Greg Brickey I have been a patient of Dr. De Moraes for several years. The quality of care is so much better and attentive than a typical doctor. The concierge medicine concept took me a minute to wrap my head around, but the outcome far exceeds my expectations. The ability to be able to have one on one conversations with my Doctor without scheduling an office visit is incredible. His availability to help me through medical issues has saved me a great deal of time, and being a busy business owner, has translated into cost savings that more than make up for the cost of the concierge care. I would highly recommend Dr. De Moraes.

He has a great beside manner, really cares about his patients and has superior medical skills. But, it is all the other things he does that makes him so special. As a "concierge service" client, he really lives up to that promise. He has visited my dad evenings and weekends and seems to be always available when we need him. Joseph Grenn To give context, I am a retired endodontist having treated over twenty-five thousand parents in my life. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating.I give them a ten. Dr. Diana was perfection personified.when Dr. Diana left the consultation room for second to get a folder, my wife, who ran my front desk for twelve years and was sitting in on the consult, lit up and said “This is your guy!” I told her that she was absolutely right. BUT. I was told to arrive At 7:30. I arrived late at 7:40, there was no one at the front desk, which happens sometimes. I gave a quick “hello” to see if anyone was in. A rather scruffy bearded man came to the front desk and abruptly said “I am Dr. so and so, what do you want?” My wife and I felt like criminals and were shocked to be “greeted” that way. My immediate response was “I’m glad that isn’t Dr. Diana”, since I hadn’t met him yet. If it were him, I would have left the office. The bottom line is that I give Dr. Diana and his staff a ten out of ten. Just was shocked at the rude initial greeting.

Kelly Hake Dr Diana is wonderful. Hes very kind and informative. Speaks in terms that are understandable to the patient. Made us feel comfortable and cared for. The front desk staff was also great, so was Jessica and the woman who did the xrays of my knee. I highly recommend Dr Diana and Napa Valley Orthopedic!

Mr Wills Optometrist Jennifer Tran was super nice and friendly. Very helpful and professional. The staff at reception were great and the staff picking the glasses were patient and helpful. Seriously couldn’t ask for better service overall. Now I understand why they are very busy!

Hebe Lin I have been seeing Dr. Row and Dr. Kerr for a few years now. They are both very precessional, wonderful and caring. The staff are very nice too. Cant recommend this eye center enough to everyone that cares about their eye health.

sondra russell I recently got hit by car and need after care. I called to schedule an appointment because I cannot drive or walk. I am also a single mother with four children which makes planning important for me. I was told by reception I could not schedule an appointment but to call back every morning at 7 a.m. for a chance to be seen by the doctor. Also a month ago my son broke his arm and it took three weeks for them to send his referral to the orthopedist. I assume that most people with Medi-Cal get treated the same way but there is little to no options unfortunately.

Akacia Smith The best Dr. ever! She doesnt trip on my questions if theyre stupid or not, she actually cares, gets to you know who you are personally to better address any medical issues you have or may develope, shes quick to get the job done, but takes the time to do it right. She listens, even if you accidently TALK OVER her, she stops to listen and doesnt get mad, then simply answers you and goes back to her place.. Its Drs like Jen Wilson that we need more of in this world! She truly is helpful, doesnt shun anyone Ive known, and is extremely smart BEYOND just the medical field. THANK YOU JEN!

Because of her, I was able to finally get another MRI (after several doctors refusing to order one for me) and soon after that, I met with Dr. Huffman who recommended a spinal fusion. I can now walk again, without a cane, after almost 5 years! I highly recommend Dr. Schoenrock and I’m grateful to have found her ❤️

Dale James Dr. Suard has been a great find as a Dr. I moved back to Napa after 30 years and feel fortunate to have him, he listens, takes his time with me and always answers whatever questions I have. I highly recommend him.

Richard Bruns Dr. Suard has been my primary physician for over thirty years. He does not exhibit the stereotype doctor personna of I"m the doctor; youre the patient, shut up and listen. He is sensitive, listens to ones descriptions of symptoms and concerns, is conservative in his treatment and and solutions, yet is aggressive in prescribing treatment when neccessary. When specialists are needed, he sends me to the very best there are. For back surgery he sent me to Dr. Morgase, the best neruosurgeon in Northern California (who now is an administrator); for cardiac issues, he sent me to Dr. Dizmang, arguably the best non-surgerical cardiologist in Northern California whol, alas, retired last month (October 2016); he in turn sent me to a premier cardiac surgeon, Dr Klingman. All top-knotch. I am alive today because of the perspecacity of my primary physician, Dr. Suard and the knowledge and skill of my cardiology team. Dr. Munubens will be my new cardiolgist who happens to also the surgeon who installed my pacemaker. I couldnt ask for better than Ive had. Unfortunately, as I write this 9/30/16, Dr. Suards case load is full and hes not taking patients...but check anyway.

Ken Graham For over 15 years, Dr. Tom Suard worked tirelessly with me to manage diabetes. The blood sugar numbers, blood pressure and liver and kidney dysfunction were difficult to manage successfully so Tom and I sent my history to UCSF gorvreferral to the Bariatric Surgery Dept. Thanks to Dr. Suard and his amazing staff and a very comprehensive medical report of my unsuccessful battle with Type 2 diabetes and other co-morbidities. UCSF accepted my case within a week of getting the report from Dr. Suard and after several weeks of meetings with my surgeon, Dr. Stanley Rogers, UCSF dietary meetings and a cadre if pre surgery requirements. UCSF scheduled me for testing as well since I volunteered to be a test patient and on April 28, 2016, I received my Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass. Today, I am living 100% in remission from co-morbidities, am off all of my meds and have zero signs in my body of diabetes. The best part is that Dr. Suard is amazed and has seen me go from an A1C of 10.8 to 5.2, blood sugars of 275 plus on medication to 80 without meds. I cannot thank Dr. Suard enough and now my job is to continue to live my bariatric life as a testament to his caring and his efforts to be a doctor that does his utmost to affect medical cures in his patients.

Arleene Correa I spent the last 15 years living with severe pain from herniated discs and it wasn’t until Dr. Bodor helped me that I was finally able to have some relief. He did PRP on my spine & the procedure itself was painless, quicck and easy. After a couple of months of healing I no longer feel numbness in my leg and can now sit on a stool without being in excruciating pain. Russ Tow Dr Bodor, March 14th I had a PRP injection after a consultation. You had been recommended as an alternative to a pending knee replacement. I was dubious due to the severe osteoporosis, torn meniscus and ACL indicated from a recent MRI. Your quiet, thoughtful demeanor, patience with my numerous questions put me at ease. Given my lifestyle, exercise program, diet and energy you felt the injection was worthwhile, but it was my final decision. BOTH STAFF AND YOU CAUTIONED IT MAY TAKE 30-60 DAYS BEFORE I WOULD SEE RESULTS. WRONG! In less than 30 days pain started diminishing. Dog walking, roughly a mile did not require icing. Swimming 30 minutes in the "tugboat lane", did not require soaking in the hot tub. Sleep was no longer interrupted by knee pain. It has been 7 months. I dont do anything different other than consciously trying to eat healthy, be weight conscious and grateful. Thank you to your wonderful staff, your expertise and PRP. Gaurav Khanna Dr Bodor is a great, great, great person and Doctor. Sympathetic, empathic and an expert in his field. I have been his patient for the last 3+ years. I have been to many other doctors (for my issues) spread across the globe. I have found almost none except him. He is the best for me and if I could give a Nobel prize, I would give it to him. I look forward to my periodic treatments with Dr. Bodor with anticipation. I wish him many, many years continuing with what he does so that thousands of other needy patients can get the care they deserve. I bow down to him and his knowledge. Edit 1: If there are patients with chronic pain (disc issues, ligaments, vertebrae, tendons etc.) then you need to see Dr. Bodor and seek out a treatment plan that might include PRP, Stem Cells etc. . I can personally vouch for it.

Oliver Starr Simply the finest physician I have ever known. Im a former professional athlete that refuses to act my age. Between old injuries and more recent acquisitions, Im one of those guys my local ER calls a "frequent flyer." Over the last decade, Dr. Bodor has fixed my lumbar spine, facet joints, a damaged wrist, and a knee that my surgeon said could only be fixed under the knife - we proved the surgeon wrong. Dr Bodors skill at his craft is only matched by his compassion. Hes a doctor that listens and cares. My life is immeasurably better because of Marco and his team.

Katherine Martinez The medical assistants are rude and clearly in the wrong profession because if helping your child includes paper work they WILL complain. Both medical assistants have complained to me about the paper work involved to help get my child’s formula covered by insurance. As a single first time mom and student this benefit would help me greatly since formula is expensive. Instead of wanting to help and make the process easier they’ve made sure to make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. I ignored it at first to get the help my daughter needs as a 2 month old premie with a sensitive stomach, but now it’s too much. We’ve tried 5 formulas, but haven’t been able to find a formula that will be covered by insurance. The last interaction I had with Lisa was uncalled for when it came to asking for paperwork to get the formula that does work covered. I did not need the attitude or her voice to be raised at me. With the most recent formula my daughter was screaming in pain from gas and she just wanted me to treat the problem with medication instead of helping me find the right formula. Other issues I’ve had with them in the past: Although they ask you at almost every visit to confirm your emergency contacts or individuals that can call on your behalf they can’t be bothered to use that information. My mom was helping me out when it came to talking to the medical assistant about an issue my daughter was having and they refused to speak to her giving her attitude as well (I’m pretty certain it was the medical assistant above). On top of that at one of our appointments my daughter and I were left in the office by ourselves with the lights off because everyone rushed off to lunch.

day spa Blush a (Blush A Day Spa) I waited 7 weeks for an appointment even though i told them i really needed to get in after my surgery. They never sent me paperwork which i guess i was supposed to show up with completed. They didn’t tell me a suite number and when i called on my way to try to find it, i was left on hold for more than 5 minutes. I arrived at a large building with no suite number so was 15 minutes late for my appointment. The girl at the desk flippantly told me that I wasn’t going to be seen. I spoke to a supervisor explaining to her that i had been having chest pain as well after eating sometimes and she tried but came back and said none of the doctors could see me. What is going on with our medical system???? All about money not patient care

Rachel S Had at least 3 instances where disappointing medical advice was given (eg telling us a sprained ankle when it was actually fractured). I was excited about the app and loeffler responds right away but the response is “come into the office” not things we can do at home or medical advice. We had a wonderful pediatrician in our old location and have been very frustrated with this office. We have since moved pediatricians in Napa and wouldn’t recommend.

Swarbrick I filed a claim with The Doctors Company against Dr. Manish Shah, DR0043479, 101 University Blvd #220, Denver, CO 80206, but their so-called thorough investigation was cursory at best and did not include viewing the permanent CO2 laser peel burn injury by Dr. Manish Shah. Their alleged expert also ignored evidence of substandard medical practice in my medical record which documents the lack of pre-/post-procedure medical care.

Chris Cooney Edit to my review. Communication when they scheduled, my appointment wasn’t great. But they were able to fit me in later that day, and Dr. Dunham spent over an hour explaining my situation and options. I find this very rare and modern medicine and appreciated the detail and depth he spent explaining things. Previous: They scheduled an appointment during their lunch break. I showed up in the office was locked. I checked my appointment reminders and yes the appointment was at 12:45. No one was answering the phones because all were away from their desk.

Roy M I was referred to this physician for surgical consultation. I waited (2) weeks and when I didnt hear from him I called and left a message the receptionist. Over (1) month later and I still have not heard from them. I had to contact my primary care provider for another referral to a surgeon who is interested in patient care. Update as of 9/14/21: You folks may have noticed Dr Dunham’s office left a reply. What is even more pathetic…..the email address for the “patient experience director” is fake, it does not exist and the email I sent bounced back. Shameless.

david tablit Dr Campos is a capable doctor. His office has been terrible. 5 years ago I was seen and they billed the wrong insurance company. 2 years ago they sent me a bill for $234 saying I wasnt insured at the time. After several attempts to correct the situation with them they send me the same bill again this time a year later. Now without attempting to contact me they have sent this bill into collections. Do not use this office they are incompetent.

Steve Citron This place is awesome. Just got my Urolift procedure done and its good to be able to freely pee again. It was a uncomfortable procedure but they do everything they can to make it as painless as possible. I transferred my file here because my previous urologist did not offer the Urolift. I highly recommend it.

Deborah Perrone Dr. Johansson is amazing. I have been in pain for years. Yesterday I had my back injected. I had had this done 3 other times (at a place that begins with a "K) and had no or minimal relief. Today I woke up in no pain. At first I thought I was dead! I never wake up in no pain and it gets worse throughout the day. Even where she put the bandaid is in a completely different place than the last 3x from the other Dr. She knew exactly where to give the injection. It does not work if you give it in the wrong spot. I cannot thank Dr. Johansson enough. She has given me my life back. She is a Goddess! The staff is incredible too! If you are in pain, PLEASE give them a call. I highly recommend them.

But I dont know if he is there anymore.

My first appointment was with Dr. Johansson and I cant say enough about her. She did a very thorough examination and then began treating me based on her findings.
