5 /5 Anna Hathaway: Excellent service! We had decided to add a second battery to our Sprinter Van Solar system. It seemed straightforward but we received an error message that we could not clear. We followed instructions, troubleshooting several times over and could not clear the error code. I called Eric and he answered his phone! That was a positive right from the start! He offered to look at it the next morning. We went in and Erik worked diligently on our system, changing a few things for ease of work but validating everything we had done was correct. After exhausting every alternative, we came to the conclusion, we needed a new controller. Problem- we had a camping trip planned the next morning for our Daughters annual birthday trip whom is moving out of state. Erik got us up and running for our trip and advised us on next steps, which we feel is sound advice and we are definitely coming back to Erik to install a new controller and upgrading our system. He is very knowledgeable in the systems and very honest with his advice and price. My husband is always skeptical, however, after meeting with Erik, he is confident that Erik is honest with his assessment and advice. We would definitely recommend Erik to anyone whom has questions regarding their travel vehicles.

He solved a problem with my furnace that literally completely stumped numerous RV technicians for over 3 years across several states—it had only intermittently worked while on battery power. Erik’s attention to detail is second to none! I am immensely grateful for the experience and diligence that he brought to solve this long standing problem (“purple monkey”)! Bravo, nicely done! Would not hesitate to hire him for any RV repair or maintenance need!!

5 /5 Antonio Castaneda: Had Erik upgrade our battery system from the antique agm to lithium battery system. WOW what a difference. I don’t know why I waited so long. He did an amazing job plus took care of a few other small issues on our 5th wheel toy hauler. Definitely knowledgeable in his craft.

5 /5 Luis Hernandez: I recently bought a new-to-me pop up trailer and it needed some routine maintenance. I googled "where to repack my trailer wheel bearings near me" and this placed popped up. I called, was given a quote over the phone and within a few hours, I dropped off my trailer at his yard. Eric was great, he completed the work in less time than what he quoted and adjusted the total price accordingly. He also checked my electric brakes and battery and gave us some friendly advice that was much appreciated. I will definitely save his contact information and bring my trailer back when needed.
