5 /5 Taryn Choquette: After trying a few places to take our family cars, we discovered Dependable and havent looked back! Doug is great and super responsive/communicative, and I love that he always looks back at my vehicle history when Im coming in for an issue or just a routine oil change. I truly feel like Im getting honest recommendations for service needed and a lot of warning in advance of when things should be serviced/replaced/checked in the future. Bonus: its close enough to my home that I can walk back after dropping my car if I dont have a ride :)

5 /5 Susan Kilpatrick: I highly recommend Dependable Car Care for your go to mechanic for repairs and maintenance. I appreciated how Doug listened to my concerns, and answered my questions with knowledge and patience as I had a lot of questions regarding my “new” older vehicle. I had compared inspections and was told by a different car shop that I needed additional expensive car parts. Doug informed me I didn’t need them and explained why. This made me feel confident in the work that truly needed to be completed. I only wish they were open weekends. Yet at the same time it makes sense and explains why I get that “family work life balance “feel while I’m there. Working through the administrative cost processes was time efficient. It was nice, not having to be transferred between departments for information, as Doug himself is an ASE certified mechanic, so was able to explain and handle, mechanical and cost information. I will definitely be returning for my car care needs!

5 /5 Julie Taylor: First timer here...great experience. Would you believe there was no issue with my vehicle? They carefully checked for a perceived malfunction that was worrying me. Yeah...I was glad to pay to hear this news, but they waived the fee that I was prepared to pay for their effort. Some unrelated work was recommended for best performance. I value knowing what might be a potential problem so theyve earned my trust and Ill continue to come here for their services.

5 /5 Katherine Basurto: We had to tow my 4Runner here after it suddenly wouldn’t start. They figured out the problem quickly and tracked down a part that even Toyota doesn’t carry anymore. Got it fixed and running great. They kept me in the loop the whole time, with texts and phone calls. The price for parts and labor was super reasonable. Really happy with the service—definitely recommend these guys.
