5 /5 Shona Cobbs: Honest and reliable! My car broke down and I had it towed here. I live about an hour away from Oceanside, so I searched up mechanics and took my chances with one I did not know. I was not disappointed! They ran extra tests that other mechanics don’t in order to diagnose my car. We were in constant communication and let me keep my car there for a week until I was able to pick it up. Both Jorge and Travis were amazing. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks, Jorge!

They provided a comprehensive report that includes priority of actions required if any at all. Highly recommend and will be going back again for any of my vehicle needs.

5 /5 SoCal Esmi: I was referred to Jorges shop by my friend and work neighbor Mark. I am so glad I took my car in to this shop. The shop is on the smaller size but I knew they wouldnt be rushed, that they would take their time to do a through vehicle inspection. Not like at the dealership where they are always busy when Ive taken my car there. They even gave me a loaner to drive around while they worked on my car. I dropped my car off at 8A and it was done around 11A. I will definitely take my vehicle in at its next oil change.

5 /5 Betty Cabrera: I had my car towed to Jorge Alonso Services after hours this weekend after my serpentine belt fell apart. They use an automated text system that provides step by step updates of the service as soon as they start looking at the car. Travis also called me to do preliminary intake. They have a great communication system, were professional and very speedy with service. They were also thorough with the inspection to detect any residual motor damage. Car is running well so far and they provided good advice on how to maintain the vehicle. I would consider this garage again for future repairs.
