Doug was patient and thorough in explaining every issue that needed to be addressed. If I could rate their service, attention to detail, and ability to diagnose the problems in a timely manner, I give them 5 stars and beyond!! My car was safely stored in a locked yard overnight during the days needed. Courtesy services included cleaning my car to a shine; cleaning the foggy haze off my headlamps and more. My car is almost brand new, thanks to Specialized!! I am so grateful to have found this shop. I highly recommend them. Thanks for your integrity, honest approach and care of my vehicle!!
