5 /5 Erin Fritz: I brought my 22 Impreza in for its first service today, which is complimentary at Subaru Gold Rush when you purchase a new vehicle (or was when I did). They did the service and as part of the inspection found a minor defect in the oil pan and repaired that under warranty. They even offered a loaner as they needed it for one extra day. They are always so attentive and helpful. I have to thank the service advisors, service manager, the clerks that helped, and especially Jim Sturgis for always taking care of his, ... well, I was going to say clients but I practically feel like he is family at this point. Jim is such a great guy.
