Jody Sypher Dr. Aoun and staff are absolutely wonderful. (I should have written this sooner). Guess I felt like my little “best kept secret” should remain my secret. But he has been such an exceptional medical professional to deal with, its only fair that I share my experience. First you work with his office staff to schedule appointments. Very nice, quick to respond and professional. Can’t ask for more. Then meeting with Dr. Aoun solidifies the professionalism and consideration you receive. He really digs in and asks questions, listens, spends time with you and offers ideas and solutions. He is not judgmental or pushy. He always takes the time to go over all the details. You feel like you have the best of both worlds…..a seasoned medical professional and a realistic guy who understands that not everyone has the same needs or the same opinion. I always feel like I can be honest and get an honest response or advise. I trust him completely. Kudos Doc!! I appreciate you!

Jasmine Candelario I have had a wonderful experience with heritage medical group urgent care. But last night really did it for me. Yesterday my son was sick, we couldn’t put his sweater back on and they offered us a blanket as we left so he wouldn’t be cold. The whole time they were so kind, and gentle with him. I am truly appreciative to have been met with so much kindness for my child and myself last night. Special shout out to his nurse Jasmin And Rocio who helped with his IV and to keep him as calm as possible during the insertion.

Morticia Brewer I can’t say enough good things about Dr Pagler. She is truly amazing! Thanks to her care, I’m healthier now than I’ve ever been. She listens attentively to my concerns, monitors them closely, and takes action to resolve them. It’s incredibly rare to find a doctor this thorough and compassionate, especially in the High Desert. I feel so fortunate to have found her. The only hesitation I have in writing such a glowing review is the fear that everyone will want to see her, making it harder to get an appointment! I was in so much pain when I started coming there, but they were able to find the problem quickly and are working it out. The level of care and experience is obvious once you start getting treatment. Desiree Pena They are so amazing from their staff to Dr. Barber! They are so helpful and good with my baby. My daughter is a wild one and one of the assistant nurses help me with her so i can fill out the paperwork. Dr. Barber has wonderful bed side manner and goes into details! Update! Been going here since they have opened! My first is turning 5 and now we have a new baby. We absolutely adore this place. We see Dr. Bobila, he is so sweet and so good with both our girls. He is my favorite pediatrician. The staff is always so nice and so helpful!

Steven Riggs This was the best experience in an urgent care that ive ever had. If the facility was clean and neat. The weight time was very short. All of the staff were professional and very friendly. They answered all my questions. Wilianne is a very skilled NP. She takes her time to do a full examination and gives you all the information you need. She answered all of my questions and her diagnosis and treatment have already begun to work well. I am so grateful to the heritage team!

Purity Ateku Dr. Sutton was amazing! He took his time to listen to me and I could tell he was hearing me. For a place that serves kids, not sure that Hallmark channel is the right channel content wise. Watched a movie that was pretty much too “grown” for the little kids in there. Other than that, my visit was very wholesome. Shout out to Biridianna. She drew my blood like a pro and made me feel so relaxed.

Bren Hobbs I went to Heritage urgent care for the first time today. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Everyone was exceptionally kind. The nurses were invested and caring. I received very good care by everyone. The nurse practitioner Dr. Williane Mendiola was so professionally pleasant and thorough it was hard to believe I was at a urgent care. I appreciated everything about the care I received here and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Karen T I liked Dr. Anthony Suttons style of explaining things. Hes thorough, hears you out and thinks ahead. The whole staff was great. This has been my go to place when for the past 5 years and it is always a good experience. I recommend.

Bill Wise Kelly Lewis and her staff are great at taking care of my elderly mother. They go out of their way to fit her in if she needs to be seen and refill her prescriptions easily with just a phone call. My mom says they are wonderful and she is very happy with Kelly as her primary provider. I appreciate all of them for taking good care of mom and keeping her upright and above room temperature!

Gina Schmid Doctor Rajkumar is one of the best primary care physicians I have had she listens to you. She understands, and she cares about her patients. She takes the time to do a complete physical each time to make sure theres nothing that maybe the patient doesnt know thats wrong. Doctor Rajkumar and her staff in her office are very kind, courteous, respectful and helpful.

jeannie neese Yes, I started with her Oct. 1 and she never showed up! So for 2 1/2 hours I had Karen, Maria Molina and then waited for the Hospital Doctor! I was having trouble breathing and on strong medication that my eyes need to be checked every 6 months and it has been over a year! And my RA medication for Humira needed a new prescription with the change of the new Dr. only 1 injection left! And sent her 2 appcations and I went in there for the 3 time and still has not turned the app in. Not OCT 20 been asking for several referral since oct 1!!! Have driven down to Desert Hospital 3 times now 30 miles round trip!! And I’m like her joke!! 2xs spent 2 1/2 hours there!. And I have appointment tomorrow they are telling me to keep!!! So that will be the 4th visit asking for the same referral’s what does the future hold for me!! I’m 71 years old having to do this on my own and it’s very hard & frustrating all at the same time!!! It’s hard enough to go through this ones but 4 times now! Why doesn’t the Doctor care enough about her patients to take care of what we need the first time. I mean doesn’t every show up for her appointment’s thanks for listening!

The Budds You see a few disgruntled reviews for this place sadly from people who dont realize they can only do so much with what they got. I was there yesterday and came in at twelve and got out around 6:30 because they were packed fuller than any term I can make up. Despite that, I had pretty much all the employees apologize to me for the wait and for being patient (on me, not them) I didnt make an appointment and just walked in, so I knew waiting was something I had to do. I needed them and they were there for me even though they had one hell of a workload. They even have snacks for everyone so while people might not think it, they go very out of their way to help everyone who comes in despite a full house or not. Every single one of those workers cares a lot and wants to help those who are in search of it. Thank you for being there, and for anyone else who needs help and is looking for a place that actually cares. This is the one you are looking for.

Adria Bruneio This place can be really busy and the wait times LONG! I mean hours. Rest assured, all of the staff are constantly working their butts off, it’s because resources are spread thin and so many people need help. They have a TV in the waiting area and snacks but I would suggest arriving as early as possible and coming prepared with something to keep you entertained. Maybe like a book or handheld video games or something, I don’t recommend doomscrolling on your phone if you’re having a mental health crisis. I always look forward to seeing Toni at the front desk when I come here, that woman is a beam of sunshine and she does a good job making people feel safe and comfortable. In general, the staff here are very caring and professional and have helped me through dark times.

Linda Wyatt I called because I had developed a extremely. Bad toothache. We called around with No Emergency Dentist open for a hour. I called Kaiser operator she was so nice,advised its ok to go even if it was Dental. Everyone was so kind. As I was hurting so bad. Antibiotic Rx for possibly infection that might be causing pain. And keep taking the Ibuprofen i was taking. I was in and out fast. They were very organized with system running Saturday urgent care.

Yvonne Ware First time to the Urgent Care Clinic in Victorville, CA. Visiting family and ended up at Urgent Care. Not knowing what to expect, I was completely shocked by the courteous employees smiling and greeting patients so early in the morning.(Before 7am) The atmosphere was so soothing I was able to disconnect from my misery and focus on the warmth and compassion all around me. YES, the wait can be long, (less than 2 hours), but no one is sent away due to not enough Doctors available. Or told to go to another facility for care… This clinic in the High Desert provides great care and services to Kaiser Members. The Pharmacy was amazing as well. The purpose to everything is get you in and get you home as quickly as possible. I agree, I’m home..

Danny Still All staff were great. Came in and set an appointment for flu vaccine, showed up for appt and male receptionist on duty remembered me and professionally called me out by name "Mr Still right? Ill contact nurse for you and let her know youre here". Also, Nurse Amanda was extremely courteous, professional, and quick. Amazing staff today.

jodi umberson I was very lucky to get an appointment with Dr Sharpe. I was called in right away, he was very kind and listened to every one of my concerns. He took great care of me and upped my prescription, made sure to refer me back to psychiatry, ordered labs, and made sure I had a follow up appointment with him next month. I was very scared and worried about my health and he took the time to figure out next steps for everything I was concerned about.

Penny C I saw Dr. Maria Potes for a well women exam. I will never see her again. I wouldnt even call it an exam. She is the reason people get over looked for health issues. She didnt listen to anything I asked about or my concerns for family health history or previous testing, she didnt even look at the paper I filled out in her hand and was putting whatever she wanted in the computer . I felt she was in a hurry and wasnt thorough. I complained to the front desk and the She called me 30 mins later and still didnt give what I asked for or addressed what I was concerned about. I then had a "Supervisor named Yvonne talk to me and then she was gaslighting me telling me i was to young to have what i have going on , which is completely false. Extremely disappointed. This appointment was super important and hoping I could finally get some answers, after waiting a month to get seen and then refered to her. Her nurse Elizabeth was super friendly , I appreciated her kindness. Thats the only positive thing I can say about that visit.

Travis R I have seen Dr. Lee multiple times since he started working here in 2019. But this last visit will be my last. Dr. Lee made me feel very judged for having another person in the room with me (due to my anxiety). It made the whole rest of my appointment uncomfortable. He avoided answering simple questions pertaining to an ongoing medical condition that I deal with. He is afraid to “burn bridges” with doctors that he will never probably meet or talk to. He got my physical done but I will definitely never see him again. He has this asinine YouTube video on their website where he stresses the importance of the doctor/patient relationship. But he certainly doesn’t act like I am his patient and his priority. I hated my whole experience with him.

Lyn B I used to hate going to the doctors with my old insurance that I would avoid it as much as I can. After changing insurances, I started going here to St. Mary HD Medical Group. All the providers whove helped me are so kind and patient with me. In my personal experience, Ive been able to get appointments much easier. Im actually comfortable going to them as soon as I have any concerns whatsoever, I dont feel a need to avoid the doctors anymore because I feel welcome here.

Judith Thomas This is the best medical group in the high desert. Im 58 years old so Ive been to most of them. Doctor Paul Lee is the best doctor Ive ever had. He explains everything until I understand it. He noticed that I have a history of bronchitis, laryngitis, pneumonia, and asthma. He put me on a nebulizer and an incentive spirometer. Its like I never had asthma and I havent had the other 3 issues either. I breathe so much better, its incredible. He probably gave me 20 more years to live. Brianna is also amazing. She takes care of my appointments and makes sure I have all the paper work I need. Its hard to draw blood from me because it has to be taken out of my hand. The lab technicians have no problems getting it and its not painful at all. I never want to have my blood drawn any where else. Everyone at the customer service desk is always nice and works hard to find answers to any questions I have. If they cant find the answers, which is rare, I get a quick return phone call. The referral process is quick. Ive never waited more than 2 to 3 days. I am really happy that this is my medical group and I do not have a plan to change. Brandon Robbins Made a "hold my spot" appointment got there and waited 1hr after to actually get into a treatment room. Facility looks nice on the outside and the inside is dated but clean. Nice sterile hospital smell present in the treatment rooms. They also play childrens movies for the kiddos, it was Moana for us. The staff is very child friendly. Not a bad facility the wait times are a bit long for the "hold my spot" for my taste. Overall not a super bad experience but not incredibly great either.

Jennable Rose They refuse to remove incorrect health data on patients. Terrible doctors who give a diagnosis without doing any tests whatsoever! If you have a CHOICE dont choose this medical group.

Tina Mendoza Dr. Sonawala Internal Medicine is the best doctor my son and Ive ever had. He is caring, compassionate, competent, professional, proficient and affordable, takes most insurances. I strongly recommend him.

Betty Knight well.. i have had this medical group since 2000 when i moved up here.. have had issues with them for the last few years.. 2013 2 days before christmas.. i had an abscess that needed draining.. went to ER and had it lanced... since then, been dealing with trying to get it removed.. as it has now been 3 years... and it still reopens every week or so... finally got UPGRADED care to Loma Linda... as the OB/GYN up here said they needed to rule out CANCER... that was in Feb.. I HAD THE ABILITY THIS WEEK (MONDAY 11/14/16) TO HAVE SURGERY... but the approval was sat on by my DOCTOR (?) SINCE WEDNESDAY LAST WEEK.. she didnt even turn it in until today... so yup.. surgery got cancelled... RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL GROUP

Christina Stalter Full of rude staff. There was a rude nurse, she left me hanging for so long & when I asked nicely when will I take tests she said “other patients have needs” so am I too I am the patient! I have been there for over an hour & half to get just tests done. There’s other nurse, he was nice but she left him alone with me to do bloodwork and he just don’t get my blood and keep poke me like he don’t know! They don’t respect me but HER attitude & keep speak with masks cover when I told them repeat that I’m deaf. I decide to walk out and go to different urgent care to get respect & rightful cares.

The staff was supportive, professional & kind. The doctor or nurse practitioner… is amazing, thorough & hears every word. Stellar staff from A-Z! I wanted to complete a survey, prior to leaving… I was rushing to the pharmacy. The care is excellent! Management needs to reevaluate the staffing, patient flow and community. The current atmosphere is stressful for patients & some patients are extremely verbal to or about the staff. My ❤️actually goes out to the staff. It’s a well-run machine … Management needs to reevaluate that location … it’s painfully understaffed. Should management sit in the waiting room or at the front desk… try it out. Finally … ur website for appointment scheduling is utter nonsense. I made an appointment, showed up and the office was closed. Some clean up is well in order.

Vanessa Fischrup I have been coming to Health R Us for 2 years. I accomplished my Medical Assistant volunteer hours. Health R US is my top recommendation! The staff is nice and caring for your needs. They put the patient first. It was a wonderful getting to shadow them. The MA taught me many things in terms of becoming a Medical Assistant. As a patient or student, they will welcome you with open arms. I would recommend this urgent care if you are looking for a place to volunteer.

Brian Russell I made an appointment in advance and just like the last times my appointment was canceled because the dr had an emergency. For the 3ed time .Im thinking the dr here just likes to go home early and dont care if someone like me lost there ability to have kids because it was to late after getting to the hospital when they canceled my appointment I had no idea testicular contorted can be so bad thanks to this place I was seen to late little did we know I was having a real emergency thanks for the help real professional if I cant have kids because this my attorney will let you know .

Dominique Bram Ive been going here for over a decade. The Drs are great, but the new office staff is completely useless! They hired new people within the last year or so, that DONT do their job! Jo and Carol seem to be the only ones who help with anything. Having to wait 3 WEEKS for a STAT referral thats supposed to take 72 hours, or having to call REPEATEDLY for a prescription refill on a med that I need to take daily is really unacceptable. The office Manager SAID, SHE would make sure it was handled and it STILL wasnt done. Calls into the office take 15+ minutes JUST to be answered! Regardless of what you need. Messages left arent answered without repeated calls for days! They USED TO have a fantastic staff! Time for another staff change, or Ill be filling a complaint the next time I have an issue. They like to pass the buck, instead of doing their jobs! I really dont want to have to look for a new Dr, because I really do love my Dr there. But the staff keeps him from being able to do HIS job properly! PLEASE Dr Milani, get a new office Manager and whoever is in charge of referrals and refills, theyre NOT doing their jobs!!!

Alma Wilbur I am finally getting enough of High Desert Doctors! Most of them seem to had forgotten all about the hipocratic oath! Once they become famous, they show their true colors! No empathy for people’s lives. My mom is been going through though time with a condition that requires a procedure to drain liquid out of her belly. The insurance approved it right away, but the doctor’s office personnel are taking two weeks to send the correct paper, when you call, you’re lucky if they answer. We went several times to the clinic and they promise to work as urgent matter but they never did it! We are now at the ER because she never got the papers sent to the right place! Now let’s talk about the primary doctor Iglesias, je seemed to be very professional and respectful towards his patients, but last time I took my mom, he did even ask my mom directly about her concerns. I went through a report where is showing something of a concern to me, but he didn’t take the time to read the report! He is guessing that her condition is heart related, but they haven’t given us a definitive diagnosis!

Arthur Grigoriyan I’ve known Dr Milani as a friend, colleague and I was also his patient when I had COVID in 2020. He took care of me the same way he would care for his own family. At times, in the office things may seem a bit chaotic, and that is understandable, given how stretched he is in his massive practice. The man is overworked but never too busy for his patients. He is an experienced and compassionate Physician and I know I can always rely on him and his staff.

Rosaelena Gutierrez I went to the emergency room to take my baby because he had fever. They left me standing outside by the door for 20 minutes for the nurse to come to check the baby measure he didnt have the covid-19. No stupid stuff he doesnt have it

Very upset and hungry...and this is taking over my day already...I have other things that I have to do before my surgery tomorrow!

Daniel Miller After a 3 HOUR wait in gripping pain, the nurse finally began my pre-op paperwork. It was by far the worst experience in a medical setting in my life. I’ve had numerous procedures done at other facilities, but this place felt really way below any standard, and the building was crumbling in some areas. Update: The surgical department was outstanding, efficient and clean. My procedure went smoothly without any issues. Thank you Nurse Rosemary!

Shell Maki 2 times I have been there the first was a wait if 2.25 hours over my appointment time just to do blood work. I left. 2nd time is 1.5 hours over my appointment time just for 1 test. This place is horrible!!! They are extremely under staffed.

Rosie Trujillo My experience... went to ER no hospital beds in their ER. I was told I was being discharged and was taken off IV and after given wrong paperwork. Was there another hour and was given more meds but because IV was taken off they had to give me a shot in my arm and a pill vs in my IV. They were baffled as why my IV was taken off. A few staff (2) were very nice & friendly but the rest you can tell theydid not want to be there. Looks like they dealt with not the greatest patients but those that are there for real reasons... I do not recommend it at all. 1st & last time I go there. I do not feel confident that the staff will try to save my life there. My background is social services and this I would not recommend at all. Sad cause its the only Kaiser Approved hospital in the high dessert. Extremely dissapointed.

Kimberly Hartley Dr. Milani was both of my parents doctor. I trust and respect Dr Milani. Most of the nurses and others were very caring and let us know everything that was going on. My Mother was 77. The ICU personnel treated my family with respect and sympathy. I feel that they did their best Rest in Peace, Momma

EL MIL Zero stars if possible you will be here 8 to 12 hrs I suggest going elsewhere even if it involves drive time ,. They take forever literally and the staff is straight garbage no respect and when asking for help nothing but attitude. Was there about 8 hours just to be told that they could give me prescription medication but that they rather not and I could just get over the counter medications. Not sure how my son who had the same symptoms got something prescribed. What probably happened is they didnt do there job properly and didnt want to look foolish and said nothing wrong. Even though I was there coughing up a lung smh ... place needs to be torn down

Yesica AM What makes a hospital a 5 star hospital? Well many things but mainly the nurses and physicians. My emergency room experience was not as good as i was expecting it to be. I was expecting exceptional service and, knowledgeable nurses and practitioners/ physicians. Before i begin i have to say that maintenance staff is GREAT, the most often overlooked are the most professional and respectful. #1: NO one and i mean no one, not the nurses or physician will give you a solid answer to your question, to the point that you become confused, frustrated and wont even be able to trust what a doctors says. I felt as thought the nurses and doctors were not telling me everything i needed to know. And when it comes to my only child , well i want to know everything there is to know.#2 the injection given to my son was apparently administered incorrectly by one of the nurses, i found this out after much research and professional knowledge. How can they can make a mistake on something so simple as an injection?. AND #3 there are a few in the emergency room that make you feel unwelcome .. I think this only happens with the third shift because when i was there for a follow up , 6 am, it seemed as though that shift was way more welcoming and professional. Maybe if they change or train staff this place would be a 5 but for now 1 star. A 5 for maintenance staff.

Melanie Culwell Is it normal that I got my kid X-ray on Tuesday and its Thursday and still havent got the results? Wheres the urgency? If I wanted to wait 3 days (and counting) I would have just called her primary doctor and made an appointment there. Her wrist could be broken and they could care less. They told me that they were going to call me the following day and never did, Ive called them since and they say "oh we well related the message".

Neferure I took my son here because I thought he had an allergic reaction to medicine he was prescribed. I walked in, and the male receptionist gave me a good vibe, and the man who took my sons vitals. So it was our turn to head to the back, and thats when the good vibes ENDED! We were in the room waiting for the doctor, and my son began to choke off the thrush that was in his mouth. I politely asked if they had something to help me get it out of his throat. The Hispanic lady said ,"No, we dont have anything like that." And she left the room. So I preceded to get it out with my finger. And she came a minute later to offer TISSUE. I said, " No, need i already got it out." Meanwhile, the staff was loud talking about lottery tickets and other irrelevant crap for LONG TIME. Im not exaggerating. The doctor was just ok. After the doctor saw my son, i was waiting for discharge papers. It took FOREVER because they were talking about b.s. instead of handling patients and calling other patients back to see the doctor. They are unprofessional....if it wasnt for the patients, they wouldnt have a job. They are no different from Victor Valley Hospital. They dont care about patients. Why work in health care if patients arent your priority. As Im writing this review in the room STILL waiting for dischargepapers, THEY are still loud and talking nonsense. I cant wait to report this facility. P.s. after FINALLY getting my sons paperwork...i walked out to a black male (Im black myself, just to clarify) employee showing the other loud talking employees crap on his phone. These people are ridiculous. I shouldve checked the reviews first.

Claudia Bahena Sister took my 1 year old and the girl in the front denied her services without permission from mom. I was at work I was 10min away. Okay makes sense sister came to get a permission slip made it in time before 8pm when they closed she got there @7:40. Worker in front locked the door. A patient came out sister went in got denied again was told they where close and worker in the front had security close to my sister for no reason. This is totally unacceptable. How are you turning patients away because you want to go home and to top it off try to scare them with your security while carrying 1 year old that is ill. Do better staff

Lisa This Urgent Care needs funding for more non urgent testing. They can do vitals, urinalysis, listen to breathing with stethoscope, help with some injuries, and sometimes test for strep. They can send home a prescription for antibiotics if needed. They cant help with non urgent kidney stones, blood work, or in office treatments to send patients home and stabilize the condition while there. A lot of modern day urgent cares can already do this and ERs dont like seeing patients for these non emergent issues. This urgent care functions kind of like a waiting room/ school nurses office with slightly more testing but not quite enough to be a modern Urgent Care. They are good with what they are able to do and the doctors are always great with kids and they have lots of compassion.

Jumana Oyalade So many bad reviews…. Yikes. Well mine is the total opposite ! Friendly staff, I go to see the amazing Ob doctor for my pregnancy Dr Moneke ! He has been my Dr for both pregnancies! He is just simply amazing. All the staff are very friendly ! May I mention St Mary Hospital in apple valley the labor and delivery nurses and postpartum unit were all just simply amazing !!! I highly recommend. Office is super clean, plenty of parking. Very nice medical offices ! Thank You Dr Moneke and staff ! Thank you to all the nurses in labor and delivery unit and postpartum St Mary Hospital Apple Valley!

Mary Rogers My first experience with Dr Gomez Pul.onologist in Apple Valley was fantastic!! He is very smart and informative. He was kind and patient and very helpful. His receptionist Kristy was very friendly, approachable and informative.The backoffice tech, Rosie was very kind and patient and informative. The inoffice atmosphere semmed happy....like they all enjoyed being there.

Jey Rose Had my first appt with Dr.Moneke this week and boy oh, boy ya dont even know how happy I am to have him as my GYN. He explained everything to me. Didnt rush me out like others have done in the past. Took his time to listen. So kind and professional. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and office is spotless. I recommend him 110%

Evans Joseph (Jomo) I was an Army Combat Medic, a nurse, an orthopedic technician, emergency department technician, fire department paramedic, and I have worked in hospital all over the United States, especially as an Army Combat Medic, and I can say I honestly have never been in a facility so poorly ran and so badly managed. First off, the wait times are excessive in this ER. I was in ER for total of four days and no matter the number of patients who sat in waiting room each day, wether 5 or 10 or 20, the wait times were all excessive. And not only the wait times once admitted, you could expect to sit in ER for 8 to 10 hours. And what I found in ER was no less than horrific. There was literally dry blood on one of the gurneys that I saw another patient be asked to sit on, and for the four days I was being treated in the ER for my MS exacerbation, the same garbage sat under one gurney, for all four days. My daughter who was helping me, as I couldnt walk, almost sat on a needle in a seat a nurse asked us to sit in and when she questioned the nurse about it the nurse laughed at her and scolded her by saying what did you expect in a hospital then chastised her for the rest of the visit. On my second visit, a doctor refused to complete my medication regiment of Solumedrol even though the Hospitalist, ER Charge Nurse, and MS Neurologist had already consulted and started the standard Multiple Sclerosis therapy but rather than contact any of those people, and even flat out refused to talk to the specialist, the ER physician completely changed the procedure to a non MS treatment without asking me a single word, then he prescribed medication that wasnt indicated, without even discussing one single word of it with me, the patient. And although I paid for labs, I was denied to every see the lab results nor even get a copy. This place is horrible on so many levels and literally needs to be investigated for substandard and dangerous practices, and incompetent staff, as they are close to being a third-world facility and if they havent already killed someone because of it, I gurantee it will happen with the level of incompetence and lack of professional standards. This ER truly needs their certification revoked.

Amber Schwartz Dr. Shahati is absolutely one of the worst doctors I have ever been to! I had a horrible colon infection (C Diff) that was leaving me very sick and having to go to the bathroom constantly. He made me wait TWO MONTHS for my results and treatment because he wanted to talk to me about it personally and he would only do it with another appointment. He could have just called me on the phone and gave me the medication after getting my results back like every other doctor, but he wanted to do it through appt only, which was only available two months later. It wasnt until I looked up, and went to an infectious disease specialist because the meds he prescribed didnt work, that I found out how serious C Diff actually is. He made me suffer that whole time. He also tried to tell me that I had a thyroid disease even though I told him I was tested for that a few months ago and it came back negative. He said I was living in denial! So, I had a full thyroid panel test a year later, and it came back fully normal; completely functional. Praise God. Dont let doctors try to tell you your own symptoms when you know what youre feeling. I would choose a different doctor. One who actually listens and will give you treatment.
