5 /5 Daniel DTM: I ended up here after thinking my car was burning oil… turned out JL had just put the wrong oil in… but Brian and his team ended up going through the car top to bottom and taking care of a few other issues along with changing all the fluids, and now my x3 runs better than it ever has, with 120k miles and no signs of slowing down. Their professionalism and pricing is in line with most as most Bay Area Euro shops, but their vast knowledge and genuine fandom of German cars is probably why they have so many loyal customs. I live in South Lake Tahoe but will only bring my cars to these guys from here on out. 10/10.

Kyle was really helpful with sourcing and giving me all the information I need. In addition to the customer service, the rates are extremely favorable. Understanding how much any tech charges hourly for European cars and seeing what you pay for here for the service is truly uncanny.
