5 /5 Cassidy King: I can’t speak highly enough of Ray at Dibbles. I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer from CarMax this past February and it has been a bit of a lemon unfortunately. I was sent to Dibbles twice while it was under the 90 day warranty and they addressed the problems and worked with CarMax for billing. Unfortunately I had another issue recently outside of warranty (like I said, this thing seems to be a lemon…) and the car wouldn’t recognize it was in park and wouldn’t turn off. I drove it over to Dibbles before they opened and they took me in same day, no questions asked. They had the car fixed and ready to go the next day. I sincerely appreciate how kind they were when I showed up unexpected and didn’t just turn me away.

5 /5 bill Petty: My wife was very upset after backing her Crv into a pole. I assured her that not to worry I knew just the place to take it. I called Todd and told him about the situation and what was needed. He told me not to worry just let him know when we would like to have the bumper repaired. We had a trip coming up for the week of new years and had planned to taking our other car on that trip. I Asked him if he could have it fixed that week and he said that wouldnt be a problem at all. To make things even more convenient I was having the vehicle serviced at the dealership and Todd had it picked up from the dealership. That was so appreciated. I had told Todd that we needed the vehicle back by the following Friday or Monday. I had expected to be picking up the vehicle Monday since it was a holiday week and also usually when you give a shop the option of keeping it longer then that is usually when you get it back. Fast forward to the following Friday and we were on our way back into town. I reached out to check on the vehicle and was very pleased to hear it was being detailed and would be done later that day right about the same time we were rolling back into town. We went straight there to pick it up when we got back into town. When we walked in to the showroom Anthony greeted us as we walked in and had the paperwork ready for us. We were very pleased with the final Bill. We didnt want to run this through our insurance and we speechless with the price we were charged. We expected it would have been much more. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us. When we went out to the vehicle again I was very impressed with the quality of the repair. I have worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years and this was the first time I have ever had to have any paint work done. I had been dreading the day I ever needed paint because I have a very critical eye. The car was very clean and I couldnt tell that the bumper had been painted. It looked great! Thank you very much to the crew at Dibbles Fixed Auto. They took a stressful situation and turned into a very easy process.

5 /5 Vance Ashe: Ive been taking my vehicles to Dibbles for the past 3 years and decided it was time to write a review. I must tell you that they seem to think of things that you dont think about when you bring your car in for service. Ray is very good at taking you through the before and after process for your auto repair. Ron, who has been the mechanic that has worked on my cars for the past two years is really thorough. Todd, the owner, has been very good at making sure I get really good service all around and I love that they wash my car after each service. If you havent tried them, you should go. They are really good!

5 /5 Miss Chris: Last year during winter a family of rats decided to call my car their home. Dibbles took my entire dash board apart and replaced the inner workings of my ventilation system so that it was safe for me to use again. This year, during the atmospheric river rain storm, the rats came back so I may need to go back to Dibbles. But I dont mind. They were great! Professional and made my off road vehicle look like I could go out to fancy dinner when I got it back. They also took care of all communication with my insurance. My comp insurance paid for everything. Not a bad deal all around!!
