When I sat down for my coloring and cut, I never expected the class of service I got. She talked to me first about EVERY THING to make sure I understood what I wanted and what my current situation was with my hair. Because of several shoddy dye jobs by other places in the past and one of my own endeavors to dye my hair, I had so much damage, but it had never been brought up by other hair stylists, just colored over. Elle did such an amazing color correction to my hair, then she painstakingly took the time to make sure the new color was applied evenly. After that, she cut my hair better than I could have asked for, and also styled my hair to show me how it would look both straight and styled. I am OBSESSED with my hair now. In total she took 8 hours to do the job no one else had done before, all without breaks or even dinner for herself. That’s why she gets a 5.0; she is not just a stylist, she is an artist, and I highly recommend her to anyone needing some TLC for their hair!
