5 /5 Donna Blain: I may not go back to Adventist Health in Tulare, CA, but I probably will as it is so close to my house. I was in the ER waiting for 3 1/2 hours. They need more than one doctor in there. Also, I have received three surveys. How many does it take for my point to be taken?
