clinics - many seniors, with private insurance as well as MediCal or Advantage plans have transferred their care from other clinics to be here. Caring professional staff, especially designed clinic - perfect. Wait times can be long - especially in ER - but given the volume of trauma casas and severity of some, not unexpected . As to insurance, SMMC takes all with or without and will work tirelessly to help with applications, benefits, etc. And don’t be fooled by my name - I’m multi racial - and here, that matters not at all. And - no, I’m not an employee - just someone who what’s seen first hand both the excellent and the sometimes less than stellar and still appreciates all that SMMC does.

Selva Akgün This hospital is proof that there is no healthcare system in this country. I went to the emergency room because of cramps and pain due to my pregnancy, and I waited for 7 hours. After finally being taken into the emergency room, I kept waiting, so I left and asked for my registration to be canceled. They kept telling me to wait because the doctor would come, and I waited another half-hour inside. It was truly a nightmare. If your day is 48 hours long, then you can come here.

She was not even my nurse and she made my experience there 100 times better! Totally went above and beyond to make everyone feel better. Everyone was pretty nice but she took the cake tonight. I have been there twice now. Once for me, and once for my partner. The CHERRY ON TOP for this center was that they were able to provide us with emergency medi-cal. We found out at the end out visit that the coverage we had was expired. But with their help EVERYTHING WAS COVERED at no cost to us. Visiting the ER is scary and most often times painful; for you and your wallet. San Mateo County Medical Center helped us at every scary turn. Keep up the great work team. Julie Lassig This is for American Medical Response West: Horrific. They were unprofessional, uncaring and rude to my daughter when she needed their services to take her to the hospital where she was subsequently admitted. She told the doctor what the ambulance crew said to her, and the doctor said that the crew didnt know what they were talking about and that she should just ignore them. Thats tough to do when you are in an emergency medical situation and feeling vulnerable. Then you get their bill; they shake you down for payment before your insurance has a chance to re-evaluate their charges, and their charges are as bad as any price gauging or profiteering scheme that Ive ever seen. Avoid if possible!

Melissa Freeman They sold my information to other companies, charged me for items I never used, and refused to take me to my providers hospital (which is closer to the accident.) Next time Id rather die on the street than ever take them. Shame on you all!

Aurko Roy Beware, this company indulges in balance billing which is illegal in California. Despite having a valid insurance which pays the maximum in-network rate for ambulance services, they continue to balance bill the remainder to the consumer. This is an illegal practice in California as well as federally, due to the recent "No surprises act" being passed. This law guards against medical malpractice where companies choose to be out of network and charge ridiculous amounts for medical services which is then balance billed to the consumer. AMR does the exact same thing, it is out of network for several large insurance companies (e.g. Aetna etc), and then will hit you with a $3880 bill for a 4 mile ride on their ambulance when you call 911.

Vladimir Mironov Since my last visit, things have improved significantly. The staff has become much more understanding, and the appointment times have been shortened. I am simply amazed by these changes! It has obviously gotten much better.

April Martin I came in by myself at around 3:30am for care and found the parking lot well-lit with security present which made me feel safe. The receptionist was friendly. Both the nurse and the doctor who tended to me were very kind, friendly, and compassionate. The environment was calm, well kept, clean and quiet. I appreciated the dimmed lights in my room. Overall a really great ER experience thanks to the kind staff and overall calm space. I felt that I was in good hands.

Ling Z I am very thankful to the entire emergency room team for their exceptional care when I brought my dad in for a fracture. From the moment we arrived, everyone—the ER doctor, X-ray technician, nurses, and CT scan doctor—was incredibly helpful and treated us with kindness and professionalism. A special thank you to Trauma Room Nurse Tenzin, who went above and beyond to support us. She truly understood our anxiety, kept us well-informed, explained the results clearly, and helped us feel much more at ease during a stressful time. Her compassion and dedication made all the difference. I also appreciate the CT scan doctor, who was very kind and took great care of my dad. The whole team made a difficult situation much more manageable, and we are so grateful for their excellent care. Thank you!

Court Ney I went in for horrible abdominal pain. As soon as I walked in the nurse looked at me up and down on my way down the hall. And the nurse who read my reason for coming in, Loudly said to another nurse while not knowing I was in the office…. Abdominal pain who would come to the ER for abdominal pain really the ER!!! The lady didn’t know I was in the room because my curtain was closed. I had to tell her I was there for abdominal pain then she looked at me crazy…and wanted to IV me, blood test me and more but after all that I didn’t feel comfortable with her with how loud and unprofessional she was. The worst hospital the same nurse was complaining about how she didn’t want to be there and cussing and laughing with another nurse. Then the female doctor came in telling me really you can’t just take a midol why would you come to the ER for abdominal pain just looking at you it looks like nothing is wrong with you. I’ll have them give you pill then order you pills then you can leave. The nurse was talking about how she’s tired of doing these all these hours. Then the nurses that kept walking in the room was loudly telling a patients results and screaming it across the rooms in the ER it’s just so wrong how they treat ppl it feels so racist in there I felt safe to leave. That night shift crew might act more wild because there’s no supervisors on shift. They were laughing at a patients and acting so annoyed the female nurse and female doctor looked me in my eyes like I was worth nothing helping. Not once did they honestly try to see what was going on with me they just wanted me out and I was told there was only one doctor on shift and they needed to push out patients fast. What a joke! So unprofessional I’m glad I didn’t let them do more I never felt so unsafe in a place you go to seek help. Unprofessional staff.

Brooklyn Ingram Dr. Kan consistently disregarded my health history, symptoms, and care needs. She refused to accept any diagnosis or test results from my previous providers and also refused to do any testing of her own to confirm my diagnosis for herself. When I asked her to clarify what she needed from me to provide care for my condition (as previous tests were not accepted and she refused to test me herself), she hung up on me mid telemedicine call. She also mocked me for bringing a family member to my appointment saying that it was "dramatic" and "unnecessary". I had similar experiences with other doctors at this location and had multiple issues with billing. Do not come here unless you want to be mistreated and mischarged.

Amaury Durieux Please avoid this facility at all costs. I made an appointment there with Dr. Kan for an annual health check which are 100% covered by my insurance. I explicitly asked for this twice (once when I booked and once when I arrived at the facility). Fast forward two months and we received a bill for $600 for a so-called diagnostic visit ($400 covered by insurance and $200 to be paid out of a pocket) which is totally false. The doctor literally spent only 15 min with me and only checked my heart rate, weight and breathing and asked me a few simple questions about my diet. No diagnosis whatsoever. And when I asked to get a copy of my medical record, they told me Id have to pay a fee to get access to it. This is fraudulent behavior and I am extremely disappointed in the way weve been treated as patients.

Michael The most incompetent health provider Ive ever seen. Waited on hold for a half hour for an appointment, got a call back that the appointment was made for the wrong location, called back for another appointment and after another half hour on hold was told I couldnt make one because they didnt have my file, and couldnt answer why they could make one an hour ago. Sat on hold for another hour until I hung up. From the other reviews its pretty clear that the doctors themselves are as incompetent as the call center.

Ray I saw Dr. Ryan Macht today for my follow up appointment today and learned I had lost fifteen pounds so far since my initial visit by following his advice about changing some of my eating and daily exercise habits. Not as hard as hard as I had expected it would be. Nice guy too and I’m really glad I found him.

Josh Goldberg The quality of care from the internal medical offices is borderline negligent. There is no accountability for errors, no traceability, substandard medical recordkeeping practices, insufficient staffing levels, and generally poor patient communications, and no internal quality program to ensure that mistakes are not repeated. Quality of care takes last place behind any other metrics that you might use to measure how well a medical office performs.

Janel M Ive been a patient to hospitals too, and people writing reviews here clearly dont know the protocols in a hospital and how to handle and treat patients especially in an emergency situation and in an emergency room. As a mere relative ng patient, you do not decide and question if "swero" is to be or not to be hooked to the patient since it is the doctors decision to have it or not. Alam mo ba kung para saan ang "swero" in the first place? Assessment (and observation of the patients case and condition), giving "swero", medications, and other treatments to give were decided all in just a second by the doctor. Swero lang ang nakita at alam nyo dun. Ask your doctors instead of complaining para alam nyo kung anong nangyayari. And people should stop spreading fake and malicious statements against vaccines. If you want your children to suffer and die with the diseases proven preventable by vaccines, keep that decision to yourself, stop spreading your own fake news, and dont involve those parents who want their children to live.

Incanto VR Incompetent ER doctor on duty on evening of 1/8/17. Made all excuses not to treat patient without making a proper assessment. Lazy, unprofessionally attired woman (?), made an impression without even making patient evaluation. Should be stripped of license to practice.

Susan Swecker I am furious with this place. I was recovering from surgery, a torn miniscus that was very much needed cause I could barely walk. I felt like a million bucks after my surgery. I still had some stiffness and waited 3 whole months to see Enrique Diaz, at Fair Oaks on Middlefield Rd Redwood City because that place only has one physical therapist. On February 22, this year I seen him and put my trust in him. Usually a pt measures your flexibility and gives you exercises. He said my bones had to be reset. Something about the fibula and tibia bones and then applied blunt force pressure on my recovering knee, pressing so hard bending the knee backwards, I had to tell him twice to stop. I felt a pull in my back. That night, my neck was hurting that extended to my shoulder and down my arm with numbness. I couldnt put full weight on my foot, lower back hurt. My whole left leg hurt, swollen from inflammation. I got an appointment for my pain and the dr didnt address my concerns, spent whole time reading notes on computer, and never examined me. I called again because I wanted a thorough exam and Fair Oaks refused to see me. I have been to emergency room by ambulance to rule out a blood clot, and this order was from Dignity go Health. I have talked to Meghan Byrne from Fair Oaks, pcp, addressing my concerns about my neck and she has done nothing. An on going back and forth with her trying to get her to order cpap supplies and she refused. She wouldnt even sign my plaquard. I had to get another facility to fill it out. orthopedic surgeon prescribed anti-inflammatory meds and dignity go health gave me muscle relaxer and those two seemed the only ones addressing my pain. Fair Oaks did nothing for me. Im not back to normal. I still have pain and more xrays. One of my visits to Fair Oaks after Enrique Diaz re-injured me I was on crutches. He was curious as to why. I told him I am working with Department of Rehabilitation about going back to work and now I cant.

Cihan Ozturk I normally dont write review for a business unless there is an unique situation. This clinic never answers phones. Every time I call I wait on the line more than 20 minutes and gave up. Its not a call center, how come a clinic secretaries can be this busy to not answer a phone call for an half an hour. They should just be honest and say no phone calls are accepted.

Ana Vazquez Stay away from this place unless you want to wait months and months for an appointment, they will leave a message or give you incorrect information about appointment with doctors. They changed 1 health class 3 times “due to family emergency” really all three times… same appointment, and the aOBGYN is the worst you’ll die before they take care of you!!!!

Angelique Walker Good luck getting anything done here. They are always running late, unorganized, gossipy, refuse accountability, and the staff have general bad attitudes (except the short haired security guard). They don’t answer the phone and don’t communicate. I think they justify the way they treat the patients through classism and a bad attitude gained from their own poor working environment.

justin demma Poor overall experience. I waited on hold for an accumulated 45+ minutes. I then drove to the clinic while on hold hoping to get prompt service, when I arrived the clinic was closed for break time. I’m busy. I don’t have time to waste like this, and I know other people don’t either. If I have any advice for the Coastside Clinic, it is 1) keep more employees on shift, because 1 receptionist isn’t enough. 2) update the aoutomative hold system. If there is no one to pick up the phone that needs to be stated so more time is not wasted. With that said the caller will know to hang up and try again at a later time, instead of being told to stay on the line waiting for long periods of time. life is short, I dont want to spend it on hold. Thank you
