5 /5 Manny Centeno: I took our 2016 BMW 3 series to have the motor mounts checked. The Camarillo BMW dealer shop said that the mounts were shot and needed to be replaced. The car is only 6 years old and has 46k miles so I sought a second opinion with Jim at Creative Car care. I am so glad I did because he said there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with the mounts on our car. Camarillo BMW was going to charge $2200 and if Jim would have needed to replace them he said it would be 750. Since Jim found nothing wrong, he didnt charge me anything! What a surprise! I will definitely be using Creatuve Car Care in the future. Thank you Jim

I brought my 08 Passat in with some electrical issues. It turned out to be an inexpensive, quick fix for Jim. Jim kept me informed while working on my car, fixed minor things for free and provided great money saving advice regarding future maintenance. If youre looking for an independently owned business with an honest, knowledgeable owner I highly recommend Creative Car Care. I wont go anywhere else!
