5 /5 Deborah: I am a tall, blonde, woman with glasses and I have had past experience with mechanics who try to treat me like Im an idiot who doesnt know anything about cars, and take advantage of me. NOT THIS PLACE. Accurate auto is the only place in Chico I will take all my cars to, because I trust them and they do good and honest work. This is not a big shop so they might take a little longer to get the work done, but this also means you get personal attention and direct attention to your needs.

Theyve kept my car running well without making me feel ripped off in any sense. In fact, they make recommendations that are honest and up front 100% of the time in my experience. They are fast and thorough to get you back on the road. They have replaced suspension items on my Subie; aligned the wheels, replaced clutch etc. Recommended to me by WRC Performance who moved their business to another area so I had to find a new mechanic. 4 /5 L G: These guys are fast and they have a good waiting room plus they are dog friendly. I just brought my vehicle in for a check of the tires and brakes. They did not try to sell me anything that I didnt need. I appreciate their honesty. And feel safe with that. I would five star them except I didnt really have any work done to be able to give an accurate five star.
