5 /5 Greg K: I brought it in because I thought it might be a blown head gasket but luckily I was wrong. The problem was the spark plug wires and spark plugs. The car also needed new struts and brakes. The were very good with communication, timing, and price. I will use them from now on for all my on.

Brian is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, transparent, friendly, and has been the first mechanic who has taken the time to clearly and digestibly explain in detail the problems under the hood for me. Ive come here with last minute transmission concerns/repairs twice now and they hustled to squeeze me in and make sure I was good to go. As someone who is just generally confused and helpless with car issues, Ive been so appreciative! Thank you Brian and team for the work you do and the care you put into your customers.

5 /5 Trevor Hill: I took my car to Hai for the second time today and I couldn’t be happier with his team’s service. My previous mechanic never paid attention to what I was trying to tell him about what was going on with my car and would just go off of whatever his diagnostic test showed without addressing any of my other concerns. Hai asks follow-up questions and clearly wants to make sure all my concerns are addressed. And he does it at a really reasonable price while making sure to check in before doing any work that will cost extra. He’s also been really patient with me given that I’m a new car owner and don’t know a lot about cars. Thank you, Hai! My Lexus is running better than when I got it thanks to your work today.
