4 /5 Tisha Hernadez: I called becuase Im looking for a primary care provider. I was able to schedule my daughters to be seen quickly while mines was scheduled out in March to update my immunization records, and a physical for school. Which now makes sense, they offer many services so I can tell they are busy. The clark that supported me today was kind and took her time with scheduling. I took away a star because the platform "My chart" does not have an app to download which causes it some confusion when seeking to use it. Im looking forwards to seeing how things go in January 2025 at this new facility.
