Carole Loy Five stars to Pine Creek Veterinary Clinic. They are open on Saturdays from 8:30 to 6:00. My fifteen year old cat was very sick. I called and spoke to Jennifer who was extremely nice. I was able to drop my cat off. I got a call a few hours later and spoke with the veterinarian, Dayna Mills DVM. She was wonderful. She explained everything In a way that I could understand and was incredibly positive. My cat is home now and already feeling better. Wonderful Veterinarian combined with steller customer service and open Saturdays. I highly recommend Pine Creek Veterinary Clinic.

michellelaurel Pine Creek Veterinary Clinic provides exceptional veterinary care with genuine compassion. Dr. Mills and her skilled team impressed me with their thoroughness, expertise, and gentle handling of my cat. The facility is immaculate, and the staff is both professional and warm. What particularly stands out is their clear communication - they take time to explain treatment options and answer all questions patiently. You can tell everyone here truly loves animals and is dedicated to providing the best possible care. The practice offers state-of-the-art equipment, and their attention to detail is remarkable. If youre looking for a trustworthy veterinary team that treats your pets like family, this is the place to go.

Shelley Carlisle Very caring staff and doctors, available for daily emergencies if you call early enough, able to get appointment without waiting weeks, open Saturdays! I switched to them from Grass Valley Veterinarians.

Olivia Nielsen We love Dr. Dana because she is SO patient and good with our dogs who are skeptical of the vet. Recently one of our little guys passed away and the whole office was so kind but what really really touched our hearts was the card that we received from their office. We had our little guy cremated by the vendor they use and he was at Pine Creek for a couple days and in their sympathy card they included a paw print and nose print of him. We lost it when we received this because it was so thoughtful and special to us. I cannot thank them enough for their support, compassion, and kindness during this time.

Christoph Heinen Dr. Dayna and the amazing assistants at Pine Creek deserve utmost praise for their support last week when we had to put our beloved German Shepard down. During an impossibly difficult situation, we received the best service I could have asked for. All the right things were said, everything was handled impeccably. I have been to a number of veterinary clinics in the area and Pine Creek is the best in my experience. Thank you

proFoundPeace creativechanceynf Tuesday night ecstatic dance and Sunday dance church are the best. This is one of my all time favorite events Ive been attending for years. Even before I lived local to Grass valley I would travel far to visit just for the dance. They always have great music, everyone who works hard to put these events on does a great job! Wendy is the Best!! There is a giant organ in the main dance room it is absolutely gorgeous! I really hope they keep these events going!! Supposedly the building was sold so make sure to research before attending. But I went last Tuesday March 2025 and she said the new owners intend on keeping their contracts. Pray we get to keep dancing there!!

Kathleen Medley Music Fantastic concerts & kind staff. Best venue around for quality live music. Brothers Beyond Description played Allman Brothers music wonderfully. Been attending concerts here, since 1990. Full bar & knowledgeable bartenders.

Taryn Rogers Weve been here several times now for events. The place is clean, staff is inviting, drinks are always a plus. I always suggest folks to look at their website ahead of time and see what is coming up as they do a great job of marketing / posting sooner than later about up coming events. Excited for 2024 disco ball!

Sue Harris Dr. Allen is by far the best osteopath that I have ever seen. I wish he were closer to me because I could really use his magic.

Mika Bear Dr Daniel Allen is a true healer with a beautiful kind spirit. I just had my first visit and I will definitely continue to see him. Not only did he relieve pain and rigidity in a rotator cuff injury, he also released a lot of pent up tension and fear related to a big life transition. I highly recommend him. After 10 months of seeing Dr. Daniel Allen numerous times, I can truly say he is an amazing healer and human being. During the first several months I continued to experience positive changes in mind, body and spirit with his cranial sacral work. He assisted me with everything from an ankle sprain, shoulder tension to stress and fear about life issues. I was not able to see him for the past couple of months and went to see him yesterday. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. It was like a 1000 lb weight had been lifted and I felt buoyant and positive again. The light was shining through. As well he worked on a leg issue which is now feeling much better. His genuine caring spirit and wide range of healing knowledge and skill make him a truly gifted healer. I cannot recommend him enough. I feel very blessed to have found him.

Satish Kumar For the past two years, I have been a dedicated student at the California College of Ayurveda (CCA). Before enrolling, I had my doubts and took the time to research and speak with representatives from various Ayurveda schools. After thoroughly examining the curricula of different institutions, I concluded that CCA offered the most comprehensive and extensive program available. Throughout my time at CCA, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of education and the dedication of the faculty. The instructors for both the PAM and CAM programs are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely wonderful people who are passionate about teaching and supporting their students. One of the highlights of my experience has been my interactions with Dr. Marc, whom I have had the pleasure of speaking with on several occasions. Dr. Marc is an incredibly kind and patient individual, always willing to listen to student feedback and provide thoughtful guidance. My positive experiences in the CAM program have solidified my decision to continue my education at CCA and pursue a masters program. I am confident that this path will further deepen my understanding of Ayurveda and enhance my ability to contribute meaningfully to the field.

M. Quattroventi After finishing the PAM Distance Learning program, i can share about my experiences so far that the course material is interesting and overall good structured to follow. It can help us and others for the rest of life here on earth. The Distance learning program provides good flexibility and and can be very beneficial for some people, especially when somebody has a good personal organization and motivation. In my opinion, the time provided to talk to the master Teacher is not enough for the amount of money that one has to pay. Often you have a 15-30 minutes talk once a week with your teacher. There is nothing much you can deeply talk about during this time. Also, feedback/questions were more than once not answered back by the Academic department. The final exam could be taken online without any proctoring, which is unprofessional. The advertisment/marketing that i receive trough Student support as a current student is very pushy with what i call "psychological mind playing" which really left me out of words. Overall, i sadly feel it is a lot about making money, more than to really help and to support. This overshadows in certain ways the Divinity, which lies at the root of Ayurveda. My feedback may change according to possible future experiences.

Diana Johnson I want to thank Samantha Peebles for being professional and patient, while answering a whole host of questions for me including financing. My son selected the California College of Ayurveda to continue his education. I am confident in him attending here. I am excited for my son to learn more. He continues to apply these teachings to his personal life. Now, he will be able to use what he is learning to help others. What an exciting journey!

Susan Tolman Awful, awful place!! It is just like Yuba Docs was. Probably because it is the docs from Yuba Docs. Waited in the room for over an hour. Room was right by the door to the lobby, never heard anyone else come in or go out so not sure what the delay was. Wish there was something better for those who have to see a workers comp doctor. I honestly think had i not finally asked how much longer they would have totally forgotten we were here. Just heard someone else come out of their room and ask the same question. They said they had been in the room for over 2 hours. Guess Yuba Docs just got a new name and nicer building. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

Diamond Duperron The staff is always helpful and quick, especially when you’re in a lot of pain. They are very friendly they like to laugh with you. It’s a very great staff and they don’t leave you hanging like Kaiser or UC Davis. They make sure you’re comfortable and that you’re seen as soon as possible every time I go there I don’t have to wait long And I like that and they don’t judge you because of your lifestyle or anything like that they treat you as if you were family and they are there for you not because they have to be, but because they want to be.

Leah Morales Horrible. My first stay here I was so sick they kept transferring me to different ICUs with a sodium of 111 and 40 lbs. (gastrooparesis). Can’t believe how many times I heard hippa violated and patients care practically screamed across the hospital room. 1st experience I was so sick they kept going up and down on my sodium and potassium. Giving me tons of potassium (yes it was low) but was causing severe diarrhea. Oh, and if you are not admitted to the ICU don’t expect to get you to not have to physically wheel yourself to the nursing station asking for meds an hour late. My hemoglobin dropped to 6.9 requiring immediate attention for blood. They left my BLOOD bag empty but still in the BATHROOM with food that had been sitting out since 5pm the night before. Unless you ask for your medications not in the ICU you won’t get them.Lastly, they discharged me with a blood pressure of 75/55. Second admission, was a tiny bit better but that’s because I only allowed myself to stay in the ICU. They were giving me a TON of potassium (yes, it was critical at first) but they kept giving me bag after bag causing severe diarrhea that lasted until I left today after a huge fiasco this morning. They promised me I could leave and just kept saying that my boyfriends son had a seizure, I felt physically better but obviously should have stayed. They switched around my meds. Tried to HOLD ME AGAINST MY WILL by telling you to take all prescriptions with you. I am chronically ill, and take different narcotics. THEY TRIED TO HOLD THEM FROM BEING RELEASED TO ME is that even legal. Luckily, my nurse today KENDEE who was so sweet got a psychiatrist who said I did NOT lack capacity and said I understood everything very well. Had things I needed to take care of. And again, thank you KENDEE for taking such good care of me today. Thank god I got myself out of there because again my blood pressure was not too low but discharged again with a blood pressure of 79/58. Yes, it was my choosing. My I see nothing but unhappy nurses. Unwelcome “hellos” by staff bashing past patients. 1 star oh and PS if you have a PICC line don’t forget to have to ASK your nurses to get MUSTARD off their gloves and ask them to please use safe sanitary measures. :)

Steven Hodges I was admitted last week with a collapsed lung and had the VATS procedure done. I had such a wonderful experience with everyone that I had an interaction with that Mercy San Juan will always have my love. The doctor was very open and upfront about everything that would be done, how I would be feeling and what recovery would be like. But like any great hospital, the nurses truly made the experience great. Every single nurse whose shift I was on was nothing but compassionate, encouraging, exceedingly helpful, and incredibly genuine in their care. I never once felt like any one of them was just doing a job, it felt very much like that was where they wanted to be and what they wanted to be doing. I am so terrible at remembering names and a few days are hazy, but Christina (Kristina?), Rayv, Luda, Steven, Eric (who fixed my bandage one night). Again this is a very small list because Im bad at names, but if you were on shift on my floor between 2/3/25-2/7/25 know I appreciate you. Even the nurses who didnt know me, that just saw me walking the hallway to get some steps in were always so encouraging and sweet. Even the cleaning crew. They were always so friendly and wished me a speedy recovery and it never felt scripted, they just wanted me well. Thank you all so much for your kindness and Im certain with your hearts, you can heal the world. ♥️♥️

Sonya Singh Dont walk...RUN away from this place. You will be waiting for hours on hours, even if you go in saying exactly what you need. Theres a dirty feeling to this hospital. The waiting room was filled to the brim and they didnt even have any air running, the thermostat on the ceiling was 82. I stood up the whole time outside with my husband because the waiting area was a cesspool for germs. Eventually when it got cold outside we started taking shifts waiting in the car until my name was called. After I was called back for the sonogram I needed, I already knew I was fine and wanted to leave. All I need was my test results and that took 2 hours to get. If youre in actual need, dont go here because you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. Now a month later, I just got slapped with a massive bill which of course is a flat number, not even stating was services were done. I called to ask for an itemized list WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO, if youre reading this. I was told I have to wait 24 to 72 hours for a call back in order to then go through the process of getting the itemized bill which could take up to 30 days to receive....not sure how that works when my bill is due on March 28th. My family works in healthcare and this is by far THE worst experience I have ever had in my life. Oh and on top of my one massive bill, I received another bill for just being in the emergency room. I have good health insurance so for those that have mediocre or bad coverage, expect to be paying not one but two bills. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The staff was OK -- not super great and not super bad. There was rarely a nurse in the waiting area checking up on patients. Just bad. Really bad.

courtney everett Do NOT work with Dr. Crawford. My life was in her hands and I lost a year of it under her care. She does not deserve the trust patients give to her. She was my first psychiatrist ever and I made the mistake to stick with her despite her poor bedside manner and willingness to help me understand treatment options for the diagnosis she had given me. Over a year working with her my symptoms did not get better rather they were worse than ever. Diagnosis’ are like Christmas trees, they all look different. To her, you are a label, not a unique person with a unique set of needs. Another local health care provider warned me of her track record failing to successfully treat her patients. I sought out another psychiatrist. I have my life back. If you have other options I urge you to try them first.

Jana Jackson I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Crawford. I JUST returned home from my appointment so I have NO idea what the findings are or the results will be but I wanted to type my review before my world might be shaken. The Dr. made each aspect of the appointment as non-threatening or disconcerting as possible. I was able to demonstrate my walking ability and never feared for lack of a spotter. I feel VERY honored to have met the doctor today. "Thank you, Doctor."

Leo Breau Please read! A friend of mine, a very sweet, hard-working Hispanic lady, lives in Caliente. She went to the hospital emergency. She’s getting me the doctors name today. A doctor came in asked her where it hurt. She told him. He gave her some medicine, and sent her on her way. She said she looked at her watch and the total was 10 minutes. She received a bill for $8000! Yes, you read $8000!! there were no tests done, no x-rays, no bandages, nothing. She called the hospital to dispute it and they told her too bad. Clearly, this is a case of ripping off a Hispanic lady because they can get away with it. This hospital is garbage and so are the staff. The doctor should be ashamed of himself because he too is garbage, terrible human. I will leave a review for him personally when I get his name later today.

I called medi-cal (Partnership) and they told me it’s covered. Now im being completely ghosted by Dr Brickler and his newish assistant. Maybe the assistant is the problem because I didn’t have any problems getting ahold of Dr Brickler when he had his previous assistant.

Donna Brown Final contact: Dropping them down a star because they did not contact me within 5-7 days as promised in the paperwork, and only got in touch with me after I contacted them. SO after all that, it does seem like others are correct in lackluster customer service with results. BUT ... I would still recommend because all else was perfect. AND because nobody should procrastinate getting this done. I tend to think/hope that they would be more on the ball with getting results out if they found any concerns.... Fourth contact....its finally happening, first colonoscopy..... I waited about a half hour or so longer than expected. After that things went swiftly that I can remember. Everyone working with me was clear and kind. One of the staff at my side even had me lift my head up so she could brush my hair back for me. I thought that was very sweet. Doctor Brichler was great, again that I can recall. Anesthesia was awesome!!! I did not feel a single thing!!! Awaiting the results now. They said 5-7 business days. Tomorrow is day 5. I will report back but so far totally recommend them!!! PS: The prep really wasnt that bad. I thought about drinking the nasty stuff versus getting colon cancer and it went right down..... PPS: The staff sent me off with a nice little card. Call em now?? Third contact VERY excellent!!! After my first phone appointment (second contact below), they called me the very next day to schedule my actual colonoscopy within a couple weeks out. Second contact went pretty well!!! The appointment was 30 minutes later than scheduled, but I feel that is totally reasonable. Someone did call. Dr. Brichler seemed worth the wait. His assistant Shannon was also very pleasant. First Contact SUPER Positive!!! I am a new patient for a first colonoscopy. Good times....LOL. Sasha picked up the phone in a couple rings fifteen minutes before they closed. She was VERY pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor I wanted is not taking new patients which was a bummer. However, in looking at reviews I was able to quickly find another who I feel equally encouraged about. Sasha spent some time making me feel comfortable about what to expect, sharing that she felt the doctor would be a good fit. In a few minutes I was set up with a consultation. Its four weeks out. I have seen the other reviews about this place, but I would say that it seems like they proactively addressed those issues and to me they seem rectified. I will follow up through my journey over the next months and report back. Hope this helps someone....

Sarah Foster Nearly impossible to communicate with them as they are always at lunch, closed early, or the line is busy. They rarely listen to messages and do not respond to them. The doctor called 3 hours before our scheduled appointment time, and for the follow-up call, called 3 hours late. I waited about 5 weeks for a phone call with my exam results. My primary care doctor requested my test results and records in March (2 months after my procedure), and I sent in my own request in April. It is July and we still haven’t received anything, despite calling about it 3 or 4 times. When I had new symptoms and needed additional support, the doctor told me, “I don’t know what’s wrong and I don’t know how to help you, just wait it out,” and refused to do any further testing because “it takes too long to schedule.” The staff is kind and I’m sure doing their best in pandemic times, but the office is just chaos and the medical support is mediocre. October edit to add: After waiting 2 months for a follow up call I was told I would receive within a week, I switched to see a new GI through UC Davis. I discovered a bunch of information this office put in my records that I was never told (key info about my health status!), and learned that some testing was performed incorrectly, and that I was given the wrong treatment for my autoimmune disease, which has left my health suffering for months. Avoid this office.

Holly I went to the ER in the middle of the night this weekend with severe low back pain and some neuro changes in my lower half. I wanted to say that the nursing staff was top notch. Mary, the night shift nurse was gentle and caring, as well as competent skill-wise. Kelly came to do my MRI checklist and was so nice to talk to. And Rich on day shift was awesome. He made sure I got the MRI I needed, and that I was well medicated for it. The MRI tech, I believe her name was also Kelly, was very good. She noticed a discrepancy from my outpatient to inpatient orders, and made sure it was resolved. I went in to the ER very scared, and in a tremendous amount of pain. I left feeling a bit better, and with the diagnostics to actually be able to get further help as an outpatient. Thank you Auburn Faith ER and radiology. You are all a class act.

Ali C Smith After an ER visit, my father was admitted to the hospital overnight, which turned into a few days. We had some absolutely, wonderful nurses and unfortunately a few who just did not have as much patience. But overall the care was wonderful. The Holiday doctor was interesting, but the regular doctor we got after was outstanding she was exceptionally patient in explaining and answering all our questions.

Shawna Martinez I went in to the ER on Oct 23, 2024 non weight-bearing on my left foot after a fall down stairs. I was seen quickly, but there was also a “code gray” in the ER and it seemed all staff was distracted. I mentioned that when I fell I landed on my toes and my foot hurt, but they seemed more focused on my ankle. After 3 x-rays focusing on my ankle, they sent me home with crutches and an ankle splint and told me several times there was nothing broken. Because of that misdiagnosis, it was a month later I had surgery to repair all my broken, displaced metatarsals, and small bones in my foot. I also broke the tibia in my ankle. 10 breaks! I understand that it’s tough sometimes to see foot breaks on X-rays, but they seemed more focused on my ankle and the “code gray” rather than my foot - I’ve been in excruciating pain and it’s has been unnecessarily long in healing.

Nikki R Dr Shank was dismissive, rude and completely unhelpful. I was brought in by ambulance for severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood and passing out at home. He came in initially and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do for me and to follow up with a specialist. My BP was 220/160, heart rate 145 and pain 10/10. He refused to give me any medication whatsoever to help with any of my symptoms and after 2 hours of sitting there pushing the call button for any nurse to acknowledge me, I was finally told by the nurse to go to sutter Roseville for better care and sent home. No update from the doctor about plan of care, lab results, nothing. I asked to speak to the nursing supervisor or any other physician and no one ever came back. I am disgusted with the way I was treated here. They always send out surveys for patients to complete and what difference does it ever make? The healthcare system is complete trash and patients are treated worse than trash.

Anita Wow I have just read most of these reviews, they are awful, how does a hospital do these things, I am thinking of moving to Vegas and now I dont know if I want to be near the place. Isnt there any excellent hospitals in LV. Pretty scary, I never heard of these things happening before.

Louise I am so impressed. I refuse to go to any ER in Vegas after horrible experiences. I don’t think I was in the ER a total of 30 minutes!!!! Doctor Meeks was awesome. Common sense listener. Left with the prescription needed without unnecessary tests or procedures. I don’t do reviews but this ER deserves the praise.

Kat S Michelle in Records is awesome. Shes always friendly, helpful and quick to accommodate. Ive been gathering records for my Test Site Claim and shes made it so easy. Keep up the great work! If more companies had more people like Michelle - the world would be a much better place! Thank you for the wonderful "can-do" friendly attitude and all the help ;-) !

PJ Wells I’m glad I waited to post my review of the CSU at SNMH. They claim they are an entirely separate entity from the hospital, which is simply not the case. I have seen on several occasions/visits over the past year, doctors and nurses from the ER coming to their door repeatedly and consistently. In fact, the doctors that came up the ramp when I was there recently have acted brazenly unprofessional, and have heckled me a few times, stating, “What, they making you wait outside?” and more insensitive comments like this. Because it’s like, when I’m experiencing psychotic symptoms, that joke isn’t really even funny, in fact, it’s disgustingly disrespectful. I was mistreated at the ER and CSU recently during a psychotic episode, (2 separate occasions) and the staff was completely ill-equipped in all aspects, but it comes down to training. The staff supervisor at the CSU admits to not being trauma-informed, nor any other staff employed therein, mind you, after the intake worker concluded and I escalated to a borderline admit to the ER. Disclosure of any trauma, old or fresh, isn’t always enough if that someone treating you, or staffed to “listen,” doesn’t understand where you are coming from or how to properly respond. For example, if you have become violent around your family or children during an episode or maybe they have been violent towards you, to ANY degree of severity, the proper initial response would be to listen and ensure safety, NOT seize the opportunity to disclose and reinforce that they are mandated reporters. If I am there seeking help in a state induced by immediate trauma, timing on this disclosure of ethics is everything, right? I am not trying to impugn the importance of mandated reporting, but if the person across from you is hallucinating, maybe it’s best to probe further without injecting fear as a barrier? I thought the inherent purpose of the CSU was to deescalate, to receive care and emergency respite, or so I was told by community mental health advocates, Nevada County Crisis among those. No, apparently, it’s to shame you straight away during an episode, MORE systematic power mongering. In my case, I came in completely confused and disoriented, and thankfully I resisted the care they offered me, although refusing care was a terrifying process because I was experiencing acute psychotic symptoms, as I mentioned. During my intake interview, the worker asked after several minutes if I attended church regularly, because church is a proper and helpful place to activate community and social supports, and here is where my anger trigger helped me stop the conversation. My anger actually activated my lucidity in a moment of sheer terror. I will say, the consistent trauma-informed offering they have had every time I have been in, is a “bed.” Except, how does one hurdle over their interviews to actually get to rest and self-assessment? Is this a screening process to steer people away because they don’t have the facilities? Am I being naive here? Maybe so, but who actually listens to and responds to our complaints? The good news is, with enough bad reviews, the funding will hopefully be directed towards better mental health training for their staff. I’m not holding my breath on that.

Blake and Ashley Barrios I specifically asked the therapist not to place me at St.Helena hospital due to previous trauma there as a teen and he and the social worker ignored my request and transferred me to that specific hospital anyways even though my insurance also didnt cover my stay there. I pleaded with the ER staff to send me home with a safety plan or any other facility and the therapist from CSU continued to enforce St.Helena even though I was in tears and explaining over and over that was the one hospital I was afraid to go back to. The entire ambulance ride there (3.5hrs) and upon admission to St.Helena I had panic attacks. Now that Im back home my doctor and actual therapist are having to work through new anxiety and ptsd issues with me from my stay there. I felt invalidated and unheard by CSU.

Greyson Stone When I checked in I came from camping and had some very nice tempurpedic Layla pillows that I brought in and when I was brought over to the hospital I never saw my stuff again and Sandra Farley did nothing at all to help me but made me sign a paper saying I picked up all my stuff even though I said I never had my pillows back so she basically tricked me and told me that she can no longer help me because I sign the waiver even though I have dozens of phone calls with her asking her to review the cameras to tell me who the last person was in my room. Each room is loaded with cameras but they cant tell me who picked up my stuff out of that room? So I am now out hundreds of dollars in pillows (two memory foam pillows) and Sandra has made it absolutely impossible to get a hold of her or to even try to help me whatsoever. This place is a scam and is employed by horrible people who have no empathy or sympathy or compassion towards anybody at all Morgan is an exception.

Sasha Red i told them specifically i had been abused and neglected at aurora the mental hospital in santa rosa and to please not put me there again because i spoke out and would recieve backlash from the aurora staff for exposing the abuse. the CSU staff said not to worry, theyd find me a bed at a different facility. there was a sticky note on my file saying not to place me there, and a staff membet crumpled it up and said ignore that because there was a bed available only there so far, and they tried to sneak me there after me and my family specifically said no. it ended in tears and screaming because they tried to sneak me there without telling anyone, i only knew i was going because i overheard the nurses. in the end, thank god they actually found a different facility only half an hour away rather than aurora (almost 4 hours away)

Serena Mitchell Horrible! Laughed at my son when he brought in a sample that a REAL doctor that is covering his case from SoCal told him to bring to urgent care. My son is finally getting the care he needs but no thanks to them. They also had no idea what SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) is. They told my son thats not a real thing and you shouldnt listen to the doctor that is treating you. The staff at Western Sierra need to go back to medical school or at least be open to learning! No compassion or empathy either! I cant think of worse care.

Lindsey Abel I love the doctors we have there, but the communication is awful. Call center seems to do as vest they can, but once you get to specific departments it falls apart. I spent most of this past week trying yo reach anyone regarding a very important medication for my child, and no one would reach back out to me regarding an update. I called several times, sent portal messages, and had to go in physically on lunches and after work to make myself known. Only through Facebook messaging did I get anywhere, and they asked me not to. When I pointed out their very clear failures... SILENCE.

The Raven Warren Julie in referrals should be fired today. Rude and hurtful with a sprinkle of judgey. I was waiting for Western Sierra to receive my STAT referral to rule out an ectopic pregnancy... something I had gone to emergency for and was extremely scared to have as the last one almost resulting my death... All I needed was an ultrasound. Shed never have to deal with me again. Without asking any info etc just said, I dont mean to sound insensitive but we cant help you. I said why,she says this is something you PCP can do.... WHY WOULD I GET REFERRED IF THEY COULD?? She was rude. Wouldnt proceed with making an apt. MIND YOU, MY BODIES BEEN BLEEDING AND IVE BEEN IN PAIN FOR ALMOST A WEEK....AN ULTRA SOUND WAS NEEDED STAT TO RULE OUT AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY. What if I died due to her negligence??? No compassion or understanding. She just didnt wanna do the paper work to help me. Lets also add that it took 3 days for someone to get back to me. I called everyday. I was a patient with western Sierra when I first got to Grass Valley and hated them. People there hate their jobs and only muster the strength to go cuz its close and they just have to half ass it till they can go home. Fine... Ive never seen great customer service . Someone told me about Stallant so I go there now but due to distance wished I was back at WS but after today Im so thankful my providers care. I only wish they had all the means to not have to refer us places...especially to places like this. I hate this place so much. Please.. your body deserves to be cared on and not misunderstood just because someone hates their job... I have to wait now till another place gets the paperwork and can schedule me... meanwhile Im hoping nothing bad happens to me. Been tripping stressed and in pain emotional etc and all this lady had to do was process my paper work. Make an appointment. Send paper work. Done. But no....Julie triggered more trauma. Thanks Julie.

Gwynna Ladybug Poor service and time management as well as incorrect phone options. I received a call at 4:51 saying to call back anytime when they closed 9 mins later at 5 and obviously could not help me until the next day. Also the phone option for leaving a message after hours does not work. Pressing 0 or any other digit results in an “incorrect code entered” message and there is no other way to leave a message. Haven’t even talked to someone and sadly already having a bad experience

Wow, just cannot say enough nice things about the service we received throughout our situation. They were able to facilitate a resolution in as stress free a manner as possible. Special thank you to all the staff for your time and caring.
