A friend recommended this shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We worked with Jacob and Sky, and both were exceptional. Jacob provided a detailed estimate that was not only clear but also more affordable than the quotes from two other shops - saving me more than $700! They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of the repair work was outstanding - the car looks good as new! The hood, one of the main parts of any car, had to be replaced, and it looks seamless. The color match is spot on. Overall, the team demonstrated a high level of expertise and care. Its clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. After that, I noticed some of the sensors were not working so took it back. Within half an hour they fixed up everything. Excellent customer service from the staff. I wouldnt go to any other body shop and strongly recommend this shop if you live in Irvine CA. The work was done on time and they even threw in touch up paint for free of charge.
