They gave me an appointment and when an earlier date was available they called me. I trust their feedback regarding what is important to take care of right now, whats important and theyll watch. 5 /5 Vu Lam: Ok I have to start off by saying Im not easy to get rip off. I will do all my research first before question anyone about fixing anything. My deadline to get my car fix was less than 3 days, so I decided to just randomly give it to any repair shop. I give Dennis Auto Repair a try after reading some reviews, but I still had my guards up getting ready to block all the up sales theyre going to throw at me. I walked in and this lady Colleen help me, she seems very professional and sweet. She didnt try to up sale me anything, just explain to me step by step what her team was going to do, so that was really cool. The next two days, they would update me how my truck was doing. Let me stop here and apologize to the mechanics if youre reading this if I was giving you guys a hard time on the phone. They stayed 100% calm and kept it professional the whole time. On the 3rd day(last day) I get a call that my truck was ready for pick up. I show up, Colleen refunds me my smog test and told me they only needed to use one of 2 governments grant that Ive gave them and it so happen to be the one they recommend me to get from the beginning, I didnt even had to use the CAP program!!! I drove off paying nothing!!! I was so expecting they were going to rip me off some how, but I was DEAD wrong! These people are SUPER friendly, fast, and 100% honest people. They will be getting more business from me for sure!

5 /5 Gloria: Service was awesome! Dennis came highly recommended by a friend but I still wasn’t sure because I’m a female and I just didn’t know how things were going to be. They were very warm and welcoming and made me feel safe. I went in for AC repair on my 2017 Honda Civic. Dennis ran tests and told me that the AC compressor and evaporator were leaking. Dennis even called Clawson Honda and found out Honda had an extended warranty on the part that was broken in the AC system. When I picked up my car I paid for the diagnostic fee and went straight to Clawson Honda to talk to the service tech that Dennis had called earlier. They already knew what was going on since Dennis called them so I didn’t have to explain anything. Dennis made this entire stressful situation for me, a female, a more comfortable and safe experience. I will be going back to them for all repairs and I highly recommend them. My most respect and gratitude for this local establishment.
