Called to get help with my car, he was very helpful over the phone and when we showed up he turned on the engine, listened to what was going on, and immediately gave us a diagnosis along with sound advice on what all of our options were. I found him after having an issue with the front brake that could not be resolved by two other mechanics. He easily identified the issue and repaired it. He is also very knowledgeable and explains what he finds and what he needs to do to fix it. He never upsells any services but does give good recommendations on what he sees your car will need in the coming months. I appreciate this so much as I can plan and keep up with the maintenance.
