5 /5 Todd Glatfleter: My somewhat Easy job got pushed back to a month and a half, then 3 months back, due to a hard-to-find part for my 2018 Honda Element. The staff felt bad about my situation and scanned the country daily until they found a used part. Upon arrival, they finished my vehicle in days and had me on the road. My 3-month time turned to 5 weeks. It was not a perfect situation, and as they had heart and did their best and got it done fast, they got bonus points. They only give an option for five stars, and I’m giving the shop ten stars. This is what good customer service and heart is all about. Your team are all rock stars in my book.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
