I have been very impressed by the commitment to their Code of Ethics. Edwin and his ASE-certified technicians are outstanding. They expertly replaced the rear shocks and airbag suspension on my Lexus GX 470. The workmanship was exceptional and the price was very fair. When you go to their shop, you’ll experience the Pride in their Business and the Care for their Customers that I immediately saw and felt. The shop is clean, organized and uncluttered. Communication is clear, friendly and very straightforward. Cost is also straightforward and very fair. And, the Technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient. I’m very happy I found this automotive repair shop and will be back if I ever have any issues. Thank you!

5 /5 I. Stella (Stella-Rae): Ive been going to Certified Auto for the past 10 years now. During that time Ive had 4 different cars and moved outside the Pasadena area. Despite that, I keep going back Certified Auto because they do excellent work, are honest and transparent. If they can find the needed part at a lesser rate or after market, they will let you know and allow you to make to choice.

5 /5 David Chan: Great and honest repair shop! My car stopped in the middle of the street last night, so I called Triple A to come check it out. The tow guy came to check the battery and said it isnt the battery. So, he had to tow it to a nearby shop. The next morning, I came back to the shop and they helped me fixed the problem without charging me. Highly recommended!
