5 /5 Sonya Ruminski: I unexpectedly found myself contacting Country Pet Hospital last week because my dog was bit by a rattle snake in our backyard. After a quick online search, I saw they were only a 5 minute drive from us. I contacted the vet right away to verify that they had the antivenin on hand - the front desk confirmed that they did and also gave me a heads up for what to expect from a pricing standpoint. Within 10 minutes of the bite taking place, we were standing in the office checking in. My dog ended up requiring 4 rounds of antivenin and was stayed at the vet from Thursday to Saturday. During her stay, I was in constant contact with the staff. Any time Dr. B recommended another round, the staff would call and get my consent.
A big shout out to the entire staff for taking care of my fur baby. A special shout out to Lyn who went out of her way to comfort me and keep me updated during her shifts. She even checked in on my pup during her off days. I
