The staff was supportive, professional & kind. The doctor or nurse practitioner… is amazing, thorough & hears every word.

I wanted to complete a survey, prior to leaving… I was rushing to the pharmacy.
The care is excellent!
Management needs to reevaluate the staffing, patient flow and community.
The current atmosphere is stressful for patients & some patients are extremely verbal to or about the staff.
My ❤️actually goes out to the staff.

Should management sit in the waiting room or at the front desk… try it out.
Finally … ur website for appointment scheduling is utter nonsense. I made an appointment, showed up and the office was closed.
Some clean up is well in order.
