5 /5 Nilo Navor: If any of you guys have any BMWs that need mechanical work, this is the guy and the shop to go to. His name is Carlos. He has many years of experience working on BMWs. He’s very professional as well. I went in for a valve cover replacement. The car came out like brand new with more power. Carlos gives you great advice. One thing that I did learn from him is these types of vehicles always require genuine BMW parts in order to obtain maximum performance on these vehicles. If anybody needs or please go to the shop.

We were about to call a tow truck and lose hours of our trip—until we met Carlos. He diagnosed the issue instantly, fixed it in seconds, and didn’t charge us a thing. Seriously, a total lifesaver. 5 /5 Anngel: Outstanding Service and Trustworthy Mechanics- So glad I found this place! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received as well as working with Carlos, the owner. I had driven 12 hours from home and all of a sudden I was having big problems with my vehicle . I had always taken my vehicle to the BMW dealership, but that was not an option in El Centro. There were only 2 shops to take my vehicle to so I was taking a leap of faith after reading all the positive reviews about his shop. Carlos quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and clearly explained what need to done to get me back on the road. He also let me know what other issues my vehicle had, but did not pressure me to have them done immediately at his shop. Carlos is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and transparent. He goes above and beyond! To top it off the work was done promptly and at a fair price.When I got home a completely different issue came up with my vehicle. I asked Carlos to help me with a quote which takes his time and he won’t be paid for it because it won’t be done at his shop. He helped me out anyway! It’s unheard of for a mechanic to do that. I’m so appreciative. He’s helpful and kind person. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust who has integrity and is a ethical person. I would definitely bring my BMW to him in a heartbeat, but 12 hours away is a little too far to come. If you are looking for shop I highly recommend this one to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy and honest people!
