5 /5 Jennifer Lee: Patty was the best person to work with! She was super helpful and genuinely cared. She kept me posted with updates and ultimately my car was not repaired, it was totaled out. I am writing this review because I had mentioned to Patty that the assignment name was "In the Estate of" because my mother passed away, she actually expressed her sorrow for my loss, that meant a lot during this difficult time. Its nice that there are still decent humans out there. Thanks Patty!

5 /5 Gareth Hall: I was hit when the truck was parked and I was away from it . My insurance company stepped up . Stymeist had my truck for ten days that includes a weekend and Christmas day . Looked good when I got her back .

5 /5 James Hamann: Forgot to post in a timely fashion. But a couple months back, the owner (I think he was) helped my wife with a rear brake light. The previous owner of her PT Cruiser sealed it - must of had moisture inside the lens. We had a real hard time opening it, but the owner here did an awesome job and put in a new bulb. He wanted just $10 for his trouble (it wasnt easy). We gave him a bit more than that. Wow, you dont always get such kindness these days. If I need body work done ... Who do you think Ill call?

5 /5 chuck rockel: Our beautiful car was wrecked and we took it to Stymeist. We were treated great and our car looks nicer than it used to. It rides very smooth. We were having an issue with a vibration in the car, and after they fixed it from the wreck, it rides like it just came off the lot. The issue we were having couldnt be resolved by Buick, and Stymeist was able to get it fixed. I do recommend using this company. They always called us to update. They handled everything with the insurance. They were kind.
