5 /5 Russell Stabler: Bill is a seasoned engineer. Knowledgeable, interesting, thorough and trustworthy. A true Mensch. He pretty much rebuilt the 30 year old AC system in my van after the old system (with the old ozone eating refrigerant) blew up.
Im 66 years old and can count on one hand the times someone else other than myself worked on my vehicle. However, I have never done AC systems. There was no question of his ability and integrity.
His estimate was quite reasonable and I was informed on any overrun ( hoses had to be fabricated by a different skilled tradesman).
Its just nice to have someone of his caliber solving the problems.
