The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating.I give them a ten.
Dr. Diana was perfection personified.when Dr. Diana left the consultation room for second to get a folder, my wife, who ran my front desk for twelve years and was sitting in on the consult, lit up and said “This is your guy!” I told her that she was absolutely right.
BUT. I was told to arrive At 7:30. I arrived late at 7:40, there was no one at the front desk, which happens sometimes.
I gave a quick “hello” to see if anyone was in. A rather scruffy bearded man came to the front desk and abruptly said “I am Dr. so and so, what do you want?” My wife and I felt like criminals and were shocked to be “greeted” that way. My immediate response was “I’m glad that isn’t Dr. Diana”, since I hadn’t met him yet. If it were him, I would have left the office.
The bottom line is that I give Dr. Diana and his staff a ten out of ten. Just was shocked at the rude initial greeting.
