5 /5 Aaron Rudolph: Robert goes out of his way to fix things correctly - even if those are things that would be easy to sweep under the rug and that the boat owner would never know. Example: I had a very slightly bent bolt in my inboard strut bolt pattern. Robert had one of his helpers go to every hardware shop in the area to find the exact bolt to replace it correctly - and never charged me for the time. If that doesn’t show a high standard for quality of work and honesty, I don’t know what does. Robert is super reachable, communicative throughout the repair process, and a pleasure to work with. Robert has the combination of expert knowledge + honesty + quality that’s pretty much impossible to find in this field. I wouldn’t take my boat anywhere else.

5 /5 J Wright: Hey Suga! I first discovered Robert when I needed a repair on my Sea Ray 180. Sugar in the gas tank. I learned two things- Never loan your boat out and if you ever need an absolute genius mechanic who can troubleshoot and fix literally anything, call Robert. Aside from being the consummate professional, fair and honest as the days are long, Robert is punctual, highly communicative, extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. During his earlier career, Robert cut his teeth on finicky European cars specializing in the exotics. He owned and operated a Ferrari and Maserati repair shop in Sac back in the 80s/90’s. His preference are now boats primarily because he favors the clientele. Also, his mobile mechanic service offering is an invaluable godsend for the stranded motorist. My navigational ‘Home’ setting is Robert’s shop only because I own four Range Rovers. Guess what- they’re all currently running thanks to Robert. I wouldn’t even consider taking them to a dealership.

5 /5 Chris Cockrell: Robert worked on my 1987 Larson 21 with Mercury IO and Alpha I. Regular service but also some carb and shifter adjustments. Great job and increased my engine performance---My boat never had seen 50 mph before. ALSO, I was on Lake Tahoe for the first time and was not familiar with variations in altitude. I called Robert and was lucky that I got him but he provided me with some direction. You cannot go wrong here. Scheduling my winterization.
