5 /5 David Rodgers: Everyone at Enhanced Collision has been incredibly helpful since day 1. The work was done was absolutely stellar, and even the smallest details such as the slight misalignment of the brake lights after I was rear-ended was restored to just how it was brand new off the lot.
What has really stood out is the incredible customer service and convenience. This is my first time being involved in an accident, and I have heard all of the horror stories of bad repair jobs or lack of communication with the customer. I had the exact opposite experience; right out of the gate everything was clearly explained to me and the drop off process was seamless. Jordyn (most notably, but in addition to the other staff) gave me regular email/phone call updates about my vehicle. Once the repair was finished, I was able to leave my rental car (through Enterprise) with them and drove home without having to worry about returning the vehicle and coordinating rides.
After the fact, the insurance was to pay for the replacement parts to be ceramic coated (which was done on the original parts) again, and I was able to easily set this up with the office. They contacted the local dealership for me, coordinated a time, and actually ended up being able to have my vehicle detailed (a separate service that they do) and have the coating reapplied same day. They have even offered to attach a miscellaneous part (plastic rear bumper protector) for me at no cost.
Every step of the way I felt totally involved, communicated well with, and treated with the utmost respect. Theyll even offer you something to drink every time you walk in the office.
If, by unfortunate circumstance, I have to have my vehicle repaired again, I will definitely be coming back here even if it meant driving from another town to know that my vehicle and I will be taken well care of.
