The customer service is top tier, Jeremy is very communicative, and when I showed up for my scheduled appointment they had already ordered the parts needed for my BMW, got everything repaired same day, and addressed my concerns quickly for very reasonable rate. I also appreciate that they offer a low interest financing option if you need it. They were very kind when I came in, took care of me right away, and I can tell they stand behind the work they do. I highly recommend this shop and would definitely come back the next time I need work done on my vehicle!

5 /5 Sierra Jackson: Jeremy and his crew are the best mechanics in CA. I’d even say they’re the best I’ve EVER been to. My Subaru is my baby and I had total faith in him from the beginning. Not only is he incredibly personable, he is also very professional and quick! He treated me like family. I never felt out of the loop, he was consistent with updates and transparency. They’re incredibly affordable and offer financing as well. I trust that if Jeremy says my car needs something, it’s because it needs it, not because he wants to make a sale. I won’t take my car anywhere else as long as I’m in the High Desert. Their knowledge, expertise and work is worth every penny. His tech, Anthony, did an outstanding job and my Outback is running smoother than ever. I can’t even explain how thankful I am to have found this shop. THANK YOU FREEDOM AUTO! 5 /5 Eric Davies: My daughters car radiator blew out near their shop. This car is her only means of transportation and to have it break caused her some considerable stress. We were able to limp the car over to Freedom Auto. When we got there I could tell they were busy. Still, they both were polite and professional and helpful. We anticipated that her car would be in the shop for several days, however, to our suprise, they completed the repair the same day. The cost of their repair was reasonable and came in lower than what I anticipated. I greatly appreciate their help in quickly getting my daughters car fixed.

They got my car fixed within in 24 hours (everyone else said 3 days) and for a significantly better price than competing mechanics in the area. So grateful to Jeremy and Lavelle specifically for their kindness and hard work.
