5 /5 Megan Tron Minnaert: Steve is the best! To be fair, everyone else Ive interacted with is great too! I just dont remember any other names. 99.9% of the time its always been Steve I talk to.
Hes always been direct, doesnt play with trying to sell unnecessary fixes or anything.
When I had multiple things wrong (all things I either knew or suspected before even going there - due to the age/use of my car) he helped me prioritize which things were the most pressing to fix, given what I could afford in the moment and how soon I could do more fixes, etc.
He even gave me great pointers on what to look out for - how if it starts acting a certain way it needs to be fixed soon, but that I can hold off at least a couple of months if it continues to run normal.
He goes above and beyond to figure things out and overall is just a swell guy. When I made the drive to California, I said I was gonna keep my car running at least until 200k miles, and thanks to Steve & crew Ive just about made it!
