Fix Auto Chico - Chico (CA)

4 /5 T. Meyer: my AAA insurance allows work to be done at three different shops in Chico. I went to one a number of years ago and they were good. I thought I would try Fix Auto this time and I found their communication and customer service, on the whole, to be very good. There were a few things they could’ve communicated better such as giving me more notice when the car would be ready and what my options would be regarding picking up or leaving the rental car at the shop, versus my having to take the time to drive it all the way across town and then get a ride over to the shop…. The work appeared to be great and was delivered on time and with a good explanation. Managers were very polite and took initiative whenever they could.

5 /5 Maria Hendon: I was recommended Fix auto by my mechanic, I needed my front bumper fixed. I dealt with Leo Popa and he was so nice and helpful. When I picked up my car Fix Auto took the time to wash and detail the inside of my dodge charger. I was not expecting that, I will always recommended them and use them for any other car damages.

5 /5 Michael Kelly: Fix Auto did a fine job repairing my Nissan Rogue after a rear end collision. They kept me abreast of their progress, through completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring collision repair.

5 /5 Tamara Gonzalez: Very friendly people here ! Did a great job on my car.. had to wait a little longer then estimated ( not their fault ) but the communications were great and they did everything to make sure I got my car back ASAP. 10/10. Would definitely recommend going here !
