5 /5 Mallory: I couldn’t give higher than 5 stars or I would…Very amazing, honest service from the beginning till the end—I came in expecting to fix the head gasket on my Subaru, only to find out that the cylinders were cracked (yikes!). Because of Christian and Mike’s wonderful service and treating me like family, the burden of the whole process was lessened by so much. They were in touch every step of the way and extremely transparent and fair with pricing the labor I incurred before we found out the car needed a new motor. Christian personally showed me each step of his labor process, as well as the cracked cylinders, and was very detail-oriented in a way few mechanics are. They really care about their customers and that shows in their service. Mike was excellent at corresponding and even offered to help me sell the car. I will ONLY come to Custom Sleepers from now on (and I will NEVER buy another Subaru lol). Thank you very much, Christian & Mike! Good, solid, honest mechanic here. Highly, highly recommend if you want fair prices and a friendly guy who really knows about cars.
