They dont try to upsell you, just do what you ask and they also do a car diagnosis and try to educate you about the status of your car without pushing you to sell. They are really kind hearted and care about the little guy. One time I had a small accident when someone cut me off in traffic and had a broken headlight and some small dents in front of the car, I went to all body shops in the valley of Napa and StHelena and everyone was not willing to do a partial bodyshop job, everyone wanted me to do a whole body shop job, replace the bonnet which will cost me thousands of dollars, even with insurance. Then these guys understood me that I did not had a big budget and just needed my car to be functional and did a partial job which cost me less than $300. Really was a god send, always come here except for tires since they dont have that service.
