5 /5 Jessica Gonzalez: For the last 10 years I have been a dealership only girl. Oil changes, tune-ups, major and minor services the whole nine yards. For all my loyalty to the dealership, when my car needed real work I was abandoned; I was told to buy a new engine or a new car at full price. A family friend told me about Neuhaus and after having gone there now with 2 separate vehicles for different major issues they have changed my entire outlook on customer service, automotive repair, and competency. With regard to their customer service, when I arrived I felt immediately taken care of, there was no unnecessary waiting, there was no red tape, and everyone was on top of their game doing what they do best. I really got the feeling that they were there for me...not the paycheck. Im not a mechanical engineer, car repair is not my thing; what I do know is women tend to get ripped off, and Im a woman. At the dealership, I felt I had to take their word at face value; if they told me something was wrong I had to believe them. Neuhaus on the other hand, provided regular updates on the progress, findings, and even sent me pictures to help me understand what they were talking about. An attendant telling me a bypass valve is corroded vs an attendant showing me a picture of a corroded bypass valve and telling me I might want to get that fixed are 2 different things entirely. The epitome of the Neuhaus experience, however, is Suzanne! She is amazing. Knowledgeable, honest, and unwavering in her due diligence to serving the customers. As a woman I am really happy I found a place with another woman with her experience, her expertise, and her desire to see the best outcome for her customers. Her level of competence is unmatched, not only in the automotive industry, but across the board. If you are looking for honest work at an honest price look no further.
