5 /5 Chelsea Day: Juan Carlos was so incredibly KIND. My tire pressure light came on and I pulled in randomly. He immediately checked all the tires for any nails and topped up one that was slightly low. He explained about the weather temperature changing and it might be due to that, no charge, and sent me on my way. Light indeed went away the next day. So when I was overdue for an oil change - I went back. Juan Carlos fit me in again immediately and kindly explained the pricing and all the other things they would check. Done within the hour and all checked out! I love knowing I can TRUST these guys to do a great job. Thank you Juan Carlos and team!

5 /5 Gina Giannarelli: Yesterday, I got two flat tires either turning left onto Third St. from Lincoln in downtown San Rafael, or turning into the Goodwill dropoff near that corner, to leave donated items. I dont know what I hit but both driver side tires popped and I had scrapes on edges of my wheels. The Goodwill guy told me that happens a few times a year there so beware! I have a 2020 Honda Civic and the tires were the original Firestone. I was going to call AAA for a tow when the Goodwill guy told me theres a shop right across the street on 2nd, AmayaS. I went in and talked to Juan Carlos. Nice shop, clean and they had a lot of tires, but not ones for my car. He showed me several options which were less money than the Firestones I had. I checked the shop reviews while there, which were stellar, and also the tires he recommended, Kumho ECSTA Sport A/S. They gave me a ride home and picked my up later that day. They installed and balanced 4 new tires, and did an alignment, all for a very reasonable price. They also sanded and touched up the scrapes on my wheels at no charge. They put those wheels on the passenger side so I didnt have to see them every time I got in my car. Very thoughtful. I really appreciated their help and expertise. After doing further research I am really happy I went with their tire recommendation. They rotate tires bought there every 6k miles at no additional charge. I recommend AmayaS. 5 /5 Alexandre N. Vosmek-Park: This is them, they picked me up in the rain in a super timely manner, brought me to tbeir shop, and within an hour and a half had me safe and serviced with 4 new tires. These guys worked with me and provided me a comfortable space to do my homework in while i waited. They were great about answering my questions and were friendly as all heck. Great service, would absolutely recomend you use them if you need a fast tow and service that was worth the money!
