5 /5 Windy Ortega: They are very welcoming. I had to cancel my 1st 2 appointment, and no showed to my 3rd appointment do to the passing of my father. I called to apologize and to reschedule my appointment and they got me in the very next day. Louis even gave me his condolences regarding my fathers passing. Thank you Big O

5 /5 Trent Mason: Got a flat tire headed back to Sacramento around 4:15 pm. Called Big O Tires and Quentin said they could take care of my car if I could get it there by 5:00. Was able to change the spare and made it in time. They were very helpful and professional, would highly recommend to anyone.
