5 /5 Chris Ng: I went to Jays off a recommendation from a co-worker. I can honestly pass on that recommendation to anyone looking for a auto repair shop. Jay was very professional and honest about his rates. He is definitely more affordable than a lot of places in town, which was the biggest thing for me living paycheck to paycheck. It only took a couple of hours for diagnostics, parts, and the repair before my car was done (I expected it to take a day or two given the part I needed). Jay has definitely earned a returning customer in the future.

Jay was very friendly and super professional. He did and outstanding job on her car! Never had such a positive experience at a shop, but he made it one! Definitely recommend him for all your vehicle needs! 5 out of 5 stars!

It was my first visit to their shop and Jay was responsive to my calls and got me in to check what was going on with my jeep. I had a check engine light on and he was efficient and quick to fix the problem. He was very professional and his dog Shilo was the absolute cutest. I was referred to him by Smog Busters and I would recommend this place to others in Chico!
