5 /5 Francisco Maldonado: 5 stars from the start. I called around 11am requesting a quote for an oil change. Carlos got back to me with a quote right away breaking down the cost. I was so impressed by the transparency that I decided to make an appointment. Carlos took care of me from the start and made me feel like a valued customer. I will recommend this local gem to all my Hayward folks. It is hard to trust some auto shops but this one is different. Please give Carlos a call if you need any auto work done.

5 /5 Ingrid Cruz: Very great shop, and honest work. Carlos the main mechanic and owner followed through and made sure my vehicle was fixed and also made sure of any concerns I may have had. Would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a fair price and professional work. Carlos gave me a breakdown of what the work consist of and also what the out the door price was which was great to know that shops are still accountable and making it easy to trust a qualified mechanic.also Mike head of management was very easy and outgoing made it really easy to come in and set up appointment

5 /5 Salimah Rivera: Someone tried to steal my car and messed up a lot of it in the process, but Carlos assured me he could get it fixed and he did! He was attentive and caring from the beginning and helped me tremendously while my insurance was giving me a hard time. He stayed in contact with me through everything. He’s truly the best!!! I’ll definitely be back if I have any future car troubles because I know I’ll be in good hands.

5 /5 TRAPP: Very great at what they do. They did a lot of major maintenance on my car ( 1992 Lexus SC) and for a very fair price. The best price compared to anyone around. Would definitely recommend them. Carlos is a solid guy
